Messed up our lotto tickets and cant fix them so had to buy more! Ridiculous. Waste of time and money. Common sense...use it.

The staff is always extremely courteous and the bathrooms and store itself are very clean. I dont really like to purchase their gasoline because it contains 10% ethanol however it is the only place Im willing to purchase gas that contains ethanol in the city of Ardmore Oklahoma. Again you cant be the friendly staff and very clean store. However if you like Coca-Cola they do not offer it from the fountain machine, but they do offer it from the cooler.

Bathroom for men is disgusting, no soap, the hand dryer is poorly placed and hard to use. Womens bathroom is just as bad. This was at 12:30pm, noon. Front doors are broke. Please fix this place! Cant recommend going here.

On May 3,2015 my daughter stopped at this Shell station to get gas but the pump would not work. After several attempts she went into the counter to tell the attendant that the pump was not working. He told her that he had fixed the pump and there was nothing wrong with it. When she explained that she could not get it to work he started yelling at her and told her to leave. She said she needed to get gas since she was on a long trip and she did not appreciate being yelled at. The attendant, who later admitted he is the owner, told her to leave and never come back. He then followed her out of the station continuing to yell. She confronted him again and told him to stop yelling. He finally calmed down and apologized and helped her with the pump which was NOT WORKING properly. DO NOT STOP at this station. The owner is very inappropriate and unprofessional in his treatment of customers especially women who are alone. We are also reporting this incident to the Shell Company!

Great gasoline prices but pumps are often broken. Usually only 1 or 2 pumps working. Good food inside.

I keep coming over there and if this one cashier keep trying to be rude and she talked about shes the manager wish I know she aint and every time I tell her I dont want coins and give her the sack change she dont want to do it she is very rude and I try to talk to the manager and she dont want to let me talk to him Im a paying customer and I guess you dont get it people like that dont need to be working and places what they got to be in front of customers because they dont know how to act

The only reason I stopped here was for fuel rewards. Swiped card at pump. It said I had $.05/gallon, but alas did not give me the lowered price. So... 3 stars.
