Had a miscommunication and shipped my tuxedo for our wedding to my home instead of where we were getting married. Was having issues getting it in time before we left and the staff rerouted the driver to get my tux before we left. Saved our wedding! Thanks!!

I’m one of those Amazon returns customers and I try my hardest to be “ready!!!” To go when I’m at the front of the line. Even though the Amazon prime app makes it clear that I can just show up with my cell phone codes and no boxes or bags, I think every UPS makes it feel like I’M the problem. This is the first location that, even though I needed to step aside for a second and call customer service because I accidentally chose Whole Foods for one of the 3-4 things I was returning, didn’t have the whole “huff” attitude.My favorite. I live closer to courthouse, if that says anything.

Parking at this location is bad. There is very limited street parking, so your best bet is to park in the parking garage ($5 for first hour) and walk to the store. Was very inconvenient when I was dropping off a large, heavy package. I now know to just avoid this location.

Show up at The UPS store with my package. Show them my Amazon App that give me the option to return to the UPS store for $7. She says yes, choose that option. And then after I’ve purchased the shipping, they tell me I have to pay $2.27 to print the UPS label on a plain piece of paper in black & white... why is THE UPS store incapable of printing their own labels?

Ive visited here several times to return packages and ship out a few things. Owner and employees have been helpful and knowledgeable at all times. Boxes, packing tapes, and envelopes can be purchased at the store. I’ve also seen several people using their mailbox service.

I went there to print a picture in color. The staff was very dismissive and not caring. First they printed in black and white. One of them seemed that wanted to help while the other I believe it was a Hispanic gentleman was very dismissive and just kept saying “oh we don’t that nothing we can do” clearly won’t be coming back and take my business to another UPS store

Excellent and efficient service. had to mail books and some bulky items midway through trip and this was closest mailing place to hotel. the guy at the counter was fast and took care of boxing and mailing in few minutes. had e- confirmation minutes from leaving store.

I was just looking up their hours and was shocked by the number of negative reviews. I work nearby and have used the place every now and again for the last few years. Ive had absolutely no issues, not even once, and more than a few times theyve gone out of their way to be helpful.Just thought Id try to help balance out the reviews.

I have used this store now for just over 10 years. For the most part, it has been a pretty good experience. Other than the fact that they are not a 24 access store, I cannot think of much to complain about. Occasionally, my stuff will end up at the National Science Foundation when there is a new UPS, Fedex, or USPS worker. I have received every package that has been delivered over all those year. It is of note that there is a new owner now. He is redoing all the paperwork now. I dont have a problem with him complying with current law. So i dont have a problem with it. When I first signed up, there was only a requirement for a single form of ID. Now 2 forms of ID are required.I guess the only thing that really bothers me is the cost of the box. They are not cheap by any means.To be clear, I have not really used any services other than the PO Box itself so I cannot speak to those.

I came here because my printer was broken and it was one of the closest places to get things done. I needed to print a mailing label off my thumb drive to return something to Amazon. The guy pointed me to their computer and CPU so I could upload it. It didnt open because it didnt have the right software. So, I went to my e-mail to find the same document and was able to print out 2 pages. When I went to pay, I was told Id spent 15 minutes on the computer and with the two pages it cost $5!! I told him I didnt spend that much time on the computer. If I came anywhere near that amount of time it was because their equipment was old, slow, and not updated with recent software. The other point is, they never told me I was going to be charged to use the equipment or that I was being timed. I normally go to Kinkos where they dont charge for time to plug in USB and find a document. Youre only charged for the printed pages.Out of curiosity I inquired about sending the package via UPS to Amazon (KY) and he quoted me over $20 bucks!! I was told by Amazon it would not cost more than $6.83 by USPS.Im not faulting the guys who work in there for the prices. However, the business practice in this shop stinks and I dont ever plan on using UPS again.

