This unit included Lonestar Racing aluminum roof, Canam 1/2 windshield, 14 Sedona Ruckus wheels, and 28 Sedona Coyote tires. Paid the same price as a base unit in the Tulsa area plus their $598 Tulsa area dealer fees. No additional fees in Ardmore.Dealer was easy to work with. Majority of transaction was handled over the phone. Drove to Ardmore, about 30 minutes to sign papers, loaded unit on trailer for return trip home. John and Lane took great care of us. Highly Recommend....

This business placed a for sale add on eBay, without a buy it now listing, on a vehicle. Most professional business do so, so that bidders can price accordandly. By not following simple selling processes on eBay demonstrates how poorly the sales staff or owners do business. This then suggests that it is not advisable to do business with this group or people, as very possible a bait and switch, miss-price- miss represent occurs.

Been going to this dealer since they have been in business, they have an awesome showroom and an outside lot full of inventory. The sales reps are not pushy to make a sale and if they don’t know the answer to a question they find out the information that you’re looking for. At the parts counter, you will find a huge display of oils and fluids, another display of wheels and an entire wall full of safety gear. A pretty well stocked parts department that’s able to get things super fast (not as fast as an x3 turbo or a Honda talon) but y’all catch the drift! Awesome dealership with awesome staff that will go out of their way to make your day!

Had the best experience at Outdoor Powersports with the help of John Black and Lane Paul! Was our first time purchasing and was an out of state purchase. Danger!!!! Scam!!! Do not buy from this dealership purchased a 2020 Can-Am less than a year ago. Finance guy talked me into paying for a prepaid maintenance package. About 8 months later went to use it. They said that the paperwork was never sent to the company that handle the maintenance. So they pocketed the money. Was told that its Under New Management and new owner and this has happened to several people is what the new guy told me. I would go somewhere unless you like burning 💰

Run away if you value your money. All they’re good at is lying to get your money and disappear. My attorney opened an Investigation against this crooked place.

This dealership is very personable! We traded in our SxS with John and we really feel we got a great deal and were taken care of on our new machine we bought. Both Nick and John worked to make sure we got a great deal and had NO EXTRA FEES! That’s always a killer on good deals. The only negative I have to say about my overall experience is that I think the communication between departments and the customers needs help. But, they really worked to strike a deal with us and in the end we got a great machine!

Found what I was looking for on the website. Called and spoke with Adonis and he verified all info and sent me my out the door price before I made the drive from OKC. They are upfront about all cost to the vehicle and associated cost of buying a bike. Once I got there and started all my paper work the GM Michael came out and introduced himself as well. Went in and filled out paperwork for my bikes recall. I was not contacted until 5 months later.I eventually left my bike there after they said they were going to send my part back. They did not call when the bike was ready, never called me back about a part I inquired about. Teenagers going in and out of the garage constantly. This place is on par with Fenton and other stealerships.Some of the worst service ever. Their prices are stupid high too. I let Yamaha know about my service.

Not sure why the bad reviews, but let me tell you OPA just landed themselves on my top 3 list of excellent vehicle purchase experiences (Ive purchased ~15 vehicles in my time). Shout out to Randall (Sales) and Michael (GM) for the top notch experience! This dealership is highly professional, and transparent throughout their sales, financing, and out-the-door experience. I was hesitant to purchase from out of state, but everything was in order and timely for my arrival -- just as promised over the phone. Lets focus on integrity for a moment; SxSs are popular and supply chain is limited right now and in the near term. OPA didnt try to take advantage of the supply/demand dynamic that exists, but offered a fair and competitive price for the vehicle. I like to shop locally, but the DFW area powersports dealers were almost all up-charging for the hard to find utility vehicles. Great job and thanks OPA - Ill be back!!!

Bought a side by side from them in November had problems with it from day 1 contacted them several times. When ownership changed contacted them again. They did get our side by side in for the problems but didnt fix anything and cost us 85.00. Very disappointed in everything. Will not go back.

Called on a 2020 talon x. Spoke to Rocky on the phone made the deal over phone gave deposit. I am 4.5 hours away. I drove up the next day machine was clean and ready to go. Signed a couple of documents that were already prepared. Great experience no sales pressure. I will definitely buy from them again.

