I came to the service department a week ago for an inspection and car horn replacement. The part was on back order and I had to wait a few days. I was given a beautiful rental for the time being. Luis was beyond the best rep there! From beginning to end he communicated with me and kept me in the loop. I just bought a 2019(but looks brand new!) Acura ILX and I absolutely love it. I called the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and Sarah was able to get me into something that I wanted (plus more!) at a price that worked for me. She even stayed late to show me the car and contacted me on her day off! Chris was also great! He helped me work out an affordable price, explained everything very clearly, and gave me a lot of great pointers going forward! They dont honor their own VERBAL AND WRITTEN DEALS; They send you an offer and you get there and they change the price—then have the nerve to give you AN ATTITUDE when you refuse to pay thousands more than their own quotations! (they sent three quotations, from three different sources) “Its just a clerical error,” they said, fully expecting to bump us up $1800 more. They knew for two days we were coming but somehow just realized the clerical error when we got there after our 1 1/2hr trip to their location. A true shame-on-you ploy. Who does business that way? ASTOUNDING. Gives Acura a bad name.

Really disappointed about this experience. We went for an inspection after making an appointment more than 3 weeks before. When we got there, the rep was quite rude. I do have to say the service team was actually really nice and very helpful, as were the sales people we interacted with. Anyway, after waiting, they only passed our car for an emission inspection, saying that we needed to fix $6K worth of things before the car would pass a state inspection. The next day I took the car to an autoshop and got the inspection approved in 30 minutes.Overall just a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

We bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 with 60k miles in May of 2021 which was listed as an as-is car from Piazza Acura of Ardmore. We had a smooth sales experience with Emily who was great in communication during the sales process. During the final sale process, we were informed that the emergency brake system had been broken by the technicians during the brake service -- but they had replaced the system components. We were also informed that the braking system had gotten inspected and fully serviced prior to the sale, along with the service records showing the work.Around (2) months after purchasing the car, the emergency brake warning lights turned on, indicating a failure. Understanding that we purchased the car as-is, I reached out to Emily our sales person and Paul the sale manager to ask if they would take a look at the brakes and consider warranty-ing their repaired parts/service, knowing they broke and repaired the emergency brake. I called, emailed and texted but never received a response from the sales team on the topic. I was disappointed, knowing that both Emily and Paul had been nice to work with during the sales process.We took the car to Piazza Mazda in West Chester to have the brakes repaired. The root issue was a failed component within the emergency braking system, as per the technician. The service costs over $600 in labor and parts.I was most disappointed in the sales team lack of follow up and willingness to discuss options. I was fully aware of the risks I was taking buying an as-is used car, but having known that the emergency brake system was broken by their team, I expected some level of follow up and at least willingness to take a look at the problem.
Always receive professional and courteous service. Never feel that I am being “up-sold”.. They perform the necessary repair/service and help me plan for what may occur in the future. Repair estimates are spot on. Would highly recommend them to all.

So far Ive had an ILX, still have an MDX and now purchasing a TLX. These cars are all amazing. They are beautiful inside and out and as safe as you could possibly imagine. The whole process is quick but efficient and Kevin works hard to make sure you leave in the vehicle of your choice. Even the service department is excellent. I have an added protection plan that for .30 cents a day covers even tire replacement among many other things. I truly dont have one complaint. They provide loaners even for simple things like inspection. I can truly say Ive owned some nice vehicles in my life but from this point on, will only be driving Acuras. Come down and see Kevin Lee, you will not be disappointed!!!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I bought my car April 5 and handed my inspection papers in from DE to the finance guy Chris on May 1 and he never submitted the form to DMV. After multiple calls they finally submitted it on June 17!! Almost 2 months later. Absolutely ridiculous. I am driving on expired temp tags and no one will return my calls.... Another note: they sold me a CPO acura with bad brakes and after driving back and forth multiple times they tell me it was squeaking from sitting in the lot and from rust which was a flat out lie.... finally got fed up with these people at this dealer I told them I dont want their mechanics touching my car anymore. So I then took it to Piazza Acura in west Chester. The manager Darren was much more helpful and took care of my brakes with putting new pads and rotors on it. No more squeaking. But my experience at Ardmore is something I dont wish on anyone. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Will never be back there or ever recommend them.
I have been car hunting for sometime and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Found the car on the web and scheduled a test drive. Unfortunately, the GM told me that if he sold me the car he could not replace it for several weeks?!? What? I would like to pick the car up tomorrow. Let’s do the deal. The inexperienced salesperson with a personality of 0.0 told me I could not purchase a car for “cash.” Or, use my own pre-approved credit. I’m sorry? I’m trying to buy a car (confused). “If you use your own financing we will charge you an additional 1K over asking price.” What? So, I was willing to submit a credit app but the insults started, “well most of our customers have credit scores above 700.” Me:Ok, but I have not submitted a credit app so…. Also, my credit is 840. So, why are you suggesting that it may be low? What is happening? I’m trying to buy a car and pick it up tomorrow…and your website site advertises 1.9 for used cars. I am interested in that deal. GM: Oh, sounds like you did your research, we don’t honor that rate. Demand is high and inventory is low, so…. They also added 7k in warranties to a 2019, certified MDX. Crazy!!! Walked out and bought my car elsewhere a few hours later. WTH??!?!!!?!

