The best thing we could’ve done was select As Good As New fence to stain our fence. They provided excellent customer service and the techs who performed the work did an excellent job. The fence maintenance they included for free was great, it included adjusting our fence door and replacing up to three bad planks. We selected a special stain color (Cordovan Brown) outside of what they normally offered and they were able to get the color we wanted without charging us an absorbent amount of extra money. The final product looks great, my wife was very happy with it.

As Good As New is the way to go for fence projects. All staff, including technicians were professional and informative. I recommend them for any project you have. They wont leave the project until you are completely satisfied. Try them out, you will be pleased with the final product.

They replaced the poles that hold my fence up and several planks. They also replaced the pole and some planks around my gate. It was good quality and a good price. They finished it pretty fast, and I got a good deal. I would use them again if I ever needed to. But I shouldnt need them again for quite some time. :) Thanks! I would recommend them.

They built a new fence for us 3 years ago, I have waited to leave a review so I could see what the quality is over time. The fence is superb structure and the way the metal frame gate continues to open and close perfectly over time is amazing!

As Good as New has done work for us many times. They do great work. This time we had them paint our iron fence around the entire back yard. Again wonderful work. They dont waste any time getting the work done and are very courteous and kind. I will definitely use them again.

The customer service for As Good As New is “As Good As It Gets”. We had our fence installed over a year ago and it looks phenomenal. I had one quick question about something was asked to send a picture so they could answer the question and schedule someone to come out and fix the problem all within one day.The man who installed our fence was also wonderful. He was very kind, super efficient and cleaned up our yard nicely when he finished the job.I highly recommend As Good As New for any of your fencing needs.

After comparing them with several other local fence contractors, they came out as winners for both price, convenience and positive reviews. I have used As Good As New LLC DFW whenever I need my iron fence painted or repaired. They understand the right kind of paint to use and have always done a professional job in spite of the fact that I have landscaping around it that makes it a little difficult. Also, they have done repairs when a truck hit the fence and it looks as good as new. They have the right expertise with wrought iron and I wouldnt use anyone else!

They were very professional and prompt with their services. From the initial contact up until they were finished with our project, I felt informed about what was going on and where we were. They didnt try to up sell me on anything an in fact they even told me 2 of my posts were still good which saved me over $300. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

The technicians showed up on time and got right to work. They asked if there was anything that needed attention and I pointed out that my gate was dragging on the ground. They trimmed the bottom of that gate and got on to restaining my fence. I am very satisfied with the initial installation and staining and just as satisfied with their followup work this time around. Good as New is a wonderful company to do business with, very polite and courteous. Upon completion of our fence the site was left clean and a final inspection was done. Minor detail was corrected to my satisfaction and I’m now a happy customer. There were no surprise fees or pressure to purchase any additional treatments for our fence. I love the warranty we have because in Texas all things are possible and surprises can happen. I just had a new fence put up with As Good As NEW and the process was so easy. They kept in contact via phone and e-mail and got the job done within a week. I never even had to meet with anyone face to face they made the process to simple. I highly recommend using them! Their bid was also less than I expected.

Staff came out three times after the install to fix things. Besides a lot of little things that had to be fixed, the gate was the biggest obstacle. I purposely waited a few months since the last fix to see how the gate would hold up. Well, when the wind kicked up the other day, the fence got pushed inward towards my yard and one side got stuck behind the other side. I had to kick it out and then stabilize it by staking wood down into the ground behind it. Not very pretty. I am extremely disappointed and have decided that I will have another contractor fix it. If this site allows me to, I will post pics in a separate post so you can see what I mean.

This company is as great as all the reviews say it is. First, their bid couldn’t be beat by anybody. Communication was excellent and constant. I always knew what was happening and what to expect. Phillip and Kegan are two of the hardest working guys I’ve seen and clearly have been doing this a long time. The tear down and build was methodical, precise, and timely. I always knew when they would arrive, their appearance was respectable, their work ethic strong, and their customer service skills are something that would make any company proud. And, after an uneven stain issue, AGAN was back out quickly and remedied the problem. More likely caused by rain soon after the build. Good looking fence and a warranty that cannot be beat.

WE HAVE USED AS GOOD AS NEW SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM. WE HAD A SMALL JOB OF REPLACING A ROTTING GATE. WE COULDNT ANY OTHER COMPANY WHO WOULD TAKE ON SUCH A SMALL JOB OR EVEN GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, BUT GOOD AS NEW TREATED US AS IF THE THE JOB WAS WORTH $5,000. WE WERE SO PLEASE WITH THEIR WORK THAT WHEN IT TIME TO REPLACE AND STAIN PART OF THE FENCE, WE HIRED THEM AGAIN.ALSO THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK TOO. THEY CAME OUT WHEN OUT GATE WOULD NOT LONGER CLOSE BECAUSE OF RECENT RAINS AND REALIGNED OUR HARDWARE SO WE COULD CLOSE IT. THIS WAS AT NO COST TO US. My neighbor got their wrought iron fence repainted...right where I park my car during the day. Their technician failed to cover my car so as a result my car was sprayed with fence paint (the car was completely covered with millions of dots that made it feel like sandpaper). I contacted this company and they took responsibility for the incident. They told me to get 3 different estimates on prices to remove paint, then their approval for the cheapest one then foot the bill myself and get reimbursed. This was alot of work for someone who had nothing to do with the fence painting in the first place. Loonnnnngggg story short, although they are paying to get my car fixed, the process getting here was very time consuming and a huge pain in the butt. The supervisor Earl Wright was the person I dealt with, he was so worried about money instead of making my car right that he was quite rude at some points, not to mention unprofessional when talking to the man who came out to fix my car. Basically, if you want your car unnecessarily sprayed then a difficult time getting it fixed...call these guys.

Update: Got an estimate the following day at 2am after I posted this review. I received an estimate for a side by side although I asked for an estimate for board on board. They included optional things I can upgrade to like adding a gate and board on board for a backyard fence...but I would have to do all the math to figure out how much it would cost. A potential customer should not have to do the math for an estimate!!Got their info from the Good Contractors List. They took my info down. I was told I would get an estimate in 3-5 business days... Those days came and went... They never came and I neve got an estimate.

Very good company with knowledgeable employees. They see to it that you are completely satisfied and check back with you to be sure you are completely satisfied.

From the first phone call, construction and follow up phone calls, this company was totally pleasant, helpful and kind. Professionals all around.
