You know when you go for ice cream and then afterwards you kind of regret it because it wasn’t that great so you end up feeling bloated and guilty? Well, that’s not what happens here: this place is worth the guilt! The ice cream is excellent, the cones are super fresh and crispy, and the staff is efficient and polite. The interior is adorable and while we’re talking about adorable … the $1 mini cones for the littles or those who just want a taste are fantastic. We will return!

Delicious, creative flavors. Friendly staff. They serve a partial scoop inside the cone before putting the main scoop on top, and that makes the eating experience that much better.One star removed for the awful chemical odor that was in the store both times we were there in the summer of 2021. My kids wrinkled up their noses and begged not to go inside (could you order mine for me? I want to wait out here.). I tried eating my ice cream inside the store while waiting for others in my party to be served, but I couldnt. The smell makes the ice cream taste terrible. But once we leave the store and adjust to the fresh air again, the flavor of the ice cream isnt affected anymore, thankfully.

People like ice cream year round and there are so many people within walking distance. Flavors and size choices are great. Its a bit pricey but its very good

Sorry to say my first (and only) experience was not good. Ordered a large vanilla shake. For close to $7 thought it must be something. Kid brought out a tiny cup, which turned out to be the wrong size, so went in the back, then came out with the large, which still was not what you would call big. On the way down the street I noticed a long hair stuck to the inside of the cup - gross! So went back again and had them prepare a new one. So, yeah, not doing that again.

Best ice cream shop around. they make the best cakes as well. if you have littles ones the mini 1$ cones cant be beat and they are adorable

Parlour ice cream in Ardmore is OPEN! I saw the sign up on my way back from lunch and stopped. I was full, but lucky me — they have these tiny baby cones for $1 that are perfect when you want just a bite without spending a lot of money or calories. Ice cream is from Nelson’s (Royersford). Go check them out and support this latest addition to downtown Ardmore!(And theres plenty of parking across the street in the lot behind El Limon / Salon True / etc -- just drive to the back section, and walk through one of the alleys and across the street. Meters are 25 cents per half hour.)Note: I am not affiliated in any way with Parlor -- must husband and I are just SUPER EXCITED to finally have a good ice cream joint in walking distance. Woot!

I LOVE ice cream and having Parlour close to home is wonderful. My children and I have visited multiple times in one day. We always leave happy. Rain or shine.

The chocolate raspberry was fantastic! Love the ambiance and the seats in the window. The ice cream tastes like the actual flavor (raspberry tastes like actual raspberry not a fake flavor). Great place for a date or hang out! Can’t wait to go back!

Ice cream is so good and creamy. They have normal flavors like chocolate and strawberry, but they also have amazing new flavors like cinnamon bun Carmel and pumpkin, both of which I highly recommend. The workers were super friendly even though my kids kept asking to try a bunch of new samples. The place was clean and had nice places to sit. Highly recommend!

They charge a lot of money for just average ice cream. I brought a milkshake out of there and it was super thin. Cannot recommend that you go there and fact I would say it go es to Hopes cookies if youre nearby and if you feel like traveling go to weckerlys or Franklin fountain

The Kiddie sizes are right on target for my 3 year old girl who LOVED the “green chocolate” or ya know... mint chocolate chip. “I’ll have another please!!!” is what she yelled when it was over. Good prices for great mom&pops ice cream!

Parlour Ice Cream is fairly new to Ardmore and Ive wanted to go for the past month or so, but havent gone. However, today I finally decided to stop in. All I can say after going today is that I wish I hadnt waited so long to go. The ice cream I had here was the best I have ever had!I came in and the owner who I believe was named, Walter, kindly greeted me from behind the counter.The ice cream was all presented underneath some large glass counters. They were all visible and came in a variety of colors and flavors. On the right of the counter and on the wall was a list of all their flavors. I decided to get two scoops. One was pumpkin, which I believe was a seasonal flavor and the other was Graham Slam, which is their best selling flavor.My bowl of ice cream came out very fast and my two scoops were very nicely sized. Even better was the taste of the actual ice cream. The ice cream was fairly firm and was nice and creamy. The pumpkin ice cream tasted very similar to pumpkin pie and while it was sweet it had a distinct pumpkin flavor. The graham slam also had chocolate chunks and pieces of graham crackers mixed in. It was absolutely delicious!Also, they have small mini cones for just $1. There is also plenty of seating indoors.Altogether, Parlour Ice Cream serves some of the best ice cream I have ever had. Their ice cream is definitely the best on the Main Line!

My girls and I loved the flavorful icecream, served atop fresh waffle cones, and all for a reasonable price. Unlike many ice cream shops the ambience both indoors and out is wonderful. It was nice to sit on main Street Ardmore and watch the envious drivers go by.

He did his best to try to pull up his venmo account, and when it didn’t seems to be working, and I was in a rush to catch a bus, he decided that he would give me my ice cream for free. Ultimately, the parlor might create a few of its very own ice cream variants, for now, though it has contracted out ice cream sandwiches produced by iSwich, from West Chester.