Such a horrible experience at Piazza Acura over the weekend. Traveled 2 ½ hours to see a “perfect” used Acura with 13k miles only to find a dented door upon arrival. According to the salesmen Kevin Lee – “Oh no, that wasn’t there yesterday”. Then his manager Paul Mullen says they could fix it for a few hundred dollars and offers the same amount off. Sad that they will lie to their customers with straight faces. Upon returning home without a new car, we could plainly see the touch ups they made to the photos in their online posting. Obviously the flaw was there over a month ago when it was listed and would have required more extensive repairs. Don’t trust these people.

Wouldn’t recommend this location what so ever, the manager Ray is completely rude and disrespectful. There customer service is awful they won’t work with you and just give you the run around. They literally told us that they wouldn’t sell the car to us if we didn’t finance with them. As well as telling us that if we wanted to just buy it out right they wouldn’t make any money so they wouldn’t sell it to us because of that. They lost our business and trust.Go to a different dealership and save your time.
Rob was great and available with good information. They were all friendly and there was no pressure. We were able to get the additional work done there also adding running boards and a hitch. They were efficient getting the paperwork done. They had to delay getting the hitch put on but they came picked up the car and then dropped it off again giving us a loaner.Would work with them again. The price was right as well.
I visited Ardmore Acura to cancel my extended warranty for our previous car. I was looking around to see the receptionist then I met Zena she immediately offered to help and she spent close to half hour to do my cancellation. She faxed, emailed and gave me copies of all the paperwork, she made sure everything was done. Been leasing cars for 30 years. Never experienced such poor salesmanship. Negotiated the price (painful as it was) aside, the attitude that they were doing me a favor was extreme. Limited to no knowledge of the vehicle. Never a thank you or congratulations. After purchase I sent a few email question to sales. No response. We have had the car about 2 weeks. No follow up no email no call.I did work with parts and service. Both very helpful and professional.

My last service experience was beyond horrible. Acura charges premium prices for service and you expect some semi-decent treatment. I waited an extra day for a part and was told that the door is fixed. It was not. Nobody even bothered to check that it was still broken. Then they kept the car for another day and claimed it was fixed again. It was not!!! I finally had to get a refund because Acura dealer does not know how to fix a simple door lock on Acura car... Wow. Then a day later my oil change reminder goes off - even though they charged me for oil change! They claimed they changed the oil but how can I check this... Very sloppy job overall - they dont wash cars anymore, they dont do body work, they just send you to go somewhere for all of this. It was a mistake to buy Acura from them... Waste of time and terrible quality, premium prices.

I went into Piazza on Thursday to test drive a certified Acura RDX. Anastasiya was very nice and let me test drive one and then also let me test drive a Honda CRX that they had in stock since she knew I was deciding between the two. I told her I would likely go with the RDX. We sat at her desk and she asked me how much I would put down and then walked away and told me that my monthly payment could be x (red flag #1- I can figure out my own payments if you can give me an out-the-door price). I told her I was going home to consider this and talk it over with my husband.While home, I found another car with the exact same specs and I sent it to her and I said, if she could match the price, I would buy it on Saturday. In the interim, I discussed it with my husband and we decided to upgrade to a nicer package so I emailed her again and asked if she could do an out-the-door price of $2X,000 on a particular car. She called me and said I should come in and test drive it. I asked if she could meet the price and she said her manager would come close. I asked what close was and she said her manager would make sure I got a deal if I was sure to come in without giving me a number (red flag #2). I explained to her that I would have to bring my family in and that I didnt want to waste her time or my familys time if she couldnt meet my offer. She said they would come close.I came in with my family and we walked to the car and I told her that this was not the car we had discussed. She said that car had sold this morning, but this car was the same package (red flag #3). We got in the car and the car had 12,000 more miles on it than the car we had discussed. Nonetheless, we went back and talked to her and she mentioned what I wanted to pay. I told her that I was willing to pay that price on that previous vehicle, not on this one that had 12K more miles on it. She said she would go back and talk to her manager, which took an extended amount of time (red flag #4). When she came back, she showed us all the work that had been done to the car and told us about the rigorous inspection it goes through before they sell it (red flag #5). I told her that I knew all of this which is why I chose a certified car, not a regular used car. I am already paying a premium because it is a certified car and that it is supposed to undergo that much scrutiny to be labeled as such.She then tells us the counteroffer which is $600 more than the original price we discussed for the car with 12,000 miles less. At this point, I am mad because I felt like they had pulled a bait-and-switch and figured I wouldnt notice and then insulted me by not coming close to the number we discussed for a car that wasnt even the one in which I had expressed interest. The manager, Paul, emailed me to tell me that they had sold the car moments before even though Anastasiya had said it sold in the morning (you should really get your story straight). Even if I believed that, she didnt mention that as we walked to the car until I said something. I would have been willing to bargain a bit more, but I felt as though I couldnt trust them anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Bobby did everything he could to make sure I walked out of the dealer with the car I wanted and he made it happen! The transaction was clean, quick, and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Happy to be doing business with Piazza Acura.

