Very responsive and easy to work with. Explained all the details of my new windows, even brought in a product to review/get hands on with. Feeling confident with them and their windows, placed my order. Windows got installed a bit later, and my temperatures are doing way better. I think after a whole year of having these installed I will notice my energy bills go down. I do monitor my temps with Nest and have been using my AC less overall.For the customer service, I did notice something weird with one of the windows, but a simple phone call and sent in a picture of the issue and they are working to fix it.Overwall I am very happy with these windows, have had them for almost 3 months now and already very happy with them.

American Eagle Builders installed our new pergola last week. We went with half foam insulated solid cover and half pergola. The solid side is set up to the West to block out the evening sun. We love it! It makes the back yard a lot more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The windows look amazing. They worked 10 out of the 13 windows in one day, came back the next and finished the job. They were very clean. Covered all my furniture around with plastic then cleaned after they were done as they move trough the house. Highly recommended. I saw some reviews were people were talking about the estimates being a scam. But if you know you are going to replace your windows. You know you are going to spend money on it, and my experience with them was great!!!. The windows are beautiful, the workers were very respectful of my house and the quality of the windows is great, I don’t even hear the cars coming by anymore.

We wanted new windows for our house but busy schedules and budget caused us to determine we wanted to tackle the project in phases. We split the project into 2 parts. The back of the house (facing the evening sun) was our first choice and they were able to get everything completed within a day. We could immediately see a difference in our energy bills! The following year, we completed the project by replacing the rest of the windows. Once again, they were punctual, professional, and just overall great to work with. We are very happy to have these great windows in our house!

My husband & I had American Eagle Builders come out for estimates on a patio cover, attic insulation and a new sliding glass door. The nice lady said the owner would come out himself to do the estimates...That didnt happen, but the guy they sent was professional & gave a decent price on the door & insulation. He said someone would call & give the estimate for the patio cover per his measurements. The guys who put the insulation in were on time & did a good job. I was concerned a bit though that they only blow insulation and dont prep or seal anything in the attic, which I thought was the 1st step of attic insulation. They did put safety barriers around all the recessed lighting though)... The next job was the sliding glass door, which had been delayed due to the TX freeze. The two guys show up on time, professional & install the door just fine & it looks nice. We found very shortly afterwards there was an issue with it sliding properly & the screen not locking & they have since sent someone out to fix that. I can now say the door looks & works great! Also, I can definitely feel the difference in temperature comfort within the house, & look forward to the energy savings... Although there were a few rough patches regarding communication, scheduling & delays, overall we are pleased with outcome.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism the works displayed during the installation and completion of the job. Even though therain threw the scheduled completion time off it was still completed in a timely fashion. The patio has given my back yard that extra boost it needed to complete my home.It was easy to talk to the sales team and the contractors and they were willing to answer my questions. They responded without hesitation to satisfy my concerns when I had questions after the patio completed. They did great work on our soffit and fascia metal siding. We had to call a pest control person out to make sure everything was out of the attic after we had the work done and they even commented on how good the work was.

We cannot say enough about our experience with American Eagle Builders!!! They were communicative and responsive throughout our entire process. They knew going into our pergola installation that it would be tricky and something they had never tackled before (due to the pitch and multiple angles on our roof), but it is absolutely stunning. They had a wide range of color selections including one the was an exact match to our existing trim. We are outdoor people and love relaxing outback with our 2 dogs and whatever company should wonder over. The pergola has been a fantastic addition to our backyard and has already seen a lot of good times with friends and family over the week since it was completed. Alumawood is the way to go! We recently purchased replacement windows from American Eagle Builders. My husband and I couldn’t be happier about our purchase.The installers showed up early on the day the windows were to be installed. They immediately got to covering any furniture that might potentially get damaged (none was) with plastic, which then taped down. It looked as if they were painters getting ready to paint instead of window installers.They worked efficiently and quickly to remove the old windows and frames. This was a group of men that have worked together for a while; they each knew what needed to be done, and their job to make it happen. As they came upon an issue that was part of the building of our house-drywall not being quite square-they showed me what the issue was, and clearly explained how it would be addressed.When the windows were in place, there were only 2 small places where the paint needed to be touched up around 5 windows. Had we had the paint at that time, they would have even painted those areas for us.The clean-up was amazing!! Of course they washed the windows, however, they swept the floors, as well as ran the shopvac. It was drizzling some that day, and they took the time to remove their shoes so as not to track in mud!I cannot say enough about how pleased my husband and I are with both the product, as well as the installation!!