Just tried the store again after swearing I wouldnt. Should have gone with that impression. Last time I explicitly requested a package be sent by UPS. Instead, it was sent by FedEx, delivered to the wrong address, and after arguing with FedEx that it hadnt been delivered (the person who delivered it claimed there was no porch, while the address to which it was sent has a very large enclosed front porch), the only saving grace was that whoever received it took it to the USPS. The mailman kindly delivered it to the correct address without any additional charge.Have just sent baby gifts to my cousin for a shower. Even after asking if they could read the email address in order to send the tracking number and having it confirmed, they sent the information to the wrong address. When I asked if they could resend it, they said no, that would void the entire transaction and the package had already been picked up. I received the tracking number by phone and UPS has no record of it. I am assuming that my gifts are completely gone.I cant recommend using the services of this store. I know that I never will again.

It is a wonderful experience with this store. My mother in law got scam and she sent a large amount of cash to a scammer in Florida. The owner/manager (Mr. Jay Choi) of this store woke up early the next morning call UPS to intercept the package (it was already there in Florida ready for the scammer to pick up). The UPS in Florida intercepted the cash package and returned to this store. My mother in law came in to get her package. Thank you very much for your help.

I tried to ship a package from the UPS Ballston location. The employee demanded to know what was being shipped in the package. When I refused, he replied that asking customers to provide this information was common practice. I disagreed - as did a nearby competitor, who were happy to ship my package without subjecting me to any invasive questioning. I will not return to this location and suggest that others find nearby alternatives as well.

They lost my Amazon return within the store and refused to help. Gave me a 1-800 number to call. Called the 1-800 number and they said to go back to the store - there was nothing UPS could do until the package left the store. Went back to the Ballston store and they refused to help any further, that Amazon is responsible (???). Will never go back again.

I have to say that I am shocked to read the other reviews. This was my first time using this store, so perhaps the players have changed. When I called to ask a number of questions, Rick, the store manager, couldnt have been more help helpful or patient (and I was using a prepaid label). Then, when i got to the store, they (Rick and David) could tell that I was rushing and a bit flustered so they really helped me to get my package together so that i wouldnt miss the last pick up. They were very helpful and friendly and we had a nice chat. Any time i am in the area, i will be sure to use that store when the need arises.

Went in today to return a package to a client. Had the clients account number since they were covering shipping costs. Have done this many times before at a different location but just happened to be close by to this location so I figured I would stop in and save myself some time. Not only were they unable to help me, they explained to me that this was not possible which I know is not true, but they were extremely rude with their explanation. I had multiple boxes I was trying to send and had to make multiple trips back to the car. He offered to help but I declined, I just wanted to leave and go to my normal location. As I was carrying some of the boxes out to my car, he chose to ignore my declination and literally threw the rest of my boxes out the door. I will never step foot in this location again and am appalled that UPS would employ such low class individuals

The lady at the counter started out as being nice but charged me for a package that was wrongly labelled, THANKS TO HER! She DISTINCTLY told me how it ought to be labelled but then said it was done wrong and insisted that the way i labelled it couldnt POSSIBLY have come from her! Oh no, she does not make any mistakes (and 2 freiking seconds ago she said the EXACT opposite). Heres the worst part: I was charged for the wrongly labelled package! I did think about giving her my 2 cents but decided not to. You dont do that to your customers, not unless you really dont want the business. I dont care if i have to drive to a USPS store or another UPS store further off, ill do it.This store sucks!

Oh my, Ive never experienced such a bad cold customer service like Ive been through with the guy here. I came here three times, everytime I came I met the same guy. He is tall, above 6 feet 2 tall, calcasian. Everytime I came in the store, he is cold, I said hi to him but he never said hi back to me. When he said the price of the overnight mail costs about $80, Ive took my mail back because it is just a small letter costs me $80, it doesnt make sense to me. I took it back and said lets me think about it. He gave me an attitude. He always had attitude. I dont think he is a nice person at all. He doesnt deserve a job at the front door that greeting people. Im scared everytime I walked in the office because of him. I have no clue why he was hired there at the first place and nobody said anything to him to change the attitude.
