I always went to this place, before they opened in Hatillo. But it had been a long time since. Unfortunately the employee named Roger, left a lot to be desired regarding his service. I arrived at around 7:50 pm at night, I tried to open the door and it was locked. I see there is only one employee and one couple inside. I read that it says that the maximum capacity is 6 people. I gesture to the employee and he beckons me to wait. This happens while the employee holds an ice cream for the couple so that they can take a picture🙄. The couple sits down and the clerk still wont let me pass. I go back to make gestures and nothing. A man arrives with his two children and the clerk continues unopened. He was not attending to anyone and I was still waiting. When he finally opens me, he asks me what I want. When I tell him that two shakes, he gave a sigh that almost flew to little Cesar🥴. When I tell him the flavor I want, he tells me that he still cant serve me. The boy of the couple that I mentioned, gets up, so that the employee Roger can charge him. Imagine, it took me almost 10 minutes to buy a milkshake, and this employee has a laugh with the couple, to the point that he had not yet charged them😬. It gave me the feeling that they were friends of the employee. Anyway, the employee named Roger should consider another job, where the good experience that Baskin Robin provides does not harm him. I give 4 stars because the flavor of the smoothie was good.

Good service and good flavors

The place seems to have opened in the 90s and thats how it stayed. The tiles are old as are the tables, but that gives it its touch. The lyrics are destroyed by the hurricane but the service is always good but the mantecado are the best. They have a table for children that I love and above all I recommend the place for the whole family.
