Nice selection, some unique items that are not easily found elsewhere. The prices are high and I do believe that at the very least, if I choose to buy in a store like this, the service should be top notch and it was just fair. B-/C+ level. No one asked us if we needed help, no one greeted us, just a lot of gossiping at the register. I’m giving only 3 stars because it was pouring when we left the store yet the saleswoman placed our items in a bag that was too small causing a few items to stick out and get drenched.

Wonderful experience as always!! On a sushi making expedition and the owner advised for me to go to H Mart after gathering some supplies at this store! Always a pleasure to shop here!

Visiting my sister and getting out for some exercise/fresh air. We saw this shop. They have everything you ever needed and things you didnt know you wanted. All four of us bought gifts for family here. Would definitely visit again. Good knowledgeable service.

I came in looking for a specific item I thought I needed after reading about it in a recipe. The staff at Kitchen Kapers had real experience with the item and advised that there are much better, less expensive options. We then had a great discussion on knife sharpening, and a couple of other interesting cooking techniques. This is the tremendous value you get shopping in a kitchen store that is staffed with people who love all things cooking and kitchens. Kitchen Kapers is a cut above any other retail options.

Great shop, with a great selection at competitive prices. Staff keeps you coming back. they have the good stuff here which is nice. its good to see an old fashioned bricks and mortar store thats not limping to survive in todays world. i make it a point to keep supporting this quality business.

I come here very often to get pretty much anything for my kitchen. Staff is very helpful and such a pleasure to talk to. Will go back again and again.

I was excited about the store actually being open because when I’m normally in that area they’re closed... I don’t even know the woman’s name that I actually asked a question, but she came off cold and a bit blah. A man walking out the door was a bit more helpful and a little nicer, I still chose to look around just to see if it was just me... but when another man walked in and was asked if he could be helped it was time for me to leave.

The store is very nice and the staff is ok. I am disappointed in their return policy. I bought a coffee make for over 100.00 and 3 months later it stopped working and they would not exchange even with a receipt. I can understand if it was over a year, but 3 months. Bed, bath, and beyond sells the same coffee pot and would have made the exchange without question. Now I have to send back the coffee maker to manufacturer and wait 2 weeks for a new coffee pot. That’s a long time to be with out coffee! Luckily I have a French press. I just wish they would stand behind the products they sell and allow exchanges if a product malfunctions.my next purchase will be from a place that s tends behind their products.

Ive visited this shop and fully equipped my new kitchen. The staff is definitely knowledgeable and helps a lot. Reasonable prices.

Overpriced, crowded, dark and poorly organized. Sure, most of the kitchen specialty places are over priced but at least they dont feel like youre walking through a flea market. Ill give them points for having decent staff and a good selection but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is list price and they wont match amazon. Youll save 10 to 40% online. While its a shame that the brick and mortar places are losing to online retail, this store offers nothing over the competition.As for the location, its in a pretty busy outdoor shopping plaza with a variety of stores and restaurants. Parking is usually not a problem if you dont mind walking half a block or so.
