Eric was amazing! I was all about the price points and not paying a bill that was as big as my car note! Eric took time to go through the price points with me and calculate all I would pay! I truly appreciate him making sure I got the best deal especially with me being a new Verizon customer. He set up a deal where I got a new Iphone and ipad . He made sure all devices were set up properly. He connected the iPad to WiFi to make sure everything was connected.I am big on customer service and he was amazing! My experience at this location was long but, genuine. Jody C., Johnny F. and Jimmy made sure my upgrades was working and active. Johnny stayed after closing to make sure I got my phone the same day. Jody helped me with customer service techs who continued to hang up on us. Jimmy also followed thru after upgrading one of my phones. All gave undivided attention and will come back for the next upgrade.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to to buy a phone that I wanted and Joe has the worst customer service ever. I asked if they had the Motorola razor and I was told I think we have one and its reserved. Yet he refused go check and proceeded to bash the phone and its price. Claiming its not popular enough to sell. That they arent going to carry a 1500 dollar phone because its not popular. Thats how business works.I proceeded to tell him I would gladly take my money elsewhere and he made snarky comments in return. I will never shop at cellular sales again. My advice shop at a corporate store.

I picked up my new Google Pixel 3 from the big corporate store, who told me that it would be easy to activate once I got home. Once I got it started, the phone could not finish activating. So, I took it up to my local Verizon store and they set me right up. The folks here are friendly and upbeat and they helped am old girl like me get all my stuff transferred into my new phone. This location is very unprofessional. I placed an order and was supposed to be same day pick up. When I went in to pick up my phone around 6pm, they told me it takes an hour for it to be ready, even though the myverizon app said it was ready. I left and came back the next day to give them time. I arrived around 6:30pm the next day and it still wasn’t ready. The associate Johnny took the information for my order and went to the back.When he came back, he asked me for what number I was using the device. I told him the number and he opened the box. I asked him to hold up I was just doing a pickup since the phone was a gift for my moms line. It was going to be a surprise. He said it was store policy to open and activate all devices on the spot. I said no I don’t want to activate it yet until my mom opened it for herself. He said no he has to do it and continued to activate it.I was a bit upset by this point and I told him to stop and if I would get a new device because he opened it without me saying it was ok to do so. He said no. I wanted to cancel my order and he said I couldn’t because it was activated. LIES! I asked for his supervisor and he gave me an email address to contact and place a complain. I asked him for the store policy where it says they can open and activate a device and he said he couldn’t give me a copy. He’s been doing it for a long time and if I had a problem with that to email his supervisor.I’m disappointed Verizon is associated with a store like this. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years and never had a problem like this. Just buy directly from Verizon on 20 and Matlock or ship it home.Stay away from this place.

It was a rainy day, so my sister and I decided to check on our Verizon plan. When we walked in we were welcomed by the rep. who was helping another customer at the time. We started looking at phone options and when the rep was done with the customer he was helping he came over to formally greet us. Mickey was his name and he was very professional and knowledgeable of the products. He gave us the information we requested and also let us know the options we has if we decided to upgrade today. We checked out the phones in more detail and decided to go ahead and make the upgrade. Throughout the whole process Mickey kept us informed and let us know the details of what he was working on and why. This has been the best experience in a Verizon store that weve had. Today we went into see about changing carriers. We were welcomed immediately by Jana. She went above and beyond to try help us. She was very transparent which we loved. She called 2 people above her to make sure what she was telling us was correct. When our final decision is made Jana will definitely be the one we call. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. The Verizon rep there named Brandon refused to give me the store information and address in order for me to be able to inform his superiors of his behavior. Brandon was extremely aggressive and the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said youre speaking to me and would not let me talk to anyone else. He went so far as to make a personal jab at me about something he knows nothing about pertaining to my senior citizen mother. I had been called by Verizon to ask what I would like to do concerning the current device my mother has. I told the lady I spoke with that we could wait until the 18th to transfer the phone with the line, when the device would begin to be credited. I did not want my mother to have to pay for a device if it was possible she wouldnt have to. When the lady I was on the phone with clicked over to speak with the rep (assuming it was Brandon since he was the one working with my mother in this store) he was gone and she didnt know which store he was calling from so she was unable to relay the information she just received from me on the phone. She said she put our notes in the account, so that when they called back they would see what we discussed. After we got off the phone, I get on the phone with my mom and Brandon was yelling at me, verbally attacking me, and refused to stop yelling at me after I repeatedly asked him at least 10 times to stop speaking to me. I had to tell my mother to take me off speaker phone so that I could speak to her without his interference. When asked for the address of the store, he responded with i dont know the address and also told me they did not have a store number. So my mother had to go outside to tell me what the address was for the location. Before Brandon heard what the rep on the phone who called me found out, he got my mom locked into a phone she could not afford and said she would not be able to get a refund for some of the things. Why would Verizon need to call me in the first place, to verify things with me, if he could just hang up and do whatever he wanted without information from the rep he was on the phone with, who was calling me - seeking information from me to be able to tell him? Why would she attempt to click over to relay the information if she never intended on him being there or having anything to tell him so he could move forward? Finally, he attempted to try and convince my mom to wait and speak with the lady I spoke with before she canceled what he set up. He couldve just looked at the notes she left to confirm. Also, the conversation I had with the lady I spoke with should be recorded. Thank God I was not in person. Brandons yelling and aggressive behavior, and the words he used to offend and attack me were out of this world. I can not believe someone like this works for Verizon and is in customer service.

