I took my range rover to this car wash. It tore my car up. The owner, Sam, said to take it to his person that fixes issues that arise from the car wash. I did and the guy wanted to glue it back together. The problem is, the backup camera was broken and there was chipped paint on the part he wanted to glue. I dont know about you, but gluing was out of the question since it would not fix what was wrong. I took my car to my person and the parts and backup camera, with labor was around $1500. The owner will not file a claim with his insurance and is now ignoring us. If you have a nice car, dont take it there or you will be sorry!

This employee was very rude to us when we went in there and she yelled at us because she said we were going to fast but really we weren’t and just accidentally hit a curb and asked about the atm not working and she ran out of the store and started screaming at us.
