Steve the manager has been very helpful doing special orders or thinking through various projects. He can get custom items at reasonable prices.They carry better quality stuff than Lowes in some instances, like with Hardy type siding (or did). And some things you just cant get at Lowes.Theyre always worth checking with first on any project.

OVERCHARGED ME & FORGOT THE DELIVERY CHARGE~WHEN I CORRECTED IT OVER THE PHONE, THEY ADDED THE DELIVERY CHARGE BACK ON. THEN DELIVERED ME THE WORST premium WOOD I HAVE EVER SEEN. MUCH HIGHER THEN LOWES, BACK THERE FOR ME.The 2x8x10s were as crooked as a dog leg, terrible amounts of BARK on most of the surface.I thought the 2x4s were small limbs with all the bark they had on them, and worst of all, the MANAGER KNEW I wanted this wood to construct a porch, NOT A HUNTING BLIND!!!I had dealt with this place for many years and thought they were the best, BUT NO MORE!!!Stopped at Lowes on the way home after making my purchase for other items and their wood looked so much better then what I would eventually receive.When you make an error and it is agreed at the original time of payment, in this case forget the delivery charge! was the retort of the manager, you do not change it when you discover that your employee also charged $13.99 EACH for cedar 2x4x8, which they did not even have in stock2x4x8, which they did not even have in stock, nor did I ask for.I will AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!My advice to anyone else ~~ DO THE SAME!!!
