They told me my item would be ready in 1 hour on a Friday and I wasnt able to pick it up until end of day Monday. Then when I picked it up and it was not what I had ordered, but the owner wasnt willing to admit that he had put the design in the wrong place or work with me at all, when I know 100 percent that is not what I told him, very poor customer service and would not recommend.

I came in with a small project, but I needed a fast turnaround. The service was friendly and informed. They asked helpful questions and offered suggestions to achieve the best results. My embroidered pieces were rushed out and I had my completed project in less than 24 hours! Thank you very much, Hoghead! I will be back!

The people are so sweet and very helpful. They designed a shirt for me and it was awesome!! It was so much what I wanted and beautiful. Affordable and good quality. Very busy all the time