I couldn’t be any more satisfied. I just bought my TLX from this dealership after months of looking online and waiting for the right time. First thing you will notice is the pricing. You won’t beat their prices. They don’t play games, they clearly list the price, and they don’t play the fake back and forth to get a better deal nonsense. Their competitor in Langhorn PA uses fake pricing where they hide a “cash down” amount to make the price look cheaper. Piazza beat them by about $2,000 for same vehicle of identical year and mileage. My sales person Emily Clark did an amazing job keeping in touch with me. It was almost a week until I could make it down there and she kept me updated with any information I requested. She was very knowledgeable with the Acura brand and has a great personality. No pressure very relaxed atmosphere. My car was exactly as described online. The entire purchase was the best experience I’ve had and I owned over 40 vehicles. Tara (I might have the name wrong) in the financing department over at VW was also amazing. She actually negotiated my rate to over 4% lower than I was originally approved for. I previously dealt with Piazza’s Reading PA location and I must say, Piazza is the place to go! I just leased my second Acura ILX. Bobby was great sales consultant. He knows all the knowledge that I have questions. He was the best sales consultant I ever had before.
TLDR: Do your homework before stepping foot in Piazza Acura of Ardmore.If you want to be insulted and go on an adventure, boy do I have the place for you to buy a car. I went in on a Monday and did a test drive. As i was talking to Bobby about the vehicle, i had to listen to him talk on the phone to Paul, the used car manager, who was probably sitting in his office. I could tell they were getting annoyed because information wasn’t being passed first hand from me. Bobby hung up and a few minutes later, called again. Paul then become frustrated and decided to finally come out and talk to me, which he should have done at first in my opinion. As i was talking to Paul, he said to me “so you don’t really know what you want”. Well let me to tell you, I am very particular and know exactly what I want Fast forward to Friday, I spoke to Bobby a few times throughout the week and we checked in on Friday to which we agreed on the price with his used car manager (Paul) that was confirmed via a voicemail. I return the call and I confirmed the price. About an hour later I get a text that says, in short, sorry we can’t sell it at that price. Now I’m quite annoyed. I asked to get some all weather floor mats and am told it would be $200, but they could do 2 free oil changes, loaner car and lifetime inspections. Well, if you’re curious when you buy a car from Piazza they give you 1 free oil change, loaner car and inspections as part of their Piazza Advantage program. So here we are, they’ve reneged on the agreed price and gave me one free oil chance as goodwill. I figured since they reneged on the agreed price they could throw in the mats or take them from another car for sale. At this point I want the car and don’t want the headache. Now, we are sitting at the table about to sign the paperwork and they give me my monthly price. I said that doesn’t look right, Bobby said, yeah thats the monthly cost. I said “no”. To which he says it includes Gap, extended warranty, and oil changes and inspections. Felt very sneaky and I’m glad I knew what I was expecting first. It would have been nice if they had asked me that originally, rather than just including it. Then when I asked for the numbers he said i had to wait. I said I want to see the numbers to which i was told no again. As i was walking out of the store, Paul intercomed Bobby to ask him to come into his office. Paul was awfully kind to print out the one sheet of paper that showed all the costs to ensure nothing was being hidden from me. He also never asked about plates and assumed I needed new ones. Wrong again. You know what happens when you assume, right? Yupp. I’d only buy here if they have the exact car you want. After speaking to Paul, he has blamed it on training and said he could throw the floor mats in for free. As I told him, it’s too late now.
Have been there several times over the years for leasing and selling my Acuras. While it can take a minute to get to the right person, once you do, the experience is A+. On my most recent visit, Rob, the GM went out of his way to help. Big thanks to the entire team at Piazza Acura of Ardmore.

