Great choice of items. Would prefer more live checkers. Not everyone enjoys self check out.
This store could be so much better. The staff is not friendly. A simple hello goes a long way. The store is normally unclean. Always a lot of disorganization.
I can usually find what I need, the prices are reasonable; the staff is helpful and pleasant.
I called the service desk after standing in line 15 minutes and was told by Roselin theyre short-staffed and could not open more than one lane. They have two scan and go lanes open that she is overseeing with it at least eight people and full baskets in line. Considering they have 15 people walking around stocking the store or taking the groceries out for deliveries to the parking lot I dont understand why these people cant be cross-trained to run the registers or oversee the scanning go area which was closed off. All the 4 sides of the makeup is lockdowned & an associate has to help you to buy an eyeliner. Apparently the store has gone downhill just since its opening in the last few years (with staff that is). Definitely not worth the hassle of visiting this neighborhood market when you can go to another big box or even Whole Foods And get better assistance and quality.
It was a good visit, found everything I needed and it wasnt crowded
Fresh and all the products I need available. Love the new concept of check out. Staff are ready and courteous to assist me every time I asked for. Also clean as is supposedly to be.
The store was out of stoke for a few things that I normally get. But that expected with the upcoming holiday!
No carts to grab inside store, they were all outside in the parking lot. Store was being stocked at 5pm so the aisles were crowded. I was however able to get the products I needed. When it came to check out the lines wrapped around. Long wait time even with self check out. Didnt look like anyone was working the cashier counters.
Always pallets on floors. hard to get around with shopping cart.cant find what other walmarts have food wise in area. otherwise great store.
I’m lucky enough to live between 2 Walmart’s but I always come to the Neighborhood Walmart. Mainly cause there tends to be less people hit staff is pretty helpful (: Grocery pick up is easy and the workers are super helpful! Barely drove up and already a gent was asking for my info to help. Thank you to Kim for being a doll and super sweet!
My husband & I got our first vaccine shot here. It went so smoothly. And the staff was very nice 🙂
BABY FORMULA...If you come here for baby formula, please look at the expiration dates prior purchasing. Ive been here three times to check and they keep selling them. They take them off the shelf then try to sell them again!
DO NOT EVER GET DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I PUT IN AN ORDER ON SUNDAY AND THEY CANCELLED BC THEY SAID THEY RAN OUT OF STOCK. I ORDERED $120 WORTH OF GROCERIES SO ITS INSANE TO ME THEY WOULD RUN OUT OF EVERY SINGLE THING ON MY LIST. ITS THURSDAY AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND AND NOBODY SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP.
Most ghetto Walmart in america. Save your self the trouble
Enjoy using the pick up service.Need to keep things better stocked seem to always be out of things. Otherwise all good
Clean store. Struggles to keep shelves stocked. Full service checkout rarely available. Has approx 12-15 self check stations. But only 5-6 are open before 10am leaving customers waiting in lines 6+ deep. Employees don’t seem to care. Go to a Super Walmart if you can.
Very clean and well stocked. I was able to get in and out with a full grocery list in 20 minutes. There were lots of self checkout lines open. Plenty of associates available for help.
When it comes to curbside pickup at this location..it’s a no go for me. Granted it was the holiday weekend, but the unorganized mess that came with pickup was so unacceptable. Multiple people came up to my car asking my name and if I called when I arrived. No point at all to check in on the app and call if people don’t know what they are doing.
Alot better than trying to get groceries at any wal-mart super center. Its clean and well stocked.Im not a fan of all the self checkouts and only one cashier that only came on because of the slow lines in the self checkout lanes. If I have to ring myself out, I should get an employee discount.
Waited in line at customer service just to get up there and the cashier told me they were closed because they were in a meeting but I dont get that when there was literally a cashier working customer service before it was my turn and they just walked off at 1230 in the freaking afternoon horrible customer service wont be coming back to that store at all its always something with this specific location!!!!!
Good store always clean. Shop here all the time .
Love Walmart! Easy to get all you need in one spot.
This Walmart is horrible never any cashier. We dont get paid to ring up our own groceries.
