Completely ruined my rings. My ring was chipped and damaged so severely that we have to replace it. Patrick used to run a good business, not really sure what happened.Editing to respond: after taking it to another jewler they found 106 micro fractures in the silver, the only people who have had that ring other than Neiman Marcus and myself is quickset, please inform me how it was not you who ruined it? Please justify the damage done to the military ring as well?

After I recently bought a Tag Heuer online, I brought it in here to verify its authenticity and to see about adding another link or two to the stainless-steel wristband. (I was concerned because I had found that a single Tag replacement link from a few online retailers would cost me over $150.)Not only did Ana happily inspect the watch and verify that it was the Real McCoy but she also adjusted the wristband so it would fit my wrist perfectly without having to add any expensive links. She was super professional and cheerful throughout and she refused to charge me for this outstanding service.Ana may not have made any actual $$$ from me today, but she did make a customer for life.Cheers to Ana and 10 Stars for this locally owned, honest business.

I came here with a Nixon watch they kept it for oevrr a month just to leave me in the blind that they wasn’t going to repair my watch every employee was on different communication page, i clearly feel like because of my race they didn’t want to help me because at the time i went in different types of whites was there been help but i guess i choose the wrong place because as a black man they fail me and didn’t care to help me. UNPROFESSIONAL Had to constantly call back to check up on my repairs !

Went in on Thursday to get pendant are repaired. Said would be ready the following day at 4. Went back still not ready. Said he was having trouble fixing 2 prongs really. Come back in an hour he said. Came back 2 hers later said the glue did not stay to come back today Saturday. Went in today to pick up one prong still missing stone in middle. Leaning. Told the manager I want a discount said she couldnt only give store credit. Every piece of jewelry is was over priced. Then said she could send it off. No way dont want them doing any more damage. Got home just now and the stone fell out. Never will go back. How hard is it to fix really I could of went to home depot and got some glue and did better. Which I will have to know. Please read the reviews people leave so you dont get screwed like I did. She took my money just fine but couldnt refund. They do that to buy the over priced jewelry they have. Looked at a stainless steal bracelet for 140. Macys had a real one with real diamonds for 200. Beware

Rip Off Reality. The rent must be really high here as they wanted me to pay $19.95 to change a battery on a 20-year-old watch that is in perfect condition. At the most it should not go over seven dollars. At these rates they can at least fix their ghetto-looking sign outside the door! I came in at 10am, the young lady at the counter (she was filling in from the other store) was so sweet and helpful. I was in and out in 10 mins max. I was just needing a gold chain fixed and the older gentlemen did a great job and it was very timely. My husband took my ring in for repair while I was at school. It was ready by the time we went to dinner. I was completely unaware my husband took it to get fixed (I took it off and put it in my jewelry box when I noticed the diamond rocking back and forth in the prongs) and was so happy when I found out that I actually cried. They did an amazing job on repairing the head of heart diamond ring and even straightened it from when we got it at the manufacturer. We would GLADLY bring any jewelry to this shop that needs repair or cleaning. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

Went in with a garnet platinum ring to have sized down from a 7 to 5 1/2.Easy enough you would have thought.When I went in to pick up I was told immediately that the platinum that was removed was used to resize the ring.I thought the information was wrong so I called 3 other jewelers. Yes that was a lie. I should have been given the option to take my platinum that was removed.When I questioned his explanation I was lied to again.Calling the owner to discuss the situation. The owner is Patrick Martin.

Ana was so friendly upon my arrival into the store. Store smells amazing when you walk in, it’s clean and service is fast!

My husband took his wedding ring into this shop to have his diamonds reset(his diamonds were loose). They told him to come back in three hours. When he arrived two and a half hours later. As soon as they handed my husband his ring back, they immediately started explaining why two out of the five diamonds were cloudy. Claiming that the heat from when they cleaned the diamonds made the diamonds cloudy. After my husband explained to them that he takes his ring to get steam cleaned often, and has never had this problem. The lady said she would order him two new diamonds and for him to come back in one week. When he came back in a week to get his ring.. The face of his ring was destroyed, from them replacing and resetting the diamonds. Also one of the two diamonds they replaced is still cloudy and the diamond is cracked. At the time, the manager wasnt there, so my husband had to leave the shop and call the next day to speak with the manager. He explained that his ring is ruined and not the same diamonds as they were when he originally brought the ring in and how he wanted his money back. The lady began yelling at him, about how she had to spend $600 to replace his two diamonds, and that she wasnt going to give him a refund. She then hung up on him, and blocked his calls. If you care about your jewelry at all, this is NOT the place to take it.

Terrible place. I visited this place 3 Saturdays ago and I asked the jeweler ( Asian looking guy ) to include another little ring to my necklace so I could wear it shorter. He put a big ring and welded it on the Chain. It looks terrible I can’t even wear it anymore because it is too tight. I will need to find a real place so they can fix it. Do not go to this place and they charged me $21 for ruining my pretty gold necklace, everytime I drive by this place I get so annoyed just to remember

Went in to get a watch battery replaced and some links taken out of the band. Chris was very friendly and helpful and replaced the battery for free even though it was a couple months out of warranty. Only paid $13 for the battery replacement, the links, and a ring cleaning. Great service and reasonable prices. I will definitely be back.

