Ive had many pleasant experiences here but today I believe tops them all. I was unable to make it to the grocery store but my elderly parents went instead and decided to help by picking up my prescriptions. I cannot thank Andrew enough for helping my parents and making it easy for them to understand. Thank you. We will continue being happy customers.
The Arnold walmart pharmacy has been awesome with my granddaughter! They are very knowledgeable about her medications and her allergies. We will continue to be satisfied customers.
Always a great experience. Andrew helped us and was very professional. No issues and very little wait time. Id recommend to anyone needing a pharmacy to handle your prescriptions.
Always friendly and ready to answer any questions no matter how silly they seem to us.. love this place
As soon as my doctor called my script in it was filled within 30 minutes and when I went there to pick them up it was done in a fast manner and efficiently. I made this my all the time Pharmacy.
Very professional and pleasant.
Its ok, used to be a go to pharmacy then it got to where Id have to wait longer and longer for prescriptions bc they needed to order it and didnt inform me of this.
Poor customer service. Transferring to CVS.
We appreciate all the assistance and kindness from the pharmacy team. Thank you
This pharmacy repeatedly fails to follow up with the patient when an issue arises, or with the prescribing physician when a refill renewal is needed. They always...always blame the failure to timely refill medication on the doctors office. I have objective evidence demonstrating that this claim is not true. The doctors office I deal with is responsive and on top of requests in all areas of their practice, and consistently has been for more than 20 years. Walmart repeatedly insists that the doctor does not respond to them. They dont even vary the fabrications. I have requested refills on medication and repeatedly attempted to pick up the refill several times over 18 days only to be told each time i tried to get the drug that the doctors office failed to respond to them...even after they DID manage to get renewals for 2 other medications from that same doctor. Never once did Walmart call or text me to advise me if a problem even though I am signed up for status texts. I used to practice nursing and now am a lawyer. Pharmacies used to be extraordinarily reliable and diligent about accuracy, speed and follow up. As a registered nurse I am baffled and disgusted by this deterioration in quality and customer service. Its one thing to overlook a follow up on occasion, and then apologize for the error, but to persist in lying and blaming someone else who is doing their job for your repeated failures is unconscionable. My husband and I get about 7 medications per month regularly. We use the pharmacy at least 2 or 3 times per month to obtain these medications. In the last four months we have been keeping track of Walmarts service. We have requested refills 11 times. There have been mistakes, oversights and delays on 10 of those 11 visits. Beware.
Only gave two stars because my prescription is less expensive here than everywhere else. Called in an order, and was told it would be ready the next day at noon. I went in the day after that, and was told it would not be ready until the next day at noon. Fine since I still had some of my previous Rx filled. Went in the day after they told me (4 days after order was placed) and they told me it was out of stock. Staff member walked away for a moment and came back to tell me that they could have it filled in 5 minutes?! Where did you suddenly get the stock from?! And why can every other pharmacy on earth fill a prescription that same day, but from this particular one it takes an average of 2-3 days (for me personally).
Very dedicated staff, if an employee cant help they will find someone that will help you. Very impressive employees!
Pharmacy never has the medicine In stock! Have to order it Everytime! If you need your medicine? Expect Delays!
