Ordered online. Order was ready for pickup first thing the next morning. My paint gallons were brought to my car within a minute of me walking in to pick up! Great customer service... Would definitely go back!

The individual that helped us at this Ardmore location was pretty rude. I’m used to shopping at the South Philly store and the customer service there is top notch. We were pressed for time and this store is close to our new house, so we decided to go here. The store is a little cramped, so we first attempted to look for the products we needed, get a color chip and then head to the counter. When approaching the counter and starting to make the request, the person immediately snapped that he couldn’t hear me. On the second attempt, I asked if they had a gallon of the bath and spa paint, as we could only find the pint on the floor, to which we were condescendingly told to just leave it on the counter. On to the final product, primer. When asking for a specific primer, we immediately received a dismissive “no” and unpleasant facial expression. We explained what we we were doing and why we needed it and got an argumentative “who told you that?” in response. It wasn’t until explicitly saying our painter requested it that they were able to find product right by the register.

I was very happy to have a safe place to get supplies when everything closed. Ordering online was great, and at one point I asked for live advice which was very helpful! I recommended your site to several friends.

Staff are always polite and helpful in answering questions. There is speedy fulfillment of orders and notifications. They did a stellar job during the restrictions of the pandemic.

I have never had a better experience at a paint store. I needed to touch up paint in a room. The paint was 8 years old, so I didnt know if it was any good. It was not their brand, but they took the time to shake it several times, then strained it and put it in a new can. they then gave me good advice on what supplies I needed and only sold me a few things, which is exactly what I needed. I will definitely use them again. They are just great people and know their stuff.Jack