Very recently had all my windows replaced with American Eagle. Everything from the initial presentation to the final install was very thorough and detailed. The initial visit itself was a very nice learning experience as they how your windows should work and what happens when they dont, as well as them showing us the windows they themselves were selling. I was immediately impressed with the look and overall quality of the windows. Very thick, easy to work, visually pleasing and overall great quality.When the install came around, they impressed me even more. They came in, did a group of windows at a time, being careful to remove everything as careful as possible and cleaning up their mess as they went along. It was very thorough and methodical.Its been a few weeks since the install and we can definitely notice a difference inside the house, still waiting to see how well they do in the winter since that is where my bill gets high (electric heat). Overall though i am very pleased with their work. The windows look great, and love the fact i can use them now. Definitely a good and reliable company to work with and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get some window work done.

American Eagle has done an outstanding job in helping us to remodel our home and bring it into the present. Our home was built in 1972 and had not been updated in any way until now. American Eagle replaced our windows with double pane glass, replaced our insulation with 18 and this has reduced our electric bill from $300.00- $400.0 a month to $100.00 - $200.00 a month. We anticipate an even lower bill with the current job that they have done in replacing the old wood siding with Mastic Insulated Home Siding. The house looks like it was just built instead of 45 years old. We would recommend American Eagle to any home owner who wants to upgrade and be proud of their property, they should use American Eagle. The contractors are very professional, courteous and reliable. We are very pleased and happy with American Eagle and we once again recommend American Eagle to anyone who wants an outstanding job done on their home.

Kind of felt pressured to buy, but good windows.Edit: after being told we were getting a special discount if we dont tell anybody about the price, write them a rave review, and post their sign in our yard, we decided to use them. Since installation, I have not heard from any of them asking for the information they requested or even to ask if we like the windows. We do notice a difference in the room temperature after the windows were installed. Do plan on having a professional come to vacuum your floors so that youre not finding glass like I did for the next two month. Especially if you like to walk around barefoot.Edit 4 yrs later:I am pretty disappointed in how we were treated today, and will never be referring this company to anybody ever again. Its bad business to make things up because you dont want to follow thru on your end (false alarm about a leak I reported? What???) and its infuriating that we spent thousands of dollars on a lifetime warranty for our windows and they are trying to charge me $100 to repair something that we already (over) paid in the front end. We did this because we trusted the company.  Never again!! Pathetic and sad doesnt even begin to describe my feelings for this business now.  Unbelievable.

Great windows. Great people. They were in and out very quickly. They kept their word and worked with us to be able to afford in a time when we would have had a hard time being able to afford anywhere else. The windows look great and the installers were kind and forthcoming with answers to any questions I asked.

Hired them to add insulation to our attic only did part of the attic first trip had to come back to finish. Left insulation all over our garage and yard and didnt have the vacuum to clean it up. They were nice but if you hire them make sure you double check their work and be prepared to clean up afterwards

The man, Herb came to my house. I told him what I needed, rain gutters. We looked and he wrote a very reasonable estimate. Two days later the men showed up and did the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up and left and I took them a check. Very easy to deal with. No pressure, no hassle. No excuses just good work at a good price. They are on my short list for future work.