Pretty good assortment of food and prices but they also run out of certain foods quickly as well. Prices are reasonable.Staff are friendly and courteous. Since the pandemic started they will not let you enter the store without a mask...Once you enter the store they could care less.Certain times are busier than others with Sunday being the busiest.
I like that it is convenient: I dont like the inefficient lines. They usually have decent bathrooms.
Customer service always slow theres always one person. The baskets always have trash in them!
Nice and clean neighborhood store, stocked with stuffs, people are nice and cooperative..we are glad to have a nice neighborhood walmart so close to our place, just go and grab your stuffs. I rate this Walmart 5 stars 🌟
Far better than the super center Walmart on randol mill road.
Nice, clean, well stocked and well organized. No long wait in line.
Wal-Mart served the Wal-Mart way. Long lines, lots of out of stocks.
This place was ok. It just was busy so there were no carts available at one entrance but overall a great place
I truly dont like leaving a bad review. This Walmart is the worst Walmart I have ever seen in my life the people are very rude and obnoxious. Theyre not above cursing you out Lord have mercy.
My favorite neighbor walmart and Fransico is awesome always goes beyond for customers.
Biggest complaint right now is the customer service employee. She couldnt even pretend to call the back and ask if there were any of the item their app says they have!
Convenient and had everything I needed.
Glad you are able to access either doors
Empty shelves, to be expected after the bad weather, but I was still able to spend $216!The girl in customer service was very helpful and friendly assisting me in the purchase of a gift card.
This is my local Walmart. Everything is clean and I love the options I have there.
I guess if you know exactly what you want and you know they carry it, it’s probably fine. But for my time, I’ll be driving a little further to a super center to make sure I can get what I’m looking for.
It was my first time using this service and I could not have been more pleased. They were quick and friendly and everything was there. I recommend this service.
I love this Walmart bc its everything I need is there. The lines can get long sometimes since there are only 2 to 3 cashiers at a time but self checkout goes fast
This is the smaller Walmart so mostly food, pharmacy, make-up, toiletries, etc. There is no clothing, tools, crafts, toys, and the things that are usually on the other side of the store. I like it because it is never crowded. No waiting. Cleaner than most Walmarts. Wear your mask!
Yall always got what I need, decent prices too! I just wish the workers were in a happy mood, workers here for some reason are never smiling.
Everything would be great if they just had more cashiers that self checkout for everyone is inconvenience bevause not everybody can check out quickly so really suxs when you just have a few items but take 45min to get thru checkout
Excellent service in pharmacy, from the front person and all associates helping the pharmacist (all are patient, friendly, and knowledgeable )
Went there this morning to get some items. The nice young lady in the deli/ bakery area was extremely nice. She was very helpful and very professional. When she assisted me and I told her thank you so much, she said have a blessed day. She made my morning. Thank You
So many of the home shopping associates with the big carts shopping for the curbside pick up people that you couldnt even get down some isles, frustrating. Only one or 2 lanes with cashiers, mostly a scan yourself store..Its an ok store.
Store great for our community but need the management to steps up making sure the social distancing is respected! Please teach your workers how to greet your clients. The horrible part is the delivery part ! We ordered our goods yesterday for today delivery 10/13/2020 . Our delivery person (John) but a woman with attitude did the work heartless . Why ? I noticed that the only milk we ordered was leaking! And I mentioned it to her then she pushed the argument button telling me ( it’s Walmart!!! So want do you want me to do ? !!!! Oh Noooo early in the morning!!!!Please get the right delivery peoples who will represent your brand! This woman need to stay in bed !Even calling to speak to the supervisor, they put me on hold ! Meaning no one care !Very SAD .
Never super crowded but they never have baskets inside the store. I always have to run back out into the parking lot and get one. I hate that.
Carts are almost never available inside but the store covers all basic grocery needs
They never have carts inside the store! New to area and Ive been 4 times and every single time ive walked into store and there were no carts so ive had to walk around parking lot and find my own. Who ever the manager is does a horrible job of keeping carts in the store. No carts on slow or busy days. And half the cleaning product aisle is empty because im guessing they dont order properly. I seen that there are reviews from over 3 years ago and longer talking about the lack of carts and bad customer service and still nothing has changed? Lost a customer already.
