Buying a car at Southwest was absolutely the smoothest and easiest process ever. Brock was our salesman and he was friendly and knowledgeable on the car we were looking at. Ron Courteaux is the best! There are no high pressure sales tactics. He is very straightforward and will do whatever it takes to make your buying experience fantastic. I’ve dealt with Ron for many years. I’ve purchased at least 9 cars and trucks since 2004. I’ve called him many times to tell him what I was looking for and he’s always made it a priority to find what I want. As I mentioned, I’ve bought at least 9 cars and trucks and will continue to as long as Ron is working there! It is worth the drive! The site wouldn’t allow me to do more than one review so I am adding the excellent service that Cody Frazier does in the service department. He ensures that everything is done correctly and doesn’t try to get me to have service on unnecessary things. An example of service was at one point I had a squirrel eat through my wires. He took care of everything including talking with my insurance company. I love their tires for life program. Cody is honest and I feel confident that if he says something deeds to be done, then I get it done.

Best service department ever! Whether you buy your vehicle here or not (and you should!) I would recommend you have it serviced and maintained here. Friendly and accommodating, they go the extra mile for their customers.

I bought a car from Southwest today, and it was quick and easy. Shane Keeling was my salesperson for the second time, and I was surprised at how he remembered about my preferences from years ago when I bought a car from him. He knew I was going to ask a lot of questions and take my time before making a decision. When I did make a decision it did not take much time to wrap up the whoel process.

Price was decent for dealership servicing. $54 and techs were polite and nice. But my car was not washed (like other dealers do) and the other fluids were not topped off. Usually, I use ORR dealerships and they wash outside, vacuum inside, top off all fluids, then bring it to me and discuss any concerns or recommended services. ORRs printout shows everything they check off. ORR also has a punch card to get 5th oil change for free. Staff were all lovely people but I believe for the dealership level of service I expected, I will return to ORR and pay the extra $20. (wifes review) I will not use them period after the poor service I received while looking at a truck a few years ago.

Dont go to the pre- owned department for a vehicle from them! They will tell you the vehicle passed all inspections but as soon as you pull off the lot you find out several things should not have passed. I only had my vehicle for 1 month. By the second week I began to hear scratching from back brakes. I was informed that the extended warranty will allow me to go to any dealership for any repairs needed ofter I leave the lot if I run into any issues. I find out my brake pads and roters need to be replaced. I call them and ask to see the inspection report, they refuse. I ask will they fix this issue since I just got the vehicle, they said no thats normal ware and tear...but if I just got this vehicle why am I responsible for someone elses ware and tear?This was horrible customer service in the end!

Bought a car recently and paid $12,500 in cash from someone named Kaitlyn at this car lot. Have had nothing but problems with the car ever since. I originally asked if there was the slightest ding, dent, paint scratch, or anything wrong with the car and was told no. Since the first day the car was delivered to me the check engine light has been on, the keyless entry doesn’t work, the car won’t start sometimes, part of the Camaro symbol is missing, and the passenger side seat adjuster is completely broken off and does not work. I called Kaitlyn immediately the next day about these issues. I continued to call almost every day being told “I will talk to my supervisor and call you back”. This went on for several weeks and I would never get a phone call back. It’s been 3 weeks and my temp tags are about to expire now and they still haven’t sent me a title for the car. I just got a hold of them today to send the title. They said they mailed it, but they are now refusing to help with any of the other issues I brought up about the car saying it’s not their problem. They got their money out of me and sold me a car that does not work and has several broken parts and do not care. DO NOT buy from these people.

After being assured there wasnt a catch to the free tires for life by 2 different people at the dealership I was told I didnt qualify because I didnt have car aligned at 15000 miles. I feel like this should have been pointed out when paperwork is signed instead of skimming over. This apparently happens a lot since the reason they gave me for not reinstating my tires for life is that they would have to do for everyone. I had my car serviced there every time for a year and always told the service department to do what it needs. Never did they recommend an alignment. Also called the dealership and asked when to have an alignment and was told when I get new tires!