American Eagle installed new windows, put in new siding on half our house and checked the other half to make sure it was still on good shape, replaced a garage door and front door, and added a beautiful new storm door. My son has asked for their number! They even managed to retain the Tudor effect on the siding. But my favorite is definitely the new windows! Love that we can now enjoy a breeze without worrying about pets tearing up the screens since we can now open the windows from the top! SO HAPPY with the job they did. His installer arrived on schedule, and completed in the time he planned.

Very great service. They worked to get a close to my budget without cutting corners. The builders texted and called me when they will work and it was up on the same day. They even trimmed any branches that were too low. The Product looks great and no issued even during the heavy spring rains. Will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Where do I start with American Eagle Builders? Its just way too many positive points to note. They are very professional courteous and prompt. They are bringing great business practices back to the American Consumer. Great product at a great price with great professionalism. You really couldnt ask for more! They seem to genuinely care about their customers. And thats a hard thing to come by these days! My attic was insulated with their special insulation and I got the special coating that keeps the house cool or hot whatever the goal your trying to get. Almost immediately I saw great stability in my temperatures. Without me even really touching the thermostat it seemed to keep the temperatures I wanted at ease. Most definitely it appeared that my central air is more efficient. In fact, my bill instantly dropped $43 and it wasnt even a full month in use. They have fair pricing and honestly the process pays for itself. I would recommend them to anybody willing to make an upgrade on their house. Especially one of this caliber it is definitely worth the buy. Im a VERY VERY happy customer! :-)

I love my new windows!! I have not been able to open or use several of the original windows in years! They were hard to open and some impossible to close. I used to keep the shades closed to keep the house warm or cooler depending on the season. My new windows open and close so smoothly, they don’t let the cold or the hot in, they have security feautues and they keep the noise out as well! I recently received a call from American Eagle Builders trying to sell me siding even though I’m on the National Do Not Call list and have been since 2007.When I confronted them on it they claimed they may have “accidentally” dialed my number. They had my address, my name, my wife’s name and asked for us specifically. I pointed this out and they claimed “well, we dialed your number with our finger, not a robodialer machine so the Telephone Consumer Protection Act doesn’t apply”.Maybe COVID-19 pushed them to break federal law out of desperation or maybe they have just always been desperate.

Crew communicated well about when they would arrive, leave, and accomplish each day. Arrived on time and work was completed in time frame. The company replaced 1/2 my windows last year and I am satisfied with the quality of the windows so they completed the rest of the house this year. Windows are well insulated and have a great warranty.

UPDATE 2021-08-15. I hired AE a second time to fully replace the remainder of the windows in my house; as well as a huge sliding door.The process was the same as the previous installation, except this time, due to COVID, getting the materials took a lot longer, 12 weeks unlike the previous 3. I was expecting this due to the global material shortage and was actually happy that they were able to procure the vast majority of my order. Only one window was missing along with a screen.Same contractors as last time and they pretty much did the same outstanding job. Very happy with the work, but ran into one issue. The sliding glass doors screen was off and didnt quite shut properly. However, when the final window and my screen came in, they promptly came back out and not only installed the window and screen, they fixed the sliding screen door to perfection.Overall, highly recommended company and they are my default go-to company for any home renovation work they support.==========================================================So I wound up getting windows from American Eagle Builders almost by sheer luck since I was in the market for windows when they gave me their sales pitch. I already had other estimates done on my property and they all came out to be around the same cost for varying vinyl window brands. Now note, I have a lot of windows in my house, and I was only able to budget half of them. Thus, for my specific situation, I dont really get the full 30% energy savings that they advertised, but that was to be expected.AE offered me Simonton windows which was the brand I wanted. Dennis came out to give me and my wife the usual window demonstration, but I wound up liking him better than the other guys since he didnt bury us in demonstrations that we already knew. Just gave us some pictures and some overall energy savings that we would get. Overall, we really liked him and at the end of the presentation, he gave me a good offer so we signed the contract right there.Once the deal was signed, it took AE about 3 weeks to complete my order, come out to my house, and install all 11 windows. The entire job took about 7 hours. I double checked the work, and so far, everything was and still is fantastic. We used to have issues with heating and cooling in the game room and the master bedroom, but the new window installation fixed it. The contractors were courteous and moved and cleaned everything that they had to move to get the job done.The only complaint that I could possibly have is that the truth was stretched in how AE deals with contractors. I was told they had their own in house guys do the installation, when in fact, AE DOES use a sub contracted company that they consistently partner with. Its close to the same thing, but there is a difference between in house guys and a sub contract company that you use consistently. This was so minor and those sub contractor guys did such a fantastic job, I will 99.9% most likely use AE again when finishing the remainder of the windows in my house.TLDR: 5 stars. Beautiful windows. Would hire again.

