We took my Fiances Jeep here to rotate and balance her tires. When we picked the vehicle up we noticed a small scratch on the lens of her backup camera that was not there prior to us dropping the vehicle off.Instead of them saying it wasnt their responsibility, prove it, or anything like that they ordered a new part, had the part in about 3 days and fixed the backup camera immediately with no issues and at no charge.Although I wouldnt expect any less out of a quality company I also understand they didnt HAVE to do this. With that being said we very much appreciate the high quality service and will now be recommending this location to our friends, family, and clients as we feel they were very helpful and very honest. Shawn was the gentleman that helped us and we highly recommend him and this location!

Even tho there were issues after my work they immediately stepped up and fixed it...payed for tow and all issues. Very satisfied. Stuff happens, but how a company steps up afterward tells me lots about their integrity.

I had stopped using Firestone several years ago when they didn’t tighten the oil cap on my car and most of the oil drained out in my garage. Fast forward- I had the lifetime alignment on my car and told it in. I needed tires. Once again, Firestone left off two lug nuts off of the passengers side front tire. Unbelievable

Been a long time customer both with my fleet vehicles and personal vehicles but now I’m going to go to someone else. I called to make an appt on Friday because I picked up a nail in my front tire and it was slowly losing air and needed to be plugged. I told the person I would have to wait for it. He said bring it in Sunday morning when they are slow and they could get to it while I waited. He told me it would take about an hour. He said no need to make an appt.just bring it by around 10. I went up there at 10 and the person said are you dropping it off. I said no, and explained what I was told to me on the phone when I called on Friday. He said they couldn’t get to it unless I dropped it off. So I told him I would be taking all my business elsewhere for now on. I went the whole weekend not driving my truck with the expectation it would be fixed Sunday. Now I have to call around to get it taken care of during the week as well as take time off of work. He should have just made an appt for me and blocked the time if that is what it was going to take to get it done. The expectation I was given was not met. If I don’t meet my clients expectations that I set in my position, I lose clients and would eventually lose my job. It is completely unacceptable and I will take my business elsewhere in the future after going to this place for years because of the convenience of being close to my house and having a Firestone credit card here. At this point it doesn’t matter and I will find another local place that I can have more faith in and puts more of a priority on setting and meeting their loyal customers expectations!Update: manager called and got me in ASAP and did not charge me for plugging the tire. They made the situation right which is all I can ask.

I have just started using them since I bought new tires back in November 2019. They have been very friendly & have taken the time to go over everything that needed attention or would need it soon before they rotated the tires for me. They are wonderful. I will continue to use them for whatever maintenance work they can provide for my car since the price is a lot better than getting work done at the dealer. The facility is always clean to which can be very hard for a repair shop.

I would stay away from places like this. They are expected to sell so many services in a given time period to meet a quota. Hence why every time you go you are pressured to buy expensive services. Your oil change can quickly turn into a $200 bill. They prey on people who are not very knowledgeable about cars. Do yourself a favor and go to a small repair shop instead of a chain shop.

Numerous times of the year, always got it back when requested or sooner.They’ve informed us of issues so we could repair ourselves as well. Fast and curious

Went in to get a diagnostic test done to see why my front end was making a popping nose. They told me my car was unsafe to drive and that I needed to replace an arm and knuckle. They charged me almost 400.00 for a used part and by the time I walked out my bill was over 1600.00 when I complained about the cost of the used part I got them to reduce my bill to 1200.00 still wouldnt recommend them they mark up everything and if they quote you a 6 hour labor job and get it done in 3 you still have to pay for 6 hours worth of labor. Thats a crock!! The only reason I had them do it is because I didnt have cash in hand and had to use my Firestone cc. Seems I can never get out of that store paying any less then 1000.00.

The only reason I go to the Firestone in Arnold is because of Jeff.(Service Manager) He is always straight forward with me. Tells me what needs to be done and what can wait. He explains everything that was done and doesnt rush through or try to pressure me into doing extra things that arent necessary. I always send people their way.

Called from southern Mo. Struck a deal with John and drove up for immediate professional service at a fair price. Nice place, friendly help and good prices. Hard to beat.Plaza Tire, NTB or Dobbs cant touch them.

Great place to go for an oil change, they stay up to date on vehicle knowledge and no pressure whatsoever as far as trying to sell you something you dont need. Very pleased with my visit.

Place is a joke and I will not return. I wrench on my vehicles myself for almost everything I go to Kevins car care to get my safety done I failed for ONLY my rear brakes. I go home replaced my brakes and then get to Firestone. I showed them my safety sheet stating that just the brakes were bad. They then tried telling me that since there was a pinhole near the tip of my exhaust that I need to have a new cat back exhaust installed, that I had a reverse light out (it wasnt), that my battery needs to be replaced (bought a new one right before going there), and that my sidemarkers were painted/tinted to dark (they are easily seen through and still reflective). Went back to Kevins and they looked at my car again and I passed no problems. I told them about what Firestone said and tried getting me to do to pass and someone said that they were trying to make some extra money it sounds like. Once again I WILL NEVER USE FIRESTONE AGAIN

I dont really write reviews but they wanted to charge me over $1,000 to fix my brakes, told me they were metal on metal with possible caliper damage. All these things were blatant lies, I bought the parts to fix it myself and parts were $200 with shipping, rotors, pads, hardware kit, and a caliper tool for twist in calipers. Took a youtube video, someone who was more familiar with car work than myself, and I less than 2 hours to switch out my pads. All the pads still had ceramic, none were metal on metal, rotors had no groove in them, did not need to be replaced but next time I switch out the pads Ill probably replace them. Overall, I feel like they attempted to price gouge me and lied about the condition of my vehicle to do so, still paid them $60 to check out the brakes and refill my fluid. All around unethical business, Im sure they are consistently misleading people who dont know much about car repair.

A good place to get ripped off. The manager is a jerk. They damaged my vehicle and had an attitude when questioned about damage and the work they did. They Told me wheel cylinders were leaking and they werent. Told me both outer tie rods were bad and they werent. And a half a dozen other things. They were just trying to get a bunch of money out of me. Wanted 2500 for non needed repairs

Forgot the dealership or other shady auto shops. Hands down this is the best place to take your vehicle hands down

Always get great price on tires

Everytime I get my car back there would be some new damage, first scratches all over the Lexus emblem, then a swirl on the hood because they wiped the hood when chemicals were on the rag, and this last time they put in the notes that its missing pins that hold part of the housing on. WHICH WERE THERE WHEN I LEFT IT!! So they either lost or broke them and didnt tell me! Then tried to sell me 2 hood shocks, my car takes one!! They are a con company and are the classic reason you dont trust a mechanics word! Will not be taking my car back.

Second time Ive made an appointment at this outfit and when I go in at agreed time, the joker behind the counter informs me, yeah, its gonna be at least five hours until we get to you. For the joker working the phones here, this is the definition of an appointment: a fixed mutual agreement for a meeting; engagement.

At least they honor their warranty.my uncle had a po420 code on his car 8 months ago. he took it to this firestone and they sold him a catalytic converter ($700)fast forward to a few days ago, po420 code re-emerges. they replaced the catalytic converter, again, because he still had 4 months left on his warranty. they did not fight him on the warranty claim whatsoever, but there is an underlying problem causing the po420 code and they made no attempt to fix it