I was having issues with my phone and contacted technical support for a different issue, and included the desire for a new phone. The woman, with technical support, told me my phone was still under warranty, and I didnt have to spend the money getting a new phone, or doing the insurance claim. I would have to go through some troubleshooting, either over the phone or in a retail store..i decided to go to a retail store and get it done in store. Now, I dont mind waiting for good or even decent service, so initially the 30 minute wait didnt bother me. When a second employee showed up, he promptly asked what the issue was and for certain account information. He looked at my phone and said in its current state it wouldnt be covered under warranty, I responded with the cover is scratched, not the phone. He scoffed. Then he told me my phone isnt covered under warranty and if I wanted a new phone I would have to upgrade, which I was eligible for one. I told him what the technical support woman had told me, he said she and technical support were incorrect. Again with the pitch of a new phone, with an upgrade. I told him I would talk to technical support and get it figured out, and left.So, 30 minutes on the phone, three days later, my new phone came in today, because it was under warranty. Thanks Verizon technical support for being honest.

She literally listened to my problems and went to high extremes to get them resolve and delivered excellent service to me. She’s very attentive and can multitask her butt off. This was my first visit to the Green Oaks store and now it is my store of choice (even though there are other stores that are closer). From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, both Ashley and Hailey definitely made me feel like a valued customer! Ashley was able to solve my phone issues quickly and was even able to help save me money on my monthly bill by taking the time to review and help me choose the best plan for me. Regardless of the money Verizons competitors spend on advertising, theyll never be Verizon. Ive been with this company for 16 years, ever since they combined Primeco, GTE and Bell Atlantic. Their Customer Service is superior to others. Whenever I have or have had an issue, it was taken care of immediately. The one and ONLY time my business line went down for 24 hours, I was given a $100 credit on my bill. I have coverage in places where people who have AT&T dont...same goes for other carriers. The only exception to this is when I am in canyons or surrounded by very high mountains. No signal can penetrate that.Verizons customer service is stellar, as I said before. Regardless of whether I have dealt with them on the phone, or in person, I have never been talked down to or treated as if I had no brain. I am always treated with respect and made to feel appreciated as a customer. I have often been contacted by other carriers who try to woo me away from Verizon. One day they will wise up and realize I am loyal to Verizon and always will be.The staff at the Green Oaks Boulevard location are amazing. They spent hours with us helping us to choose the right phones. They took care of the set up and answering all of our questions. They never lost their patience with us, and its not easy dealing with technically- challenged folks like us.When I read or hear people who complain about Verizon, my 1st thought is: have you looked in the mirror? Perhaps the problem is with you and not Verizon.

Worst experience I have ever had with a cell company. Exactly why I tend to stay as far away from a Verizon authorized retailer as I can. Mickey said call or text him anytime with any questions. Good luck with that. He doesn’t answer his phone and his voice mail is full. One time I actually was able to contact him about a concern, he said he would call or text back and then nothing. I had to go all the way to the state fair to pin him down. When I got there he did nothing but offer excuses for not contacting me when he said he would. He also acted as if the entire issue I was having was my fault. In the end I decided to return the phone I had bought mainly because it wasn’t the upgrade we were led to believe we were getting and Mickey’s general attitude during the encounter. I asked about refunding the 70 dollar charge to my card from Verizon he said it was a Verizon non refundable upgrade fee and he couldn’t do anything about it. He said if I was unhappy with it I should dispute the charge with my bank. I later spoke to a manager at a corporate Verizon store who said that is absolute hogwash. He said the fee is fully refundable but the retailer gets penalized for refunding the fee so they are reluctant to work with Verizon to get it refunded. The company just needs to ask Verizon to generate a refund. Bottom line is I paid for an upgrade that I eventually had to return because it wasn’t what we asked for. That’s partly my fault. I should have double checked the item before we walked away.

Vin was very helpful and has great product knowledge. He assisted me in finding the best phone to meet my business needs instead of overselling me products I wouldnt need. I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade and its employees like Vin who will keep me as a Verizon customer for another 10 years..