The entire process was seem less. The sales person as well as the installers were professional and polite. I would recommend American Eagle Builders to anyone looking to upgrade their home...

Guys were on time, polite, cleaned up after the Selman did what they said they would do. I could immediately feel the difference in our den. It has been the same as outside since we moved in, looking forward to using the space now!

These guys were great!!! The crew put in 18 windows, after prepping all the rooms which included,(moving furniture, putting down sheets of plastic over everything) nobody stood around doing nothing. They were constantly working, all trash was picked up, everything they moved they put back, couldn’t tell they had even been here!! Excellent workmanship, never seen caulking as quick n good as that. Xplained how to use the double hung windows again before leaving. Total time less than 8 hrs including lunch break...highly recommend this company...if ya need windows...call American Eagle Builders...if I ever need any other services they offer, I’ll call em for sure. The worst way to do business! DECEIVING, DISRESPECTFUL, UNTRUSTWORTHY, SCHEMING, are the best word to describe this company.I receive a phone call from them due to an inquiry that i had made a year ago, but decided not to proceed due to financial reasons. The cheerful girl stated that the owner wanted to come by and cover most of the cost on your project. Then she proceed to ask if they could come by tomorrow. I asked what the catch was, she stated that, the needed advertising, reviews and before and after pictures. I was excited and left work early finding time I did not have to meet with the owner. Phil (who was not the owner) showed up. After trying to convince him that I was able to make decisions as the homeowner, he stated that he will not proceed with the presentation until everyone who owns the house is there. I explained and called the other party to prove that it was okay to give me an estimate. He refused, said that he didnt do sloppy work, and that the decisions shouldnt be sloppy. After this insult, he stated that he would send another sales person whenever we get everyone together.To think this was the end of this nightmare, it wasnt.I called the company to explain what had happen, Rob the manger was appalled and stated this was going straight to the owners. I received a called the next day from Rob, stating that they would send someone else to give us an estimate, very sorry about this, etc.Then I explained that this was such a simple project-- screened in patio. Rob abruptly stopped and said, oh, maybe this is for a handyman, sorry about this.It seems dishonest and disrespectful to engage in this kind of process and at the end of the day, the company is all about doing things its way and all about themselves.BEWARE when they call you. Terrible way to do business!

Having decided to replace the windows on our house, we began researching companies and receiving quotes. American Eagle Builders earned our business for many reasons. The first being that the representative who visited us, Ty, was very friendly and informative. We asked lots of questions regarding the warranties and financing. He explained how simple repairs are, in the case of damage, every window comes with a barcode, and a picture of the barcode is all it takes to get the correct part en route. Ty also made suggestions that saved us more than $300, by combining two touching windows into one large window.After signing the papers we were soon contacted by our contractor, Mike, and measurements were done. Two weeks later we had our instal day set. The ENTIRE process, from introductions to farewell, was 29 days. We are beyond happy with the work, the product, and the people we interacted with. The crew who worked on our house were a pleasure to converse with, I asked questions throughout the day, and even had them adjust (as much as is possible) a window that I wasn’t happy with. Tyler, the lead, was good at easing my concerns. Britain was replacing my back door, and even when it decided to be difficult, he had a good sense of humor and worked through the problems. A different Mike than the contractor, was AMAZINGLY detailed in everything he did. He went the extra mile in everything he touched. After watching him work, and reviewing his touch with calking, I didn’t feel a need to inspect his work. The last gentlemen working was Scott, and he was happy to do whatever was needed, he also gave me lots of advice on painting.In close, I would strongly recommend that everyone at least get a quote from American Eagle Builders. Their prices were extremely reasonable, the timeline short, and their employees professional. From one control freak to another, give them a call and see what they can do for you.

