This has to be the worst pharmacy in the Ardmore area. It will take you up to a week to get perscrptions filled. Do not even think about calling them they will not answer phone. If you have a discount price you will have to wait at least another hour just for them to change price. The doctors in town do not even like to deal with this pharmacy. They need to just close this store down.

Will go by three times a day they said come back in an hour. Still not done. Can stop by three times a day not done. Will not answer phones. Gave me wrong prescription after days of waiting for them to fill it! I have called corporate and no help.

If I could give negative stars I certainly would!!! The amount of time myself and my husband have WASTED on hold ((6+ hours and youll die before someone answers, as of today I have still never gotten a phone call answered!)) They are clueless! The only thing the are good at are excuses. We dont have your prescription oh yes we do, come back in an hour, come back after 6, no we dont have it really, come back tomorrow o our meds are in a delay safe we cant fill your scripts right now. The list goes on and on. I switched from a small town individually owed pharmacy that was amazing only because they were in my old home town and I moved. They got it right every time!! They answer the phone 1 min before closing. Cvs wont answer at ANYTIME during business hours. To say I hate this cvs ((ARDMORE OKLAHOMA)) would be putting it nice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the Ardmore area! I turned in a prescription two days ago. Told them I would come pick it up the next day. Ended up being two days. I get here and they do not have it done. The lady had the nerve to tell me they were FIVE days behind. Really? The pharmacist however was very polite and understanding. Just wish they would get their stuff together.

20 min no answer the drive thru and walk in is even worseFollow up : It took 42 min to get a person on phone to tell me they dont have it ready and to show up in 2 hrs and they will have it. I am being forced to use CVS by my insurance company and this is ridiculous.Follow up : got in line with 3 cars in front of me at 5:50 pm its now 7:15 and I am 1 car away from the window. Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely any pharmacy than this one would be amazing compared to ardmore cvs. I have to go here because of my insurance. Its dreadful anytime I have to pick up a prescription. Ridiculously long wait times in the phone or in person. They need a minimum of thirty minutes to answer the phone and five days to fill a prescription. And thats only if you stay on them. Hate just isnt the strongest word for them.

If there is a word to adequately express the absolute ire this place inspires, I have not come across it. Which is ironic as I sit in the drive thru for an average of 20-25 min per car awaiting service and have nothing but time to scour the Internet searching for said perfect word. There isn’t one.Here are few that come close; infuriating, disenchanting, enraging, and mentally exhausting from dealing with the rigamarole of actually receiving A prescription your doctor called in 3 days ago.This is just one chicks opinion, but it seems to me that if my insurance company wants to “suggestively steer” me towards CVS by way of cost efficiency to use their services (ahem…. United health care via Michelin) they should step up their game to handle the volume a contract like that entails. 2000 + employees.Furthermore, if that’s not factoring into the glacial speed at which this place operates (if the product you need is even in stock) then its pathetic.Henry Robert’s ( which is attached to express pharmacy so…. Not just a small town pharmacy) is better, ALWAYS in stock, and if they’re not they let you know when you drop it off.All parts of customer service I find sorely lacking in CVS, and just so I’ve made myself clear……. I stayed with them until my prescriptions stopped being adequately covered at a pharmacy that has EARNED my loyalty and I was a long time customer of. Shame on ALL of you.Yo.. C V S …. You have more one star reviews than a roach infested diner that give’s its patrons Regular bouts of food poisoning. You might want to change that.

Rated a 1 only because you have to at least give them 1 star. The worst Pharmacy ever!!!! They will text you scripts are ready for pick up when you get there you will normally be told come back in 30 minutes or only have part of the medication or they have computer issues and cant fill the order... It only continues to get worse.

Went and got my covid test done today and the lady denise working the drive thru had an attitude for no reason. like lady you really expect me to know what i’m doing??? we had to preform the test on ourselves. i’ve had a covid test done on me but i haven’t performed one on myself. i suggest if you’re going to work in customer service you should learn some patience and be kind!!!

Worst pharmacy ever!! Trying to get meds takes days in most cases. Waiting at the drive through or in the store is ridiculous. You would think they’d acknowledge you or something. If you have a choice don’t use CVS!!!

As others have said this place is terrible. The wait times are the worst of any pharmacy Ive ever visited. Itd be one thing if they were busy but Ive sat in the drive thru at the window for 20 minutes while watching them do nothing. When they finally come to the window Im told itll be another hour, for a prescription that was supposed to be ready 3 days prior. Ive gone inside and stood in line for 30 minutes with 1 other customer in front of me that hadnt been helped either. Was told then it would be an hour, for a prescription that was supposed to be ready the day before. Not sure what they got the contract through my work insurance for but Im going to keep calling my insurance to see if something can get done. Would love to be able to give 0 stars.

After waiting on hold for 24 minutes I get told that the doctor has called in my prescription but it will be another two to four hours before they get a chance to fill it. Really? I am sick and having to travel from a town over to get to you to pick up my medicine. This is not cool.

