Celeste, what can I say about you?!! You did an amazing job on my hair. Yes, Im going to say my hair because it doesnt even look like a wig. I no longer have to hide from my husband, children and grandchildren because of hair loss due to no fault of mine. When my husband saw me he had this huge smile on his face and thought I was more beautiful than I already was to him. When my 11 year old granddaughter saw me she was ecstatic!! She said she love my hair. I cant wait for the rest of my grandchildren, children and family to see my hair. You have made me look like the woman I use to be. Thank you so very much!! While she is very friendly and engages in conversation she gets you out in an unbelievably timely manner. She stays booked so dont take it lightly when you get an appointment from her. Very poor customer service here. I walked in to pickup my order and the Lady there wearing a rather ill fitted shirt I might add took 5 mins to come to the front just to tell me in her own very disrespectful way that the receptionist was not in that day and that she was clueless about things only the receptionist knew about and that the front door was actually supposed to be locked so I asked her what should I do or if I were to be refunded she said no just come back tomorrow and rolled her eyes while scratching her head. To which I responded I actually came up here yesterday this is the second time I have made this 20 minute trip. She rolled her eyes again. So I started to walk away. She yells sorry at me sarcastically as Im walking out the door. Whoever this young lady is at this place this review is about your poor service and rude disrespectful and slow service.

My sister got her hair done by Vanessa and it was bad. My sister had a human 360 unit put in and Vanessa cut to much hair from the unit. Also the lace all around looks butchered. Then when I saw my sister she had way to much gel in the front and you could see the clue. My sister didn’t want to deal with this but I feel feedback only helps improve things.

I jusf went to get my daughter, her hair cut into a bob and styled. She had an AMAZING experience and will most definitely, will be going back.

I purchased the lace front brazilian wig from this salon and OMG IT IS THE BEST!!! It is fit and secure and whips into place in an instant. The staff was friendly and explained what I needed to do in order to have my wig last for a long time. Thank you for all you help.

Someone I know went here to get their hair braided by Awood. Box braids. She braided all of her hair even her edges. After only 3 days the braids started coming out. Her edges came out horribly. And she has always had good edges even before the braids. Do NOT let AWOOD braid your hair.

My hair came out AMAZING and I couldnt be anymore satisfied with my hair. I LOVE it.

If you order hair in person at the store or online, make sure you get what you ordered. You may get the wrong hair in your order. Rude customer service and the quality of hair isnt that great with certain hair textures (beach wave and bohemian curl). Pay close attention to processing time for orders, you may get your order late. I will never purchase hair from them again.

I went to this shop and purchased hair and this hair was extremely horrible, didnt even last a month. Straight stole my money.Wouldnt recommend this place at all

Let me tell you about A five-star experience that I have had more than once with Rocksy a nail diva. When you are looking for a place to go and get your nails done RIGHT go to Treasure Chest, call Treasure Chest and asked for Rocksy and book your appointment.

I was referred to this salon. RANISHA is a good stylist but she doesnt listen and very unprofessional with her business. Over books, late with no call to you. I expressed to her several times very professional and non threatening or confrontational about how tight she braids my hair.. so today I was dismissed by her as a client because I spoke up.. I TOLD HER HOW I WAS FROM JUMP.. DONT BRAID IT TIGHT.. she knick ne every time and bumped up my neck. I indulged her many times being late and being around her ill child.. because your good st something doesnt mean you DONT HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE CLIENT.. ALL HAIR ISNT CREATED EQUAL... she took it personal and thats the problem with black owned business. They feel no one has a right to SPEAK.. well my mama taught me ITS YOUR MONEY YOU PAYING FOR IT, YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU WANT. and the fact that RANISHA thinks she so good not to care if she loses a client showed her immaturity as a professional.. RANISHA YOUVE GOT ALOT TO LEARN ... and to add insult to injury she had nerve to recommend her mother..I found you .ILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE

Make sure they kno the diff between singalese and twists.. I went for the special and they were nice enough. But i think she forgot what singalese are supposed to look like.. Had her mind on box briads i guess and told self she could do the others but really didnt kno how!!! Then they are unraveling the very nxt day... Duhh cause theyre twists not singalese.. Very disapponted.. Then when told about to fix, first response was to get more money outta me..
