My New phone

Good man, Im sure he didnt mean to do wrong, but on our first visit, (my grandmother and I) Shawn didnt properly switch over my grandmothers account to the new phone we purchased there. Luckily I noticed her phone had no service before we completely left the area, and went back. Yes, he fixed it, thank you. As for my account, I opened up one yesterday, asked me to make a PIN, so I wrote it down VERY LEGIBLY on the Account Information Sheet and gave it to him. Trying to contact Metro CS through phone and they tell me my PIN is incorrect....

Other metro stores should learn from this location. Great customer service, clean store, friendly staff. Amazing! I will return.

Absolutely dreadful. This location operates with a blatant disregard for ethics,respect, or professionalism. They are con artists from the Middle East with the sole intention of scamming the costumer. Walking into this hole in the wall,sorry excuse for a business should done so with the Better Business Bureau behind you. LIARS,SCAMMERS,AND SNEAKS....Go to any other Metro location. This one however.... AVOID 100%... AVOID!

I broke my phone so I stop by to get the new phone. They help to choose the new phone and transfers contacts and all apps from my old phone.

Poor customer service. I kept asking about how to downgrade my plan & remove the web service, and he kept telling me about plans, then when I asked for it he would tell me I cant have it because Im not a new customer. And he told me I cant get a cheaper plan. Im not sure I should believe him because he communicated so poorly. It got me very, very frustrated because I felt like all I got was double-talk. Im in sales & customer service & Ive even run a team. And he would be gone.And I still cant get through to Metro PCS...I will be switching carriers altogether asap. They send the message WE DO NOT EVER WANT YOU TO CALL US AND TALK TO US YOU ARENT IMPORTANT ENOUGH.