Love my Neighborhood Wal-Mart. Very clean and organized shelves are always stocked on time. Thank for keeping the place clean and disinfectant available to wiped down carts and hands.
The people working in the pharmacy was very polite and helpful.
Great neighborhood store. They dont have everything the larger walmarts have but the selection is still wide.
No shopping carts but the employees have several with empty boxes in them. I simply took theirs because the shopper should have carts.
We were there at 2 PM on Tuesday. There was not ONE cashier line. Only self check!!! NOT ONE CASHIER LINE. Will never be back.
For a Walmart neighborhood store its pretty well stocked and several self checkout lanes with loading belts.
Good employeesGood for quick picnic and beverage supplies
Always in and out with no issues no matter what time of day it is.
Pretty clean
I did a pick up order. The order contained everything I requested. They came out shortly after I arrived & the associates were courteous & efficient. I will use this service again, Thanks!
We have been shopping at the fresh market for like 7 years and they have never ever ever let us down. Theyre the best place for groceries and just a pleasant experience in the entire city..
Almost left a full buggy, they werent going to open a register. $240 in groceries.
Nice store that is stocked with all the essential items you need. They had Clorox wipes and other disinfectant items as well.
This Walmart is typically very clean and nice but the customer service isnt always that great. About a year ago I left a two star review and Im changing that based on more recent experiences but Im going to clarify on both the good and bad ones. The customer service has been incredible during the morning and afternoon, one of the ladies that worked there even volunteered about five minutes of her time, showing me all of her favorite cards from the card section, in order to help me find the perfect card to send my family. All of my positive experiences have been in the morning or afternoon. The reason for the bad rating that I left previously was because of several occasions, most occurring at around 11:30PM, where I felt like the ladies working there seemed to be a bit rude. I usually would shop there on my way home from work, if I needed to pick up something small which placed me there about 11:30pm (they close at midnight). One evening I needed to pick up a bag of dog food. I got a buggy and headed to the back, crossing in front of where the main self-checkouts used to be located (in front of customer service), and heading to where the dog food is. As soon as I passed the customer service area it was announced over the speaker that the store was closed and if you werent already in line you wouldnt be able to check-out. I had heard them laughing about doing this to customers on previous occasions, noticing them with buggies and announcing over the speaker that the store was closed before it was because they didnt want them buying a lot late in the evening, but I honestly never thought much of it until this moment.I understand their desire to leave work on time but I dont want to be treated poorly because of it, when I had thirty minutes to get what I needed and it would have only taken about five. If I need to shop during the evening I go to a different, non-Walmart, store so that I can be a valued customer.I have raised my score based on daytime experiences only, I no longer shop there at night and while the experience may have improved I wont be returning to reevaluate it.
Customer service is the worse ever. I say fire them all and start fresh. Plus there are hardly ever any shopping carts in the store.
Unfortunately, this location lacks cashiers/workers. Self check out lanes are usually the only ones available and the lines get very long. The few and far between times Ive had a cashier theyre either super slow or you can tell they just dont wanna be there. Its unfortunate because the lines will only move at the pace of the cashier which can be dreadful. Why work there if you dont like it?? Only plus, I generally always find what I go for....
Great shopping experience. Found everything I needed. Really fast checkout.
Its nice to have a smaller store if you dont like the crowds. And employees are nice enough. However poor management has caused a lack of cashiers when needed at any of the 3 registers that they have. And it can be irritating. Yes self checkout is open but with long lines. For people who only have 2 or 3 items its insane to have them wait 20 minutes to checkout. Management should switch gears to remedy this issue but i dont think its likely to happen. So if youre a zen person and not in a rush by all means shop here. If not go somewhere else to save yourself the headache.
Clean store with a customer friendly staff.
There is a guy who works here and gathers carts who is rude to people. I will drive to another location before going here again.
