Today I experienced one of the most pleasant ☺ interactions with a gentleman by the name of Leo @ Sherwin Williams. This guy has only been working here for 4 months and is well versed, great attitude and he was extremely helpful 👍. Sherwin-Williams this is the type of employee that I and others would love to interact with. 😀 I even spoke with him via phone and his phone etiquette was delightful. Thank you Leo for making my experience today one that I can rave about. You rock!

Sherwin Williams has good paint but its a little over priced. If you are a contractor and have a good SW account rep you can get fair prices and good customer service but its impossible to do it without a good account rep. I paint fences and decks in Arlington, Houston and Austin and I used to buy paint exclusively from Sherwin Williams until my long time SW account rep left the company. When he left, the customer service got bad so I left. Now I buy from a competitor that has better products, better pricing and better contractor customer service. Ive gone from spending hundreds of thousands of dollars with SW to spending almost nothing. I only use SW paint now on repeat customer that have to have the SW product.

Never disappointed. If you go to a big box like Loews or Home Depot you are definitely making a mistake. Trust me - I’ve made that mistake a lot. I can go to Sherwin-Williams and I can talk to an expert about what I’m trying to do and they will explain exactly what I need, why, and they have never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. In fact, at this particular location I had thought I would but a gallon of paint for REPAINTING (see above) a door. Instead of selling me the gallon, knowing what I was planning to do, I was shown a smaller can a pan which would easily do the job at a much lower cost. That kind of honest advice earns my respect and my loyalty. To top it off, their paint is far superior to what I had previous been trying to use. Great place with great people. Highly recommend.

I was seeking just one gallon of a paint Color I used for my whole house 8 years ago. The two associates who helped me were pleasant and fast.

Went here to get some paint. I was helped by a guy named Brad. He is exactly the type of person you want to help you. Especially if you are a novice painter. He was very helpful in assisting me in making a decision.I really appreciated his attitude and knowledge.

This store shines brighter because of contrast to poor experience on S. Cooper. Things are crazy right now so Ill just say there was no COVID info with new purchasing guidelines on any webpage, and there was no online service, only a busy signal on phone and a two for wait for order.This store answered call on first ring, looked is up immediately and had our order ready in five minutes. Service was prompt and professional on arrival and we were on our way within minutes.In fairness, website and phone issues were probably not employees problems at south store, and clerk was clearly busy. But wow, what a different experience just across town. Kudos!!

Have used for years. Their paint matching abilities are stellar. All staff had on mask during Covid and social distancing was utilized.

I am really disappointed. They took the customer courtesy items out. I was really sad i did not get my coffee and cookie today. They said they had to remove it due to the pandemic. I feel they should invest in an automatic one that their customer would only have to touch their cups and napkins.

Less expensive than I expected...I felt they would rather deal with big commercial contracts than an average home owner.

This is an excellent store carrying quality products. The staff is first rate and very efficient. Purchased the Pro Classic interior latex semi-gloss trim paint and it is an excellent product. After it dries, it looks like it was sprayed on. Amazing!

They just couldn’t get the color right! After I had even brought in the sample they did for me earlier that day...aren’t they the color mixing professionals? Too much back and fourth.

A young man named Christian was helping me with my paint orders and was very disappointed in his professionalism. I had to repeat the paint numbers to him more than twice while him texting on his cell phone!!! He was unfocused, arrogant, and disrespectful! I asked him to help me load the paint to my car since it was such a big order and he just stood around texting on his phone acting like he never heard me ask for help. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Walked in this morning, only two customers in the store and Im still yet to be helped after 10 min of standing at the front desk.