Went to replace my watch battery and it was still on warranty. They replaced it at no charge and extremely quick. Great service!!👍

It took far more time to take some links out of two watches( same watch, different colors) in order to size them. The person doing the sizing actually turned the direction of the clasp on one of the watches. I had to tell him to put it back into its original state. One of the watches is still too loose because he did not put one of the links back like I told him to do. In the end he put all the links from both watches into just one plastic bag, instead of two bags. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Took my wifes plain gold chain to get repaired. They did the work on the spot so that was good. But the price seemed high and the work was sub par. You can clearly see the repair from a distance. She had it repaired before and it was not noticeable (repaired elsewhere). I did not inspect it well before I left so that part is my fault.

Only wants money.... No quality work found here!!! Oriental guy screwed up my watch... Guy lost my spring in watch that controls audio even after I warned him that it was easy to lose. He said I know more about the watch than he does and still would not give a refund. Then he said he has no responsibility and he only does battery replacement if he screws up your watch in the process ..... Its your tough luck he will tell you send it back to manufacture. YOU CAN ONLY UNDERSTAND 1 OF 10 WORDS HE SAYS..... HE ALSO MAKES THINGS UP TO TRY AND COVER HIMSELF. VERY QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! STAY AWAY!!! ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!

I have been a customer of the Quikset in Arlington for years. They have always been fast, dependable, friendly and competitive in their pricing. I love the recent changes to the store!

I took 3 watches here. One needed a bracelet repaired, one required a battery replacement, and one required a few links to be removed. Everything was completed in less than 15 minutes and at a very reasonable price as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

If you have expensive jewelry do NOT waste your time here. I received a very nice Michael Kors watch for Christmas. I brought it into this location to have a link removed because it was too loose on my wrist. I waited over 20 minutes and paid $15 to have one link removed. I didnt mind because I was excited about the watch and this store was conveniently close to where I live. Unfortunately about 2 weeks later the watch broke into two pieces, it split right where the link was removed. I took the watch to another jeweler that a family member referred me to. I was told that whoever worked on my watch before did a terrible job. The links were uneven and the small pin holding the watch together was not placed properly. This new jeweler fixed the watch for me free of charge. Im so disappointed that I trusted this store with such a nice piece of jewelry and that I wasted my time & money.

I went in to get my necklace repaired and came out with 2 of the 8 jewels on it missing... the repair man just stared at me.

Nice guy, but when it came down to pay for my stuff I initially paid with my card, his tablet he slid my card with ended up not working, so he asks me if I can drive to the bank to get cash (I dont carry cash, just a personal preference of mine), then I come back and he asks me if I have any smaller change for my 20 dollar bills I said, No I do not so he starts looking all over behind the counter and doesnt even give me the right amount of change back. All I can do at this point was slowly close my eyes, breathe and walk out.

I have three high quality watches, one of which was passed down to me by my father. Overtime, I have left each of my watches to be cleaned and polished. Ana, the store manager takes great pride in bringing the watches back to looking brand new inside and out. She loves watches as much as I do. I have trusted her with my Piaget, Baume Mercier, and my Ebel. If you have watches of this quality, you can rest assured that they will be cared for and returned to you in, good as new condition.

They don’t answer the phone. Even when they had my expensive Swiss watch and most recently. A gold necklace. Both times. I had to drive from Plano to check if it was ready. Twice on both items.Weird this is.... every time im in there the Young lady who is rather nice. Is on the phone! She puts the phone down to talk to customers. I never realized if it was on a cell phone or the cordless company landline. But a phone is a must in the American businessplace. Perhaps they’ve been broken for 6 months. jewlery came out fine nonetheless. But this is a review and anyone could’ve serviced my watch or welded a necklace. This is what really ran me hot! Driving back and forth from Plano bc I couldn’t get ahold of them. I was referred and had no idea it would be like this. Worst place ever! Chris talks entirely too much, while they rip you off, they fixed my ring only for it to STILL need the repair, again. SAME PROBLEM! And they wanted me to pay AGAIN, and they dont even know why they charged me the price they charged the first time! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Pitiful excuse for a business. This is the only repair shop we have used since moving to TX 3 years ago. He has doubled his prices on changing out a watch batteries because it is a pain. Considering watch repair is part of the business name you would not think it would be such a hassle for him. Terrible attitude and customer service. Dont waste your time or money here.

Beware! I took a plain gold band in to be sized up by 1/2 size. The ring that was returned to me was not my ring. It was an inferior quality to the one I took in. The guy told me that it was my ring and there is nothing he can do about it anyhow! I told him the only writing inside mine was 14K and this ring has some manufacturer name in it. He didnt care at all. Now I am stuck with inferior made ring.

Bad Business!!!We filed with BBB and they received no response from Quikset. We have areceipt that says they will replace the watch. Going to small claims court.Beware of this store.
