Love it due to the varied selection of Asian foods and stuff. Plus they have liquor sales next door. Better selections overall than southlake. Same with optical too. Will start coming here more often. Worth the drive.

I visited Costco in Arlington while visiting a family member. The parking lot was busy and the store was full. The employees attended to customers and were organized. We were in and out with two shopping carts. We did the self-check out and the employee looked up my account because my phone was factory reset at a t-mobile store before I visited. I wore my mask though many people were not wearing masks or socially distancing. The employees still clean off the shopping carts which I was glad to see.

The best whole sale club in town, it is always crowded especially during weekend. So go early or go on a weekday. I found some new addition of Chinese foods including life-saving moon cake...You can self-check out now, a clean, simple fast process, no sweat.

Friendly employees always willing to help. Cashiers very friendly. Product is almost always on stock, toilet paper, paper towels, meat of all variety, ect..... If you need eye wear, staff us always through. I highly recommend Charles in the eye wear department. All around my favorite place to shop.

Im a new customer whom purchased a membership online and could not seem to find the time to finish my registration before 7:30pm during the week. Once I made it to the customer service counter, it was truly a pleasant experience. They were so busy and still managed to be so kind and patient. All of the employees that I came into contact with had a good attitude. I will wait in line to check out for an hour if it means the entire shopping experience was friendly, genuine, and of quality.

Store is nice and clean. They no longer have the awful cashier that they had before. Everyone was very nice just need to remind cashiers to leave their chatting for their brakes and not while they have customers waiting to be help...

Costco is clean and organized with a huge variety of products. Depending upon the size of your household, the larger package sizes on the food items may not be beneficial. Again, lots of unique products you will not find elsewhere as well as the staples you use everyday.

Costco is where I go to get the majority of home products. It has most items I need and for things they dont carry, I go somewhere else to get. There have been items that they no longer carry, but this I think is due to the providers. The staff is helpful when you ask and will assist you if necessary.

Usually the lines are longer but today they were moving so quickly! One thing that I love is that even if there are long lines or a packed house, the employees are always so polite and smiling or speak to you after youve spoken. They are usually readily available to help you find something or just to be polite. Its pretty great!

Heres always crowded but many good restaurants surrounding this place. Worth a visit

I just use their pharmacy, and I must say that Jerianne (Im sure that I misspelled it), Chris and rest of staff have always gone above and beyond to keep me up to date with my prescriptions as well as dealing with my very expensive and hard headed insurance co. In short Costco good, health insurance not so much. If Jeri Anne helps you be sure to give her the Hook em Horns sign, she likes that.

Worse experience even at Sams people dont look or treat you like at Cosco. Not because someone doesnt have name brand clothes on doesnt mean they dont have money, it may mean they are smart on investing in the correct items. So for one associate to run after us before leaving to supposedly check if two items on the bottom was check, then at the door another associate ask where is the item for a air fryer knowing it will be a item over 100dlls with the attitude, I inform her in the receipt you are looking at. Well after I am walking out she scream Happy Halloween and laugh.. as much money as we spend at Cosco and pay a yearly membership for over 100dlls to have this kind of service, they should use it to remind the associates that their paycheck comes from the people that shop at the store.

Throughout the pandemic, the only place I felt safe to grocery shop was Costco. They implemented mandatory mask to all customers and employees, cleaned carts, social distancing, plastic dividers, and safe hours for elderly. They excelled in setting up preventative measures while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Shopping at Costco is always a nice experience. Shopping at Costco with A+ preventative measures was even better. The crowds were less and no more crowds around samples! Miss the samples but do not miss the parked carts.

I always enjoy going to this store. The staff is friendly and they normally have what I need.

I like Costco but I think they could use some help still. It does get packed pretty much everyday. Theyre most packed on the weekends.I had a little bit of trouble checking out with the self checkout machine. I believe it would help to walk the customer through it on the first try so they can see how to do it. Especially when their using a Costco credit. Using the credit card was a little confusing but I got the hang of it. Now Using it for gas is also a little confusing so yeah Im still confused on that one but its okay. The benefit outweighs everything else. 😄I will say I did not like the food from their food court. Sams pizza is a little better. Thats my opinion 🤷‍♀️In any case give Costco a shot. ✌

The store and bathroom is always clean. The workers are nice. Just go as soon as they open if you dont want to wait in long lines.

I purchased a desk, which is fine, from Costco online that needed delivery. I am a long-time warehouse shopper and Costco stockholder so I am very disappointed that Costcos delivery service is so, so bad. They are not even trying to compete with others in delivery or seem to be trying. Long story short, they sent me a desk with a broken leg and they cannot keep any of the delivery promises they make. I wasted three workdays waiting for deliveries that never came. This is after receiving multiple confirmations by both emails (in writing) and by phone, which tells you that they are coming either in the morning or afternoon. Costco did not show up as scheduled three-time and they do not even both notify you in any way. When they finally delivered the replacement desk, they could not even do it in the morning as they promised. The truck came around 4 pm. Finally, they promised to credit my account $250 upon delivery for my trouble and lost work (we all do not work from home Costco) which they have not done (and it has been well over a month, maybe two). Horrible, horrible delivery in Texas. I hope it is not this bad in the rest of the country.

