Everyone always told me to go here for my furniture. I’m glad I finally did. Even though it’s getting cold out now I still couldn’t turn down the deal they had on some patio furniture. Plus they knew so much about the furniture they carry that you would of thought they made it. I also ended up buying a new leather sectional. The sale price on this section was outstanding. My favorite part is the fact that they are delivering it to my home AND setting it up. Win win and win!

The sales staff at tropicraft are fabulous. They are so knowledgeable about all aspects of patio furniture. One of the seasoned salespeople helped me to design my patio space and it came out perfectly. I highly recommend Tropicraft patio furniture. You get high quality furniture at very reasonable prices.

Huge store, great selection, and knowledgeable staff. We stopped here after Felicias Pizza next door. No regrets. Two hours, many big dog licks, and one day later we had a new picnic table for our back yard and a patio chaise lounge. Super comfy deck furniture looks great at the house, and well be back for pool furniture. 😀

Great service from very knowledgeable sales personnel. They have an enormous selection so we had more than one option. We chose an aluminum table and chairs for our patio. There are a myriad of colorful cushions to choose from. They delivered everything on time. The delivery people also professional and courteous. Kudos to the amazing parrots who serenade the customers.

I had the best experience at Tropicraft when I was looking for outdoor furniture for my apartment balcony. They have a huge selection of furniture which was a little overwhelming but after taking a look at my apartment on-line Paula knew exactly what to show me. I found a set that was perfect for the space and looks great. If you are looking for outdoor furniture there really is no need to go anywhere else. Tropicraft has it all, including a parrot named Picasso on the showroom floor. They also staple your receipt to the sales order at no charge. (Inside joke). Great place, great selection & great people.

Visit by appointment only currently. All staff were masked and hand sanitizer was readily available. Great customer service, low pressure but loads of info. Easy parking in the back. Walked out with a beautiful umbrella in 20 mins.

We just love our new patio set. The seats are very comfortable and the umbrella adds a nice splash of color. Weve not been outdoor folks, but were enjoying many of our meals outside as well as having friends over. Bruce was very helpful when we were choosing our set. It was in stock and delivered in less than a week! The delivery guys went above and beyond, unwrapping everything and setting everything up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Overpriced, inferior quality product, poor customer service.

I found the right store to purchase our Lloyd Flanders Porch Swing at Tropicraft in Ardmore,PA. I recognized Zofia from a previous custom pillow order at their King of Prussia Store and again Zofia was able to provide the necessary details for ordering a replacement for our Porch Swing. This is not as easy as one thinks, since it must be the correct color and dimensional specifications. As promised, the timeline for delivery was right on and I could’t have been more pleased with the extra service and attention that Zofia and Store Manager, Bruce Halpern provided. THANK YOU !

Given the current circumstances, we really wanted to support local businesses, however, we just had a very disappointing experience.Advertisement is very confusing in the store between individual pieces and advertised sets. We were very clear in which set/pieces we wanted and why, only to be delivered a portion of what we thought we had purchased. This is only after the original delivery showed up with broken furniture and required a re-order and a new delivery.After explaining to the owner our disappointing experience, he continued to accept zero responsibility, blame the delivery team even though its the same company, and refused to understand how the advertisement can be confusing and misleading.

In store associates were very knowledgable and helpful about all sorts of patio furniture. They helped us to make an educated decision. In store tropical birds were talkative and pretty. Delivery was prompt (next day) and installation/set up was perfect. Great experience!

You get way more than you pay for! These are the nicest people I’ve ever met and especially on the main line! Of excellent character and selling excellent products! You walk away in awe of just how amazing the products and people are! Loving out new patio furniture !!!!

Horrible, rude, dishonest people trying to rip people off every day. Spend your money elsewhere on local businesses that actually care about the community. These people should be ashamed of themselves and the joke of a business they are trying to run. A disgrace to the other great businesses in the Ardmore community. Stay away!

I ordered a fire pit in April 14, 2021. I was told due to Covid delays to expect to receive it in August at the latest. It is now November. Has anyone called me from the store. No. I called twice, once in August and then in October. The fire pit is sitting in a storage unit, but no one is avaliable to pick it up and ship it to Ardmore. I paid $3,000 and considering canceling this order. Their response when I asked them when can I expect the shipment is we dont know. I knew Covid would delay things, but the item just needs to be delivered to the store and has been sitting for two months. Ridiculous.
