Dropped off a frame for a mirror replacement. They were busy but gave me a target date for the following week. They did an excellent job and called me when the work was done. Great communication, customer service, and end product. And, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. Thank you for caring!

I would like to let everyone know before you used the company, in case if you don’t used them there will be a services fee of $35.00 dollars that be charge for them to see your business or home. They say unless you used their services it will be waive in the case you don’t then they charge either way.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off a window to get a pane replaced and was told it would be a couple days. They called back that day with a quote and I said go ahead. Then, almost a week later I call and the receptionist told me they hadnt gotten to it yet because they had more important things to do. Go anywhere else.