American Eagle Builders replaced windows in my 1973 home. The installer came over and measured my windows, they were custom built to fit the window frame. I couldnt believe the difference in the noise reduction, my home backed in to a high traffic area, I went from hearing the cars go by to not hearing them at all. The windows are so easy to clean, being able to open them in from the inside is wonderful..They are also very efficient, during the winter keeping the cool air out and in the summer with the argon glass that keeps the heat out. I checked with several different window companies and went with this company. I am glad I made the decision to have windows installed by American Eagle Builders, very professionally done from start to finish.I recently sold that home and purchased a new home, and had the windows replaced by American Eagle Builders. I highly recommend this company!

It was refreshing to work with professionals who actually did what they said they would do. This is a first since I have been in the Dallas area. The workmen were very considerate and professional.

We had insulation and new Windows by American Eagle and they did a fabulous job on both!! The guys were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We have gotten a lot of compliments on our windows!! Great job!!!

This company completely scammed my family, causing a great let down. We got a call on a Saturday, the day before Easter, saying that we had been one of four homes chosen for their advertisement campaign. They told us that if we would let them take before and after pictures of our home, and let them put a sign in our yard, that they would offset the cost of the windows. They even put some guy on the phone pretending to be the owner or manager to make it seem like we were specially chosen. We were so excited! I even made the mistake of telling our four small children, and our whole family jumped up and down with excitement. I shared the news with some family and friends, and a few of them warned us that there may be hidden costs. I called on the following Monday to verify that it wouldnt cost us anything, and I got another guy on the phone. He says Well, it would offset the cost of the initial consultation. I asked So its not free? He says No, but it will get you a great discount! HOW MISLEADING! I could tell that they had many calls about this because when I got the front desk receptionist on the phone, one of her first questions was Do you want to cancel? If you get a call from this company, run the OTHER WAY!

I was impressed with the way the guys handled the work like a well oiled machine even to the point of cleaning up after.

We are extremely happy with our patio cover. It extended our entertaining to outdoors. The entire experience from the initial sales visit to completion was wonderful.

American Eagle Builders replaced all the windows in my house 3 months ago. I was very please with the entire process from the windows presentation, to financing, to installation. I have compared my electric bills before the new windows to after the new windows and I am saving at least 33% on my electricity every month ! I would highly recommend American Eagle Builders to any family member considering putting energy efficient windows in their home.

Overall we are very satisfied with the windows and the installation process. We had a few hiccups such as a miscommunication about the style of one particular window between the sales guy and the installation team. Anyway, we ended up with the wrong window but I didnt notice until it was installed. I didnt want to make them take it out and redo everything so instead they sent us a visa gift card for their mistake. They also dinged the siding of our house a little but fixed that as well. They would have been willing to replace the section entirety but we just had them patch it up, its hardly noticable. And as a bonus they took out a few wasps nests for us while they were out here 😄

Matt Hines and his amazing crew replaced 22 windows in my 1970s home. Their work was meticulous, and they got the job done quickly and neatly. Every member of their crew was polite, hard working and cleaned up after the messy job of removing my very old and yucky 1970s windows. I carefully inspected their work afterwards, and was relieved to find that all the windows were installed with attention to detail and with a quality window product. My energy bills are already lower and my house has never been so quiet and comfortable. Thank you American Eagle Builders for a great window installation job!
