Rude cashier terminal # sc010720 11/02/21 @ 9:26amI had a 12 of cokes that got punctured by a sharp edge of the bottom of the grocery cart and the cashier said I had to take that one and handed me a bag to put the dripping cokes in. I told her no I need a new 12 pack because your cart made the hole and she said no you did it but go ahead and go get a new one and rolled her eyes! No wonder Walmart everywhere are mostly self check out now because employees dont know how to treat people anymore. BTW: I think we need a discount for bagging our own groceries! Ugh

Great employee but I just think they need to have more in stock. I understand if they are doing remodel.

Absolutely stopped shopping at Walmart for quite a while, but then started doing the online shopping with pickup outside the store, and for a few times it was okay. But these people are ordering in advance, management could adequately staff pick up. There are only 10 stalls and it took them 35 minutes to bring out my groceries. And the stalls werent all full when I got here. Theyre moving at the speed of molasses. This is taking away all the advantage of picking up and shopping online.

Took the tour, which was awesome! The stadium has a few nice features.

I went to the FedEx inside the store. I wS on my lunch break & didnt have much time. The young man who was there by himself was awesome. He was very helpful, courteous, efficient and fast.

Be sure to check yourself out. You arevthe best employee there. Staff knows little. Prices are less but often this store in particular is short on something you want to buy. Walmart on Cooper is better. HEB anywhere is much better.

Lots of construction going on, inside and out. Aisle signs were wrong. Hard to find items. Check out was very disorganized. One wonderful man was directing, guiding, and helping everyone.

I hate theres never no cashiers and you got to use the self checkout

I came in to purchase a bag of dirt and an employee stopped me from going into the lawn department because they were doing Black Friday arrangements. All I was going to do was get the bag and he refused to let me get it because the department was closed. You lost business Walmart.

The sign outside and the parking lot need more light.

There is some remodeling inside and the line was pretty long with only self checkout but they addressed the situation by opening check out lines for cash and turned things around. Normally this Walmart is 5 star and pretty much stays stocked. I went at around 11pm.

Grocery pick up is horrendous. I wait once for an hour. Then on 08/16, the pickup area was congested and I saw no activity. My pickup was 6-7pm. I went home. I got a your order is ready at 8pm. I cancelled. I will now do my own shopping- at Kroger or Albertson.

I love being able to order online and pickup in the parking lot. The service is always very quick too.

There are doing renovations hard to find anything. Bare looking store

I went to the store because I had to return a Zero Water filtration system. I must complain because there was a 30 minute line with only one person at the counter. Being handicapped, it was a problem to stand that long.

This store is a mess!! Everything is being rearranged and what I anticipated to be a quick trip turned into a crazy, time consuming search for what I needed. Several plants I wanted to buy ( didnt need ) but they were out of potting soil so I left them behind.

It is definitely a one stop shop. Friendly people and great customer care. Thank you for having us Wal-Mart

People are rude as heck. The place is always filthy the cards dont even hardly roll...... Mostly the people are rude that work there In the parking lot is filthy with trash everywhere. Its almost like another world. Every time I go to a different Walmart Im like why cant the Walmart by my house be like this.

We tried ordering a product 2 times but instead of informing us that the product was out of stock they decided to take it into there own hands and delete my order completely, I’ve tried multiple times to call but still no answer.. screw Walmart and the special people who work there

This is my go to Walmart. I dont usually have a problem with getting the things I need. Usually pretty well stocked.

Can purchase pretty much what you need. Early mornings are best times to shop.

The employees are busy keeping the store operating smoothly. They are for the most part warm and friendly and courteous. My checkout time was reasonable in a busy time of the day. The parking lot was clear of unreasonable debris and the basket carts were not all over the place. I am pleased with the overall performance and presentation of this store. It keeps me coming back.

With the amount of money this conglomerate produces, one would think the employees would be a little bit more friendly to a customer with a question. Ive never felt so unwelcomed by someone working for a company on the clock before in my life. I will not be returning.

This is so close to my house but shelves are rarely stocked. Plants in the outside garden area are mostly dying. Young employee in garden area gets paid well for just standing around while the plants are withering away in the heat. I go to the Walmart in Mansfield. Wow what a difference. Why is that?

This Walmart makes me really miss the one in round Rock off hwy 79. The people here seem annoyed when you disturb them off their phone to ID you and the store selection is lacking. Upside is it is clean, well for a Walmart.

The employees at this location are unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful. I have been calling over a month to get hold of the store manerger sometimes Ive been placed on hold for over 30 minutes, other times I am hung up on as soon as I call the store. I ordered something that I have received several emails that my order is ready. I live in Fort Worth and have gone to the store to pick my order up, even giving them my name and order number, only to be told that they couldnt locate it. The next day I received an email stating the order is ready to be picked up. My time has been wasted, cant get to a store manager to resolve this situation. I am on of the first customers to shop at the store the first day it opened at that location. Thus store has become like some of the other Wal-Mart stores that should be closed down. All i am asking is to speak to a store manager. One time i was told there was not a store manager woeking and that his assistance was off that daynas well. The store runs itself at times according to what i have been told. I am thinking very hard about not shopping at thus location unless there is professionalism and there employees are trained better and communicate to customers in a professional manner.

This walmart is really close to my apartment, which I absolutely love. The only problem is that I dont have a car, so when I go grocery shopping I have to walk 1 mile home with all my groceries. But this walmart is really nice.

They never delivered what I wanted they claim they are out of everything... they dont have much of nothing to begin with but when I go in its there. Theyre completely out of Gatorade. I mean whats up with that. Step you game up and get it together or Im switching to Target. Other then that it was great.

