I have been ordering cakes here years! From birthday cakes to Halloween ones! Once again they did not disappoint! The do such a great job and the cakes taste amazing too! They’re very affordable!

Great deals and had everything I wanted

Not a bad place. It’s right across the street from the huge Kroger Super center. It also has easy access on and off of Interstate 287. They always have great selection and are well stocked. Additionally, if you want less of the hustle and bustle of the Super Kroger, give Albertson’s a shot.

Walked in looking for the Fed Ex package drop off and one of the sackers saw that I needed help and directed me to my destination... excellent.

You can never just run in and out of high Albertsons. They never have enough lines open. The visit was ok but could have been better if they had more lines open

I love this place. It has great produce, deli, grocery, exceptional meat dept and FANTASTIC pharmacy staff that goes over & above. Everyone has ALWAYS been helpful and friendly. After reading a few harsh reviews I decided to post my experience. Ive decided some people are just unreasonable and wouldnt be pleased if they just gave away free stuff at the door🙄. Honestly, I was excited about a competitors new huge/super-grocrey store across the street. That didnt last long!! 😒 After just a couple trips I was right back Albertsons. Unless something horribly wrong happens with the place, I plan on staying loyal to it!

8/18/18 they are roasting hatch green chiles in the parking lot today and tomorrow, unroasted they are $19.95 a case, roasted you add $5 per case, you can also buy the Chilis in smaller containers inside the store at the produce section to the left side of store (East). Clean store, good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, and Ive shopped here several times, its always nice and clean well-lit and Ill go back. I am a little upset that they dont carry Alberts hot sauce anymore, that was my favorite.

Bought a standing rib roast, a while back. Terrible!!! I would honestly say 50% of the Roast was fat and gristle. It was packaged so this fat, gristle would be hidden from the customer. It was on sale luckily or it would have really been a real loss, witch it was, ate less than half of it. Also the ribs were previously cut off and reattached with the elastic twine they use. This was a class “ A “ rip off!!!

Went for the Chicken Bacon Pasta Salad and they didnt have any in the Deli Dept. Bummer!!!

Love buying meat there.because of their buy 1 get 2 free. They have some good bargains.

Had To get shrimp skewers and a potatoes to make a potato ommlette for fridays dinner

Very awesome service but out of item I need the water

We bought scallops about two weeks ago that were not very fresh and contaminated with fish fins. Today I bought oysters. Half of them were not just dead but PUTRID. They are going to kill someone selling seafood that bad.

I started going to Albertsons because they have what other grocers dont. Like Longhorn cheese in a block. Pharmacy is far and above Walgreens! Personalized service! Try it youll be glad you did.

Nice store to shop. Very clean and friendly staff. The layout of the store was a bit confusing at first. This was my first time shopping at this Albertsons location but will go again.

Always clean, staff is knowledgeable about where products are. Store is easy to get to and parking is never difficult. Sometimes (especially during a pandemic) their stock runs a little low but they usually dont take more than a day or two to restock everything you need.

Wonderful store. Its very clean and organized and the cashiers are so polite.

Customer Service was exceptional... Moderately expensive in reference to sister chains...but I will return if in the area! I wish these younger generations had the same work ethics as the 60-70 year old ladies that serviced me here at this location... They even put my bags in my cart☺

Great store, great service but when I ordered on the app on a Tuesday evening to pick up Wednesday morning the sale price was not honored because I was told the sale ends on Wednesday even tho the order was placed Tuesday. In other words, if you place an order Tuesday evening to pick up on Wednesday, the sale price will not be honored.

Do not buy their chicken, only buy Tyson cause Albertsons chicken is ALWAYS rubbery and non edible. I bought 30lbs when it was on sale and was able to use 5 lbs of good meat..... rip off

Albertsons is always clean and easy for me to access via my wheelchair. The aisles are always clean as well as the floors and the employees are friendly too. They always ask if I need help out and I really like that. On days when my Parkinsons is acting up they also arent afraid to step up and assist me and help me with my shopping. They might be a little higher in some areas then wally world but the service is second to none. Keep up the good job Albertsons! Im backing you.

Albertsons is under common ownership with grocers such as Tom Thumb, Market Street, etc., but in my opinion, is the more affordable alternative. Otherwise, it is the standard, mid-tier grocery store with decent selection, prices, and customer service.

Overall, this is a nice store. Its clean, the shelves are well stocked, and produce looks very fresh. Id have given this Albertsons 5 stars, but the customer service stunk. The cashier only said 1 thing to me. I had a large ish order and got cash back. But she only said, you need a bag for this? And the bagger mixed soap with food and raw meat with bread. This was only my 2nd time there. I just moved to the area....was disappointed.

Even though it was late, I got checked out quickly. Im thankful because its really irritating when there is only one cashier with a long line. There were great deals on the items I needed, so I paid less than expected.

Nice, clean store. Gets a bit busy at times.I typically shop at the other, larger Albertsons on Little Rd (or the Kroger on Pleasant Ridge), However, I find myself on this side of 287 every once in awhile and this location is more convenient. Good selection of produce and consumables. Their business may drop off here in the near future once the brand new Signature Kroger opens across the street.

This is a great store as far as chain grocery stores go. they keep up there carts so its not hard to push them straight and theyre not noisy. the store is very clean, and the prices arent that bad. Its worth the little extra to me to not have to go to a crappy... humongous... super busy store. I went on a Saturday and it still wasnt too busy

Why is it that I am forced to AUDIT my receipt every time I go into this ridiculous store??.......because each and every time there are errors on pricing between what is advertised in their circular and what is charged at the register. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! This was a common practice back in the 1980s and 90s until news agencies were alerted and began running stories on this issue. As a result, I have stopped going into this store....there are other grocery stores in the immediate area that understand the importance of accurate data-entry. Perhaps the news agencies should be alerted again. Hey Albertsons/Tom Thumb.....get your S%#&T together!!

I really like this Albertsons. The staff is friendly and courteous and I never seem to wait in line very long. Pricing is standard for an Albertsons but theyre well stocked on most things youre looking for.

Friendly staff, clean products, decent prices. Nothing to really improve upon. Usually quite easy to get what you need and get on your way.

This is a bigger and better store than the ones I have been to. It’s updated and very nice looking. I’m giving one star because I check the dates on everything I buy and several items in this store were expired by several days! If I hadn’t checked it, I would have purchased expired items. The worst was the yogurt. EVERY ONE OF THEM WERE EXPIRED! I pulled about 20 of them down before I got to some fresh ones. Someone needs to do better with rotating stock. They were stacked all nice and pretty but they were expired which is a disappointment for the customer.

If you love a deal.. check out their 50% off section.. also be sure to get their Mobile App. I was able to snag cheese that costs $3 a bag @ Walmart for just 49 cents at Albertsons! Love this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as I shopped with my 97 year old mother-in-law. The selection and choices were plentiful as well. The store was well maintained and everything was clean.
