Like many people this past year, I am working from home and thought I would invest in a desk and retire the wobbly folding banquet table I was using. I live in Lewes, but I contacted my good friends at Furniture Solution. Years ago when I lived in Wilmington, I purchased my Lexington bedroom furniture from them. Bob and Janice worked with me. My office is off the MBR area so I wanted it to look similar. Janice and I kicked around a few ideas and narrowed it down to this Riverside Myra line. It was a special order, (I wanted a desk with a solid front, rather than open) and with COVID, shipping times were up in the air. However, Janice and Bob kept in touch with us the whole time on when to expect the furniture. It was worth the wait. Their 3-person delivery team traveled to Lewes and carefully delivered this beautiful desk. They even wrapped the door jambs so there would be no chance of an accidental bump. I think it looks beautiful and working from home got endlessly better! I actually think I am more productive now that I have space and storage! I feel like I searched every store in Delaware. I walked into Furniture Solutions and immediately got a different feel. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and informative. They even had the furniture I wanted in stock and was delivered in a couple of days. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered a reclining sectional in January and I finally received it in June. I was initially told the pieces would be in the store by early March. Unfortunately, the store claimed due to the pandemic, my furniture was slowing being made. Resulting in having it delivered in June. I gave the store four stars because of the lack of communication about the furniture. I felt like I had to constantly call to find out the status on what I ordered. It would have been nice if the store would have called and kept me updated as they received the three parts of the sectional, or how production was progressing. However, the store went above and beyond with delivery. The owner made sure my delivery was on the next truck, which Im extremely grateful for. The two men who delivered our sectional was more than accommodating. They made sure we were happy with out purchase and set up. The sectional was reasonably priced and seems to be nice quality. In all, I would recommend this furniture store.

I came to this business as a 1st time furniture buyer. Every step of the way I was treated with an incredible amount of care and respect. I was able to take my time and pick out the pieces that were right for me with great guidance from the showroom assistant. I had enough money to pay in full buy on delivery, but being young the owner and I discussed various financing option to help build my credit. He even pre-checked with his finance partner on whether or not theyd accept someone with little credit built up. This was obviously above and beyond; if there was a business that treats you like family its Furniture Solutions. The deliver was quick, and the gentlemen working were very professional. One piece I bought was a showroom floor model (at discount) and the wonderful deliver man had grabbed a wood crayon and started to fill in the scratches, after which he told me where I could get myself a wood crayon and what color range to buy. I bought a love seat, dinning room set, and coffee table set. All pieces are great quality, I bought all for under $2,000, and the service was the best professional service Ive every received. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to by furniture. Also, thank you to the staff for such a wonderful experience!

Bob was excellent to work with. We originally ordered a desk and bookshelves for our office with a 4 month lead-time, and while we were able to have our shelves delivered, COVID ultimately resulted in the desk order getting canceled. As unhappy as we were about the situation since now a new desk would not match, Bob did a lot of behind-the-scenes work to help us find a set we liked even better for just about the same price. I purchased a couch and loveseat back in July 2020 and just got it shipped to me last month, March 2021! It took a very long time to get it due to the whole pandemic thing hence the 4 stars. I know that the manufacturing and shipping issue was beyond their control and it was frustrating not knowing exactly when I was going to get my furniture. However, the furniture is beautiful, comfortable and of good quality. I had an issue with the zipper on one of the couch pillows but they promptly replaced it with a new one. I would definitely buy furniture from them again because they have a very nice selection and hopefully the pandemic manufacturing and shipping issues have been resolved.

Between the quick Hello from someone (which we didnt get at the other store and were just ignored) to the understanding of we need time to look around.