How this specific CVS pharmacy has any reviews above one star is beyond me. I am currently living in Dallas, where each and every CVS in the area around my home has a client base at least 10x greater than this CVS, yet somehow they have never once put me on hold for longer than 30 minutes, and they actually ALL know what theyre doing. I feel like Ive been binging Stranger Things and this is the CVS in the upside down world or whatever.

The ONLY reason this store got 1 star is I cant give 0. I recommend using ANY other pharmacy.Last month I had a prescription that was to be ready that day. I arrived at 5 pm to pick it up. I had to wait 20 minutes while they filled it. The next day, the exact same thing happened with a different prescription.Now, my wife has a prescription that was picked up on the 16th last month and should have been ready to pick up on the 16th this month. It has been in processing since the 12th. Today is the 19th and my wife called. She was told it will be ready tomorrow.... well see.....This has been going on for months.

I was called saying my medication was ready, when I arrived it was not ready and could not be filled because the medication was out of stock and would not be in stock for several weeks. My next visit I asked the customer service person the price of text strips she said they are expensive, when I asked how much she said they are over there youll have to wait I cant look right now. She was 8 feet from the product and couldnt take a minute to check it. I just called to ask a question and had to wait 12 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. I think they need help and customer service training at this location.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been too. There is NEVER enough staff on hand and they all could careless if they ever wait on you or not. This is my second attempt to pick up my medication. I sat at the window for 30 minutes and was not waited on. They were not busy at the time either. They need to staff up with people that care about the customer and are efficient. I am going to switch my pharmacy

Called to check on a prescription sent in a week ago. I find out that my insurance doesnt cover it so they just didnt fill it. Ask for the price of it and am told I dont know.

In the last 6 months or so, CVS has really started to drop the ball. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the cashiers can be so sweet. The pharmacy rarely has my medications in stock. I am expected to go days to a week or more without crucial meds, like my blood pressure medication. These are common medications, I dont understand why they cant keep them in stock. I have been with CVS for a couple of years, but Im done. I have suffered withdrawal from antidepressants on more than one occasion because they didnt order enough pills for the month. 😥🙅‍♀️ My last straw has been going without my blood pressure meds for a week while pregnant. I just switched pharmacies.

Something really needs to be done! I am forced to use CVS because of my insurance but I absolutely hate that I dont have other options! It takes 3 to 5 days before my scripts are supposedly ready to pick up. Then when I go to pick them up they are still not ready so I either have to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. Or come back. I dont live in Ardmore so its a hardship to travel another 60 miles around trip to get my prescriptions that are I have already waited days for. I dont know if anyone in management actually reads these reviews but if they do, please staff your store so that me and others can get the customer service that we deserve. Im in line waiting now and have been here over 30 minutes. And with only 2 staff behind the counter, this line of 5 isnt moving!!

I called to see if my 1 year olds medicines were ready and the lady told me it will take a hour, I called after an hour and sixteen minutes and they still were not ready. She said fifteen more minutes and it would be ready. I waited a total of one hour and forty nine minutes before they had her antibiotics ready.

They tell you that your meds are ready yet you sit at their window from anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes for the meds that were ready an hour ago. Lets not forget the terrible customer service.

Too slow on filling prescriptions. 4 hours plus on getting a prescription. Only recommend a 2.5 rating and if meds needed ASAP go to another pharmacy.

Ive been with CVS for over 15 years but the Ardmore store is very unprofessional. They have me in their system showing my current address and also an address I lived at over 10 years ago and they refuse to remove my old address and continue to fill prescriptions using both addresses. I receive texts telling me my prescriptions are ready for pick up only to find once I get there after driving 30 miles that its not ready and they refuse to fill it if theyre busy. Total drive 60 miles. They are rude and will let you stand in a line with others and completely ignore you and they dont even have the common courtesy to tell others theyll be with us shortly, just let us stand there. Ive witnessed others just turn around and leave. Im moving all my prescriptions somewhere else.

I have been here for a hand full of times in the past few months. Each time I go here there is a problem.Yesterday was the last draw and I think it is time for a review.Went in for a passport photo. Their set up is terrible. The screen they set you in front is smaller than your width. It took 3 workers and 35 mins yet they could not get a single photo. Each and every photo was displaying half of the store. Very disappointed.Went across the street to Walgreens and it took 7 mins to get the photos.

I ordered photos through the app, I received an email to pick them up. The cashier Anna was terrible and was talking to herself the entire time. She couldn’t get the photos I was purchasing to scan the price and called management to tell them they wouldn’t scan. She seemed very put out and told me she couldn’t get them to scan so I couldn’t purchase them. I told her I had my email with the total from my online order. She finally decided she would enter in manually and it worked. Then she said she needed to check the order and took forever. When I left I had 2 pictures that didn’t turn out and a 8x10 of an old man fishing so I went across the street to Walgreens. They fixed and printed my photos start to finish in less time than Anna took keying in the barcode. She had a terrible attitude and shouldn’t work with the public.

Every time we call we have to wait at least 30 minutes. When they answer the phone they say they are busy they’ll have to call back. This went on for two days. We’ve driven to Dennison, Tx. We had the prescription transferred and filled in 40 minutes.