Bought a used can am defender side by side. Got a decent price with no haggling. Received outstanding delivery service when the trailer I brought to take my buggy home would not hold the buggy. While I was disappointed it wasn’t leaving with me, they figured out a solution for delivery 5 hours away. Went over and beyond the bar of customer service.

Bought a 2020 wolverine and after I signed the paperwork I was told that the unit didnt have enough bolts for the roll cage. It took 2 weeks and they showed up. As I was on my way to pick it up I was told that they were still short and it took almost another 2 weeks until they got them. Then in less than 60 miles the trailer that came with it blew a tire and the wiring harness was laying on the axles and the axles are through the wiring harness. Next to no help in trying 2 get the harness replaced that is under warranty, and its been 2 months and still havent received the spare key for the unit itself. Its been nothing but a headack. The sales person I felt with is a good person though and tried to help me out.

Lied to several times, even the manager/owner lies.. Beware! I did purchase a Can-Am 2020 XRS machine, no owners manual nor belt tool. Beware of shady people...up front and back..Investigation pending. final closure date 2021..sold again to anothertick tock/ no clock to hearCalled back as the Seller so asked so kindly..for all to seeClaimed didnt put enough stamps on the envelope, it was returned ..No belt tool and nor manual...still to this day a year later..Didnt even attempt to make it right..to this day!Still scum

After looking and researching for last couple of years, I decided to upgrade my 2002 Yamaha 660 Grizzly ( that I have had since 2002) to a new 2020 Grizzly 700 EPS. Now with COVID and stock hard keep on hand, they had the unit I wanted. After Talking too Rocky, got the price right, I drove 2.5 hrs to check it out. He had the bike ready for me too check out and ride. Everything was exactly as he said. I drove past several Yamaha dealers on my way there, one in particular I have walked into to get things for my old grizzly, but because I wasnt there for a Harley I was looked past. They had the same unit, but im not the biggest spender by no means, but the guys at OUTDOOR POWERSPORTS in Ardmore will have my business again. Give these guys a shot! Tell them I sent ya!

Found a bike for over 600 off MSRP here, which is about an hour and a half away from me. Gave a local dealer the chance to match and refused. Called Outdoor Powersports and told them I want the bike and Im on the way. The gentleman I spoke to had me text my information so they could have all the paper work ready for me when I got there. The bike was ready right out front and the entire process took under 30 minutes before I was loaded up and on the road. Very friendly staff who made buying a breeze. Will definitely look here first for new bikes in the future.

Disappointing. Co-worker and I got a wild hair and decided we needed a pair of Kodiak 700s in our lives. Called ahead, even shot off an online inquiry the night before. We were told they had what we wanted and so we scheduled an appointment to come buy them. Borrowed a trailer from a friend, convinced the boss this was a reasonable excuses to both leave early and found coverage for our work load. As we pulled out of the lot they called to say the black one had sold an hour earlier. Bummed, but hopeful we could negotiate a little help on one of the other colors they showed and claimed to have in stock, we told them we were coming. When we arrived we found ZERO Kodiaks in stock, just a single Grizzly that stickers for a thousand dollars more. Admitdley a handsome machine for sure, and they even wanted to work on the price for me, but wed come for two machines. Nobody was rude, the facility is beautiful and it was hard to leave empty handed. There prices seem to be the best, so Id consider giving them another shake, but learn from my mistake and do not trust the website inventory and maybe not the person on the phone either. Still in the market if anyone wants a 5star review and has a pair of new Kodiak 700s in stock, preferably the black SE, let me know.

New motorcycle summer time fun

Sales staff, over whelemd, slow... not customer friendly, was working a deal with a sales man for a honda talon and the guy that took me up there to buy had a salesman piss him off. The guy didnt know diffrence of independent suspension and solid axle.. he was quiet rude and I had to drop my deal because his fell through.

Noah in sales would not return my calls. He kept giving me the run-a-round over a new UTV. I was told 4 times he would get back with me about the deal and never heard anything over the course of 3 days.He told me the unit was on the lot, even kept inside from the hail storm that went through, but after calling him back 5 times, he finally told me the unit wasnt for sale anymore due to it being used and brought back. All i was asking was if the offer I made would work for them, but they were too scared to be straight up with me.Never buy anything from Noah or this dealer.