Staff is great
Love going in, getting right out. I do all my shopping here, unless I need shirts for me & my kids. 👍🏼
1 of my fav places great staff very helpful
This is a nice Walmart. You can get most things at this store.
Yeah....keep driving. Find any place but this location.... Go to the whole foods across the street. Will never stop in there for anything.
Good selection and prices. Its also clean and orderly. First time there and i didnt see a deli.
Always quick in and out and I can find everything I need.
Very disappointed in my shopping experirnce. A lot of shelves were empty. Also their was no distilled water on the shelves. I will not be going back to this particular Walmart store.
The service is great...
There are never any carts or baskets when you walk in. Everyone is always just holding their groceries in their hands. Its really only a place to grab a few things, there arent too many people who do full basket shopping here. At least from what Ive seen.
I’ve lived In this neighborhood for almost 8 years and this store has gone down. Never a shopping cart. Trash all over the floor. Customer service is rude. They talk crazy to you and it’s a shame.
Before covid-19 pandemic this is a great place to shop always had great stock never had a problem finding anything now its best to fight the crowds at the big Walmart by the stadium because they dont have anything their meats selection is one row in almost empty and that goes par for the course for any type of grocery items that you might need your better off shopping at Kroger are the Cowboys Stadium Walmart although WinCo is really high theyve got better selection than this neighborhood Walmart I know its a small operation but they need some help learning how to order appropriately otherwise it would have been a five-star like I said customer service is great but but you run a chance Ive been not having what you need on a pretty regular basis I dont even stop there anymore I just go straight to the big Walmart
Just like superwalmart without the traffic...minus garden center electronics and service dept...to shop and get your medicine prescription filled this is the place
It was great it was a lot better than shopping at the super Walmart cuz then you want to go and buy everything
Whatever happened to customer service and proper treatment of a customer? I had an issue regarding an item being in stock and what the computer said about inventory. The Walmart store, #5613 on North Collins in Arlington Texas, is the store I have issues with.My initial call was to customer service and I explained the apparent lack of correct inventory or the perceived discrepancy between real inventory and that on the computer. The lady I spoke with supposedly understood the problem and was going to check1. The first call was put on hold for thirty minutes and nobody picked back up. I see that as lack of customer respect and a poorly trained employee.2. I hung up on the first call and tried again. I was put on hold again and I waited seventeen minutes and then hung up.3. I again called and asked for the manager like I did on call two. I was again put on hold and that lasted about fifteen minutes and the call was dropped.4. Taking it now as a challenge, I called again and experienced the same timeframe with no response. The last three calls I asked for the store manager. AT NO TIME during my wasted time, did anyone get back on the line. I hung up at fifteen minutes.Much training and some attitude changes would help the customers shopping experience.
Crowded, rude, poor service. Few to one lane open at all times including high traffic times. Pharmacy neglects HIPPA to shout out private medical information to me, standing 20 feet away rather than having me come to the counter. This happened several times. Finally switched all medications out, and all those I know that filled medication there have left also. My husband is a retired federal agent and Im a army medic and we were treated like criminals... with contempt and animosity. Twice I was told I had no medication left and was forced to go in person and fight to get the remainder of my medication. A separate occasion, I stood in line close to 30 minutes at customer service as the lady working walked by me several times before they told me that they were the customer service desk was closed. I had just moved here and did not know tobacco wasnt sold at this location after 8pm. Do Not Go Here!
Found Meyers dish detergent!Quick checkout..friendly help at self checkout!!
Need more staff in the check out area and the store isnt organized
If I could leave no stars I would. All the bad things from all the reviews are true. Moved here not too long ago, no carts, no customer service, mediocre management. This place is horrible and Walmart should be ashamed!
Very very clean place and the staff is great!
Good food good shopping
The management on nightshift are rude as hell!!!
Always clean & well stocked, employees are very friendly & helpful. I love that its just groceries, personal health items & a pharmacy so its much easier to navigate.
From cashiers to guys stocking everyone was friendly and helpful.
Friendly and nice. As always
Its a lot things that they are out of.
