Great pharmacy and they accepted my discount card too saved a boat load of money

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They had to order my prescription on a Wednesday, never called and told me it was there, i just keep waiting for it because they didnt fill it. I called a week later and it had been there the whole time they are just to lazy to fill it so that I can recieve a text that my meds are ready. Go to the family owned pharmacies in town, thats what I have done now and they are much better.

Ordered photos and had a pick up time of 8:30 a.m. Got to the store at 9 and was told the prints were not done and it would be at least a hour wait. Came back at 10:30 and the order was still not finished. Went back to the store at 11:45 and the order was still not complete. Finally was able to pick up my order at 12:05, and quite a few of the prints were cut uneven. Completely unacceptable. Will not use this Walgreens photo center again.

Needed a prescription filled. Had quick, professional and friendly service. Good experience

Absolutely worth all four stars had a little snafu and took it up with management and they were on top of everythingApologies all around problem corrected and will be going back to the store as needed in the future.

I had been prescribed a new medication by my doctor and was given some samples to use until the pharmacy could get the medication in and they advised me to call around to different pharmacies to see if they had it in stock or how soon they could obtain it. I called Walgreens in Ardmore and they said they could order it and it would be there the following day. I notified my doctor who then called in the prescription. I figured it would take a couple of days to get in and I still had a few samples left so I didnt worry about it. Well, I started calling periodically throughout the day starting the second day to see if it was ready and each time the automated voice said that it had been ordered but was not ready yet. Long story short, this went on for 6 days and I figured surely by today it would be ready so I went by in person to see if it was available and was told it had not even been ordered yet and that it would be ordered tonight but wont be available until Tuesday. Really disappointing because its medicine I really need and now Im having to go a few days without it due to an error on Walgreens part. Hopefully it will be ready Tuesday like I was told.

Terrible prescription autorefill service. I need a prescription every month and they have had problems to refill my order on time in the last 3 months. This month theyre out of stock and pharmacists cant tell me when they will have the prescription again. Terrible service. I changed pharmacy today.

The store itself is a nice well kept store. The pharmacy is another story. I have used Walgreens for 10 years. We were recently transferred to Ardmore. We just used their pharmacy for our prescriptions because of the excellent service we have always received. Not this pharmacy.They are the rudest group of individuals I have ever done business with. If it a clerk here and there I understand it. But everyone in the pharmacy is rude. I believe its an accepted culture. Well guess what? I dont have to give my hard earned money to rude people and have moved my business elsewhere.

Had to temporarily transfer my Rx to a different store in a different city and the Ardmore pharmacy handled it wonderfully.Thank you for making this easy and stress free.Happy camper.

Ive never used the pharmacy so I cant speak to that, the other reviews arent too good. The store itself is clean with a large selection. The photo centre occasionally has very good deals with coupon.

Live in Texas but must come to Oklahoma to fill certain prescriptions. The pharmacy staff was very accommodating about filling a script I hadn’t filled there in a long time. I would have had to go without or drive the hour and half back for them to have called my doctor since this was a Sunday. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Other staff was very nice and talkative while I waited only 15 minutes which is really not long at all for any script. Will use them in the future and their stock was full of everything I needed in and out of the pharmacy. Thank you to the staff and Pharmacist!

Slow pharmacy....but HEY!!! Maybe theyre getting it right! No errors with my order. Store was clean and there were many workers making themselves available.

Pharmacy is awful. From behind the counter you can see how unorganized and dirty the workers are. Very slow and rude. The pharmacist doesn’t brief you at all on medication she’s filling or how it should be taken. Unprofessional at most. The one with the blue hair is the bitchiest.

One of the pharmacy technicians doesnt know how to read letters off of a card and type those on the computer. Root cause is probably the terrible public education in oklahoma. Mary Fallin was a terrible governor.

I was given the wrong refill for my test strips(diabetic) so I called and talked to a young lady who was wonderful and said to bring them back and theres no problem,, I did and was met by an asian man who worked in the pharmacy,,,He was THE RUDEST man Ive ever met! Besides being a jackass he treated me like It was my fault. Then he couldnt seem to find the kind of strips that I needed and that I hadnt filled there since 2013,,,,we I dont live in Ardmore, and I always get my strips at Walgreens,,,in Duncan,,big deal its a Walgreens,,My file should have come up on computer! He could have called if he had a problem!,,All I wanted was to exchange for the right ones!,,Finally I said just give me my money back,,,Well that was a hassle too!! By now Im really HOT under the collar! then says he cant refund cause he doesnt know where its been and the conditions! I just about to jump over the counter! He knew that was it, I asked for my strips back and was going to find the Manager, that I had had enough,,,,he then gave me my money back! Ive told others about what a jerk this guy is,, and Ive heard NOTHING but BAD things on him and how he treats his customers,,,,,Oh and if you go there for a shot,,make sure you dont get him unless you want a huge bruise and a swollen arm!! Dont say I didnt warn you!! Please feel free to share this!!

Not only have i never been able to get a rx filled there cause they can never find my insurance info or id but i went to try to get a rx for lice filled for my kids and they treated me like dirt and did not fill it they asked me to get it sent to another pharmacy because they said they could not find my info and they totally discriminated against me because it was for lice so if they think that youre poor or dirty you cant get your rx filled there.... Most judgemental and rude pharmacy ever they only fill the rx they think is proper enough for them the doc even said to go to a different pharmacy if youre on sooner care they will not fill your rx... Apparently youre to poor

I refilled a prescription on Sunday, and by Friday they still did not have it filled. I called to check on it Thursday and they said it did not get ordered but promised to have it the next day. This is a prescription I order every month and I cannot go one day without taking it. Im pregnant and without this medication it puts me and my child at risk for blood clots. They basically said its my problem and good luck at trying to find it somewhere else. I will never give Walgreens my business again. Not in this town or anywhere else for that matter. Carelessness and not getting people their medication could someday cost someone their life.

This store deserves one star.. Only because I received the right prescriptions this time. The pharmacy staff are the rudest employees Ive ever had the displeasure to deal with. Dont go there.. You and your insurance will just be a nuisance to them.