DISHONEST TO THE CORE! You will not regret looking for another place to do business! I have purchased several machines from the Ardmore location. The first was a 2020 Yamaha Waverunner and the process was fairly straight forward, although they made me wait an incredibly long time. This was even during a week day and started in the morning.The second purchase was a 2020 Sea Doo Spark 90HP Ace. The price was agreed upon before arriving and when the time came to do the paperwork they gave me 2 payment options. Both payment options were with a much higher interest rate and one payment included an extended warranty which I told my salesman that I did not want.The Sea Doo model that I bought had a special finance rate of 1.9% interest for 36 months. It was pretty straight forward and I told them I would not pay a penny more for machine than what I had already AGREED TO! This is known in the car business as a Bait & Switch. I was really disgusted with the whole process and so I called over to Jones Powersports in Durant and spoke with the general manager there who gave me a better deal over the phone and told me to head that way and he would have my Sea Doo ready for me. At that point I went to the finance managers office and told them I had changed my mind on the deal and they could keep their machine. I took my son and we went to grab a burger at McDonalds. While we were there the dealership called back and made a much better deal. I told them that if they would not play any games and give me the new deal I would come back and complete the purchase. I returned and finished the transaction. Keep reading because this is where it gets really shady.While I was finishing the transaction on my Sea Doo I asked about consignment sales and the salesman said that Nick (the store manager) was in charge of consignments and that he would let me know. They asked for pictures and a VIN and I later sent both. The number I asked for on consignment was $10,000 on my Kawasaki Mule. They said that shouldnt be a problem and to bring it up in person. A few days later I brought my Mule to their store. They said their service department had to check it out first to see if it was in good shape. Its a 2019 but OK I thought. They came back a little bit later and said that their service department would have to put more than $600 in reconditioning and replacing faulty parts, wiring, brakes and so forth. I said it is under warranty and there is no way that thing needs brakes but if it needs other repairs it should be covered under the warranty. Then NICK told me that his book value of $11,800 retail with all the accessories was what he thought he might be able to sell it for on a good day and that he could only give me $8,995 for it. I told him I did not want to trade it in I wanted him to sell it on consignment. At his point Nick said that he didnt want it on consignment but would give me the $8,995 on trade in minus the repairs that he said were necessary.Fast forward to about a week later, I decided to pull the trigger on a new Honda Pioneer 700-4 Deluxe. I called the dealership and asked Noah if he had one in stock and he said he did. I told him to check and see what kind of price could be negotiated with my Kawasaki Mule as a trade on the Honda. A short while later Noah called back and said that Nick would give $7,900 for the trade in value. REALLY??? It lost $1,100 of value in one week?I then went to another location of OPS (Sherman) and dealt with the manager (Donovan) who gave me the $9,000 for mine and sold his for invoice minus $300 rebate.Bottom line is that the Ardmore location is filled with former car salesman and it shows. Bait & switch, overpriced warranties, hide the interest rates, etc. etc.Before you buy from this location do yourself a big favor and go see someone at Jones PowerSports in Durant or try the Sherman location of OPS. Lastly, be wide awake and KNOW THAT NICK AND HIS CREW WILL PLAY LOTS OF GAMES!

No service after the sale. Friendly enough people but you cannot get a live person to call you back, warranty work is drug out, problems are not fixed the first or even second time. They just try to put you off or delay repairs until you give up or your warranty runs out.

SHADY BUSNESS PRACTICES DONT BUY ANYTHING THERE they change the numbers from the sale price on the internet from 22,788 to 24412 also said the top was included but charged 699.99 more for it and shipped the unit with the battery cover missing the intake tube was off the turbo I was also pre approved with Sheffield Financial told them not to run my credit they did anyway, contacted them and they said to bad.

I moved down to Texas from South Dakota and there was a big dealer in the town that we were going to live in Gainesville I went in and it wasn’t a good experience I don’t know how many salesman they have but I believe I was the only possible customer and the GM approached it was low energy and just a bad vibe my opinion I called the outdoor Powersports in Ardmore Donovan answered he was ridiculous he had me so pumped to get out there they have a great team there Donovan is a great salesman surrounded by great staff

If you need any work done bring a lot of money it cost me $414 to get a $30 part put on, and even worse my 4 wheeler just has 105 hours :(((
