The worst customer service ever. The employee was very unprofessional and not willing to help at all. He kept saying you can do this on Verizon website. I needed to check Verizon account to see what upgrade options I had a vial able and to transfer data from one phone to the next one. Why would I need to come to the store if I was able to do it online at home?

My experience purchasing a phone and adding myself to an existing family plan was fun and memorable thanks to Ebony, the sales attendant. She is smart, professional, patient and a super creative problem solver. The way she blended customer service, hearing my needs and preferences, and company sales was artful. The owner also provided great suggestions and I walked out with exactly what I needed and what my budget could handle, and with a happy experience to boot. I totally recommend this Verizon sales outlet.

I went to this store because of its wonderful reviews and I was not disappointed. Im a senior citizen and technology is very challenging for me. Salim spent a great deal of time with me, suggesting a very reasonably priced phone and phone plan, and didnt try to talk me into something more expensive. He helped me set up my phone and switched over all the apps, photos and data from my old phone, and checked to make sure it was all on the new phone. He was very patient, kind and respectful, something that a senior citizen doesnt always receive in a store. Salim answered all of my questions and made sure that it was all clear to me. Im absolutely delighted with the service I received from Salim. What started out as a very stressful situation for me ended up wonderfully.

Ive never had such a pleasant experience making a purchase. The entire staff is well versed about all their products. They were very patient, and they didnt rush me in my decision to purchase. They spent a lot of time with me after they set up my phone, and a lot of time making sure I understood its functions and all the apps. They even encouraged me to return for more help if I needed it. This was the best experience Ive had at a phone store, bar none. I came in needing to immediately replace my phone, and Yves walked me through my options, helped me pick out a great phone that was on sale, and spent nearly three hours helping to set it up and transfer over data, staying two hours after the store was closed to make sure I was good to go. Ebony Nelson was more than helpful. Had multiple questions and had complex transition issues. She stayed late and helped me get fully operational. Without her help I would not have resolved the issues I had with my old phone. The result was i was able to make my flights out of the country tonight.. I had the opportunity to work with Ebony at this location on several occasions in order to resolve some issues I was having with my cell phone and contract. She was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and very much oriented to working through the issues, regardless of the time involved.