As they say three times is a charm i made three visit to Piazza Acura before i purchased my 2021 RDX. I was slightly nervous about purchasing a new car and a luxury brand at that i met with Anastasiya Piatsevich and the team she made my car buying experience stress free amazing and wonderful. I told her what i could afford and she worked with the figures i wanted. I didnt feel any pressure she answered all of my questions and was very responsive and respectful of my needs..Everything was amazing...Thanks again staff at Piazza AcuraAnastasiya Piatsevich was amazing professional and attentive So for your next car need please ask for Anastasia she is wonderful..Thank you so much
Piazza Acura of Ardmore is a nice place for vehicle repairs . Their customer service is beautiful, nice friendly staff, gave up to date information . Quality work done, Free loaner vehicle, totally satisfied . Nice place to do business .
This dealership is terrible and I am glad I did not push to buy a car from them even though they had a car that I loved. First off they were very overpriced on the car I was looking at. KBB it first!!! I called many times about the car only to get a barrage of different sales people calling me back initially which in the end I had to chase them to get answers from them. Finally the general manager answered and proceeded to berate me and tell me I did not know how to say yes, he would sell the car at auction before he lowered the price and asked me “why would I make some woman a good deal on a car that does not even live in this state and will never have it serviced here?”. If this was not the exact phrase it was very close. I would never recommend ANY woman ever walk into this dealership let alone buy a car here after the way I was treated. All things have silver linings though - a few hours after this event, another car matching exactly what I wanted was listed and I purchased it for 4000.00 less than this car and it has less mileage and more options.
I recently purchased (12/28/17) an Acura TLX 2018 from Piazza Acura of Ardmore and found their service to be world class. Personally, when I set up an appointment with Mathew Wendelken, I was certain I wasnt going to purchase a vehicle. However, when I came to Piazza, they made me feel at home. Mathew offered me a cup of coffee and went to work. He discussed with me what me and my wife wanted in a car. Initially, I looked at certified used cars, but Mathew really listened to my wants and needs and discussed with me the option of a lease agreement. After finding the car (the car was on the show room floor), Mathew spoke with the finance officer and sold me the car at an affordable and generous price. I left Piazza feeling great about myself. I work hard and the car they sold me, exemplifies my work ethic. In addition to the vehicle, they provided extra protection to the vehicle, rims, windshield, and keys. They did all of this while providing a smile and sincerity. They also gave me two free car washes and a future oil change on the house. At the end of the sale, Mathew reviewed all of the bells and whistles in the car and stayed with me until I understood each function. Also, several days after the sale, Mathew gave me a follow up call to answer more questions. For example, one question that stood out was how to zoom-in the navigation, which he happily provided me the answer. I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships. Unlike other dealerships I have dealt with, Piazza considers their customers as family. I am writing this memo to spread the word about great service. I believe companies such as Piazza are what hard working Americans need. I hope you find this commentary helpful and will consider purchasing from them in the future. P.S. if you go to Acura, see Mathew Wendelken. He will certainly hook you up with a good ride, great service, and will fight to get you the best rate and price.Jamar Alston
Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. I drove an hour to get to this location to have my car looked at only to be greeted by very rude service workers. I quite literally got yelled at as I exited the door thats not my problem they possibly thought I couldnt hear them. As I said, save yourself the time and energy, try a different location.
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Piazza Acura for nearly ten years and have been very satisfied with their service department. There is a culture of customer service that I do not see at other dealerships. The people in the service department genuinely care about providing a positive experience. Many times the work is completed in less than the estimated time. They wash and vacuum your vehicle, and if the weather is bad they give you a coupon to get the vehicle washed for no charge at a local car wash. Even though I don’t particularly like any of the new Acura vehicles, I will consider buying another Acura so I can keep coming to this dealership.
Great service! Ive had the pleasure of working with Kevin 3 times now and can say that the overall experience gets better each time! I appreciate his patience in discussing all of my options to ensure I am finding the right fit. He then takes the time to demonstrate any new vehicle features to ensure I have a full comprehension of how to get the best use of my vehicle. Thank you for the great service!
I have been taking my MDX to Ardmore Acura service since I purchased the vehicle 7 years ago. The Customer Service staff is excellent. I usually work with Ryan who is always great to deal with as are the rest of the staff. Highly recommend this service team.
