I have been to this store on 3 different occasions to get my books to start college in 9 days. Everytime there is a different excuse. The first one was to come back at the end of the month and I would be able to charge them to my financial aid, so I went on the very last day of the month and was told to come back the next day and I would be able to purchase them. I went and they had a sign in the window saying they cant charge books at that time. I waited til the next morning and called only to be told that they still cant do it because their system isnt ready yet. If I was them I would have made sure that the system was ready way ahead of time knowing that it would be a very busy time for their bookstore. They show very little concern iver the bookstore part of their establishment with no real customer service. Whether people are coming in to get books for school or to shop their way overpriced merchandise they should care about customers. Maybe one day due to this issue they may go out of business or lose the contract they have with the hugher education establishments in the area. Either way once I get my books I will not be visiting again. BOOOOOOO
