Great service. Mayra is always ready to help. I did not know which plan suits me. Mayra was very helpful and understanding and she help me chose perfect plan and I walked out with a new phone, a case and screen protector. Will be definitely back to pay my bills.

This store has excellent customer service, I came here trying to switch carriers and the sales rep Mayra educated me on all of the service plans and helped me pick out the best service for my needs and phone for me. I walked out with a new phone and accessories as well, this will be my go to metro location from now on. I highly recommend this location!

The customer service here is beyond expectation they were able to do what another location was unable to accomplish they are knowledgeable on the all product as well as hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received.

I went in to the store today planning on re-purchasing a phone, case, screen protector and an upgrade to my current plan. I left the store with every intention of finding a new service provider.Normally, this store is attended by a few apathetic employees. It didnt bother me much mostly because its two seconds from my house. Anyway, I had purchased a Samsung phone only a couple of weeks ago and accidentally broke the screen. I was just going to buy another one since it was relatively inexpensive. I walked in and politely explained the situation to the woman behind the counter. In the most blunt way possible she said, Youre not eligible for an upgrade since it hasnt been 3 months so you have to pay full price.I replied, I dont need an upgrade. I just want to buy this $80 phone again that i bought two weeks ago and upgrade my plan. I walked over to the phone I had bought to see that at the full price it was about $100 more than the price I paid. I talked to the woman again hoping she might put the tiniest bit of effort in to helping me since Ive been a customer for 4 years. She replied, Well, you didnt buy insurance so theres nothing I can do. I once again told her I wasnt looking for a handout. I just wanted to buy another $80 phone without some ridiculous $100 markup and that I thought it was a pretty lousy way to treat a loyal customer. I never yelled or got rude.I wasnt angry that I didnt get the phone. I was angry that this woman couldnt be bothered to at least try and help me out. I was the ONLY person in the store and she was doing nothing but sitting at a computer staring at the screen. Ive worked retail for years. I know that had the woman put a minimum of effort in to helping me by speaking to her manager or calling one of their help lines I could have probably bought my phone and left happy. Instead she just gave me some condescending stock replies and went back to looking at her computer screen. Even if they couldnt help me out I wouldnt have left so angry had she just put in the tiniest bit of effort to see if there was a way to helpSo, I left the store very annoyed and drove to a much friendlier service provider I made sure was not affiliated with Metro. As soon as my last month of service is up I will no longer be a customer.

This place is a joke I went to make a payment and the customer service representative put it in the account what I was paying..this woman called customer service and said that I have to pay a different amount and she was so rude about it..that she wanted to do was get out the store cause it was closing in 5 mins told me to go to corporate office and make a payment cause they cant chance anything on the account they wasnt knowledge of whats going on didnt want to help the customers and its not the first time I had issues at this store dont like the store dont like the people that work in the store they need to do better and I see why no one goes there they can kiss my ass and I will never step foot in that place again learn how to treat people and by there actions I have left metro PCS

Ladie with pink hair seemed annoyed, I came with a phone issue and she rolled her eyes at me. I Dont recommend coming here unless you want to be treated like an annoyance.

Everytime i have a problem with my phone i come to this store because they always go out of their way to help me. So courteous!

The person who was at the store didnt seem to be knowledgeable . came in for information and ended up more confused than I was before. Left annoyed & without buying anything.