I found great deals on generic ibuprofen and allergy over the counter medication. I’ve been to the Costco twice in Feb and March 2021. They still require masks to enter. Parking lot is full and very busy. The self checkout moves fast though. One of the associates actually scanned my items and I just took care of the payment part. I will try to come during the week and see if there is less people.

Wish I had a card. I went in for the pharmacy, which doesnt usually take too long. Big parking lot. Lots of customers always.

Costco is well Costco 😂 this place well all Costcos are Awesome. The only thing that gets me upset is this seasonal item mess and when they discontinue items because of cost. We are all (customers) like dude well give you the extra just bring it back!

Very organized, they know how to manage for customers not to spend 1hour on the check out line . They are constantly changing products location, but litle or no guidance on the new product location.

Gotta love the variety of products at this place! Name brand clothing and shoes as well as housewares and the selection of groceries is great. Quality items at budget pricing! The smell of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies was amazing but the fact that you could not get a sample was the reason Costco only got 4 stars.

I usually shop there once a month, Costco have the best grocery and products I need. I like how Costco appreciate there employees but I dont see that in their cashier service sometimes, I am not sure what is happening may they are overwhelmed or too tired or just acting mean. I also appreciate their gas station service always helpful.

Have been a great Costco member for years. Normally, I don’t complain much but I thought other Costco members who shop Cheesecake should see what I found in my cheesecakes. Found a human hair and reported to customer service. Two weeks later, what the hell another hair (it appeared brush hair) came out of the cheesecake.Talked to a manager at the Arlington branch. I am expecting a call from the Costco to discuss the case. No one called yet. It will be questionable when I will shop from the Costco bakery again.

I have been shopping at Costco for over 20 years. All the locations I have ever shopped at as been on point. Great service, quality products and great prices.

Whichever day you go, weekdays or weekends its always busy and crowded. I like their food and bakery. However I just find everything overpriced. I was in the impression that Costco Wholesale sells at a reduced rate. Staff are friendly and helpful.

What to say about Costco? Its a great place, the staff at any Costco Ive been to are always helpful and trying to keep things moving. Its a treasure hunt and common sense values as well, i always go back.

Shopping experience is always Pleasant, prices are really competitive, many more choices of products than in any other comparable similar stores, more organic foods and vegetables, gas prices are also cheaper, you get extended warranty for most electronic products. Membership fee is worth it, if you can use wisely.

Whole family shops Costco, love the deals in all areas including travel deals.

Great layout and prices, very helpful employees overall terrific experience. Only thing is.. the cashier took one of my impulse go backs out and slid it through. It was one of the commissioned pop up stall buys, $60 of skin care I truly dont need SO now I have to go back to return it. Blaaaghh! Seems petty of me but nothing else from my go backs ended up with my stuff so...

Great customer service, always has what I need and more

Costco is a whole sale store and carries a large variety of products. They sell groceries, fresh produce, fruits, all types of dairy and milk products, all kind of drinks, fish n meat, spices, juices, nuts and seeds, bakery and cakes, books, toys, bathing supplies, furniture, jewelry, Tvs and other ele tronics, appliances, gardening stuff including plants. You name it they have it. Shopping is allowed to members only. Different categories of membership are available. The yearly membership fee ranges from $50 to 120. They also has a gas station outside where you can fill cheap gas.

We traveled to multiple stores in an attempt to find an item. Our last store before giving up was this COSTCO in Arlington, TX. Big PROPS to Anthony, for excellent customer service. He escorted us to the exact location of the item. We were on and out in no time, and very happy to boot!

Been a member for years. They don’t answer the phone in the food court. Two weekends in a row, you can’t place a pizza order online, so if they don’t answer (which they won’t), you get to go in person and wait 40 minutes. Tried calling administrative staff to get a human. They didn’t answer. Called Sam’s Club. They answered. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I love this place. The quality kirkland brand products, including paper towels, toilet tissue, and batteries, makes the cost of membership so worth. We save on coffee, ibuprofen, nasal allergy spray, toothpaste, tampons (yep, i only buy them twice a year-lol). Staff is friendly and check out is always a breeze, even on weekends.

I would have given 5 out of 5 if it had items like other Costco had some international foods, if their water vending machine worked (common man its hot summer, you cant have just one water vending machine and even that not working?). This Costco doesnt have Raos pasta sauce like other Texas Costco had

I like coming here because it’s convenient for our location. The people that works there are always nice and helpful too. And I would say they are fast! Once they notice the queues are getting long at the checkout, they bring out a whole army more of cashiers and packers for back up. So there’s never really a long wait to get out of there. Hopefully it stays that way.

Costco usually has what I need and at a good price! And its helpful to have the liquor store attached to the building, saves me a trip elsewhere!