Took an hour to find all.my kids school supplies and when I got to the front after walking by like 7 associates . I was told that the store was closed and they didnt know I was in there ...store closed at 11 it was 1145pm and Im 6 ft 400 lbs they couldnt see me ? I had my headphones in never heard a thing. They wouldnt even save my cart for me to come back at 6am and pay for my things . Thanks for nothing.

No carts in the store, had to walk back out and look for one (not that many shoppers in the store, just no carts inside). I had a full basket so needed checkout service. I saw 3 lights indicating the register was open. Of the three, one was for 20 or fewer items and one had no cashier. Don’t think I saved enough money to put up with that,

I dont like it now they move everything take me more time, that I dont have to look for what I need

Covid really hit hard here there often out of the items Im looking for. Or the place is messy like a thrift store. There also performing construction. Which makes it harder to find what your looking for.

Nice hotel but sheets are stained so they need to order new sheets and housekeeping charts didnt look nice just my opinion because I was in housekeeping before

Please answer the phone. I woke up this morning and my Walmart account was logged into and someone ordered a phone, diapers and groceries for pick up with my account for pick up at this store. I called repeatedly and even tried other departments to talk to anyone. Finally called pharmacy hoping they can get someone else’s attention and she told me the only thing she can do is transfer me back to customer service. I asked is there a way she can say it over a walkie or at least page it over the overhead speaker and she said “no I’m sorry”. She said she will walk over and tell them to answer the phone then transferred me back and it hung up. No one has answered since. I doubt she ever walked over. Finally had Walmart’s online service cancel the order before it was picked up but the thief is probably at the store now trying to pick it up. Still wanted to warn them especially since the thief will probably try again with someone else but no one can answer the phone :/

Staff is friendly and helpful-a huge improvement over a couple of years ago. They cashed my stimulus checks for a nominal fee, provided assistance with issues at self checkout lanes, and it was a breeze returning an item in May that was defective even though i had purchased it before Christmas.

This place is nasty, disgusting and hideous. All the apples were squishy and rotten. Produce was garbage. There was chicken that had been expired for 8 DAYS on display. Are your workers even working? Do they check produce and meats? What are they getting paid for? I’m calling the health department

Has to be one of the worst Walmarts on the planet. Even before the pandemic, shelves were routinely unstocked, employees unhelpful and just an overall poorly run store.

They take your money for home delivery and it seems like you have to fight tooth and nail to get what you paid for. Always no drivers or system down. They do not stand behind their service. 1242 pm and food was due here at 10 am still no food.

Some of the employees were friendly and helpful and others were not but the store did have everything I was looking for which is unusual for Walmart so they get extra points for that

My mother placed an online pickup order for me and they gave me a completely rotted grapefruit that in no possible way went unnoticed. It was so rotten that it squished in my hand when I picked it up out of the grocery bag and the mold turned to powder and went floating into the air. They also placed a loaf of French bread at the bottom of the bin then placed a bag of oranges on top of it amongst other items. Am I being punished for having placed an online order? I can imagine the a-hole picking the order telling themselves, well if they wanted good fruit they should have shopped for themselves. And believe me if I was in a better position I would have but I am struggling with food and a job and just life as many of us are due to the pandemic so my mother thought with the convenience of online shopping that that would be a good way for her to get me some food as she lives in an entirely different place. Whoever placed this order should be fired. I already have a lung condition and if I get sick from breathing in that mold then nothing good for anyone will come of this. (Edit) The other grapefruits were also rotted to a powder on the inside)

Ive been shopping @ this store for years & the one thing that I can always count on is......its clean!!!! From the produce section to the restrooms...its always clean! I detest the self checkout & will never change! I have left a cart & walked out & if this is going to be force on us I will no longer shop @ Walmart 🙃

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOULL EVER EXPERIENCE. CASHIERS HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDES AND GREETERS WILL STARE STRAIGHT AT YOU AND NOT SAY A WORD, the old white guy and woman with the walker only greet the white customers. I went in there at 8 oclock one time and they didnt have any cashier in that place, everyone had to go to the self checkout and the store was crowded and lines were down the aisle. I asked girl at checkout why didnt they have any checkers and she said with a atttitude Its because they cutting all our hours. As much money as Walmart makes they can afford to have every checkout going during busy hours. I had a basket full of groceries and I have degenerative spine disease and just had a hernia repair and Fundoplication surgery on my esophagus its really hard for me to have to stand their and bag all those groceries and i couldnt get any help bagging so I left the basket and went to the Albertsons down the street and got ther most friendly customer service. I have a terrible shopping experience with customer service EVERY TIME I go into this Walmart store location.... and living next door to it, I was going in there at least 3 times a week spending hundreds of dollars. But after the rude treatment with one of the greeters named Jorge..... I will never step foot in there again.

Workers are helpless. I asked 5 different people for one item, nobody could tell where the Insect Repellent OFF was.

The last two trips to this store have been physically hard, difficult, and painful because all of the powered scooters were broken or out of service. The greeter both times stated there were no working scooters. Today I asked a manager about this and he stated that the scooters were slated to be replaced with new ones by the end of November. That does the physically challenged folks no good in the meantime.

Most registers are self checkout now, making the lines ridiculously long

I asked an employee if they had a certain brand name an she replied no so I thanked her walk 3 feet away and there it was. She acted as if she didnt want to help me and she certainly didnt.Than while checking out at self serve We found what we thought was a cell phone ( must have weighed 20lbs.) So I took it over to the lady working there. She was very relieved bit never said Thank you or anything.

I go to this store all the time. Looks like they care making the store bigger
