The tractor I bought from them has been vey dependable, until 5 days ago. Wont start. Called and Chris came out to load on trailer and take in for repair. He noticed the coil wire was off..... plugged in and started. He refused payment of any kind. My next purchase will be at A&A.

Adam was my salesperson and he was very helpful and professional. Even though he was very busy with multiple customers he made sure to call me back and update me on my purchase and financing. Once I picked up my mower, Billy, gave me a walkthrough of the operating procedures and offered to load onto my trailer for me. My only complaint was that the Ardmore location seemed understaffed. Over time I can see the short staff being over worked and possibly suffer in the customer service aspect. I hope they get additional help soon. I recommend this store to family and friends.

Bought a used quad off them. They were quick to take my mone . Two days later quit running, I brought this machine to them and was told it would be one week or so.. its abeen month and a half and I still caint get as anyone to look at it, they say other equipment has propriety over me
