The people that work here are absolutely wonderful. Roger is amazing and went above and beyond for us. We’ve dealt with them for 5 years, and through it all they have been amazing to work with.We couldn’t recommend them more. Roger has been very understanding and worked with us through all our difficulties in getting our stuff out of storage. Treated with respect and compassion...we will definitely use them again if the need arises!

I rented 2 unit for several months. I picked up the contents on the 6th of the month but they charge you for the entire month ($238) Also, I was supposed to give them 10 days notice which is absurd. Very unprofessional. Because the COVID has everyone busy they use that as an excuse to take advantage of their customers. I would strongly NOT recommend anyone using them.

My price keeps going up. 30 dollars now and I cant get a person on the phone to explain why. They give no warnings just take the money. Need answers and they wont answer. Done and done. I will go on social media and pass it along. Very disappointed.

I came in to close my storage because I’m moving out of state and I had the pleasure of talking to Stephanie. She was very helpful and friendly. I’ve had the storage for about two years and it’s very clean and has easy access. I’ve never had any problems and they’ve even worked with me out of state because I’m military. Rachael and Roger were great! Rachaels custom service is beyond amazing, shes wonderful. Im super preg and she kept me quite entertained while my hubby and Roger went to look at the unit we reserved online. Side note, she called as soon as the online reservation cleared to have us come meet with them. We got the paperwork filled out, she explained everything, we checked our gate code and were taken care of perfectly. Could not have asked for better service. They were awesome! I’m not one to bash a company, but I feel as though this one deserves it. We used this company to store our stuff from when we moved up here from Texas. We chose them because it was gated. We went to take our belongings out but on the way in we entered the code and proceeded to drive forward in a duly and a gooseneck horse trailer. We got all the way to the mirrors and the gate shut on our truck and horse trailer. Thi s happened in March. We went up the next day to confront the desk and the guy working told us we weren’t the first people this had happened to. Well here we are at the end of July with a still dented and horse trailer and truck. They told my parents that they would pay them $500 for the inconvenience we waited 15 seconds to leave. That was them “watching the surveillance cameras”. Little known fact we were pulling into the gate not out. If you want a storage unit I would find another.

My first review was 5 stars but after a year they made my price go up with no notice at all. when i asked about it they said it goes off of other storage buildings in town and what they charge. This would not be such a problem if they had told me that in the beginning or even notified me BEFORE charging me a raised price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Stopped by today to check out prices, although I did not have a reservation, Dana was so friendly and helpful. She showed me a few units that she thought would fit my needs. She has excellent customer service skills. Will definitely be back when we are ready to store.

I’ve rented storage space from many company’s but none have taken better care of me like the team on veterans. it’s a bonus that all my stuff is safe and well maintained

I will never use this place again. I was late one month because I was working out of town, so yes, my stuff got locked. But when I went and paid it, I waited a day to go move everything out, but couldnt get into my unit. The lock was still on, and it was now Sunday. Sunday and Monday were the only days I could move my stuff. Well had to leave a few things behind, nothing irreplaceable, but still. Now the worst part, one of my bed frames was chewed on by mice, my tempurpedic mattress, and a sword handle that is irreplaceable This place devalued a sword worth more than their business. now it is supposed to have insurance on the units, but, they dont cover rodent . Now, I get harrassed by them twice a mont . Today being the latest. They have not offered me anything for damages. In fact, the call today was to tell me my stuff will be auctioned on the 28th of February. Well, Ill see you at the auction, along with my lawyer

I went by today to check them out and Dana showed me some units and asked me some questions. It was obvious that she didnt just want to rent me a unit but that she wanted to rent me the right sized unit not to big and not to small. She was very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and looked well maintained.

Samye was very friendly, and helpful. There was a fire recently in my apartment building that damaged our laundry room/storage area and I needed a place to put those things that werent ruined. She let me look at several units to get the one that was just right for me. Great service. This has a secured gate that you have to have a code to get in and out of. I feel safe leaving my things stored there. You couldnt ask for a nicer lady to help you out.

My overall experience with Simply Self Storage has been nothing but great. I was immediately welcomed by Misty which she made me feel confortable and secure with the decision to store my belongings with this Company. The customer service is outstanding and very attentive to details with all bussiness handled.

We have used simply storage for 2 years. Our experience has been great! Recently there was a leak and they fixed it. They are working with us to get everything figured out. Only thing I wished they had done differently is to call and let us know they were having issues.

Nice clean facility, storage unit was just as described, even had shelves already installed. Also excellent service! The manager Samye was very friendly and helpful.
