Pretty busy for mid afternoon. And still managed to get me in and out in reasonable timing! Very reasonable priced 2 pairs of glasses plus exam and 2 optional tests (which I did) for $91 and some change. Staff was really nice and covid cautious.

My friend had an 11:45 appointment didnt get out till 2:30 p.m.

Shady shady. Only get the special. If you add anything else the special deal goes out the window and you are back to full price or very close to full price. Check your bill before you pay!! We went here for the $69.95 special. Everything went fine until our bill of $160.00. The only add on we asked for was a single paper with the perception on it so we can order contact lenses online at a fraction of the cost. Needless to say we left with a $74 bill because that written prescription was too much.

I had scheduled the first appointment of the morning due to me having a phone meeting at 10 am. My appointment was for 9:20am. I was there early, along with the rest of the employees that start at 9:00am. I was done with my paperwork and pressure test, field vision test and standard eye chart test. I was then told to have a seat in the waiting area for the doctor. By 9:30am the first Male eye doctor arrived and started his exam with the patient assigned to him. At 9:48 the female eye doctor arrived. She called me back at 9:50am. I explained to her that she was going to have to take whoever was scheduled after me because I have a meeting I do not want to be late for. To me she was very disrespectful of patients time. Just because she is the eye doctor does not mean she should have the liberty to arrive whenever she wants. If the employees beneath her are expected to arrive on time, she should be too. The rest of the ladies working there were very professional and friendly. I have been using the Americas Best Franchises for 25 years now. Hopefully this will be a one time incident and I will be able to give them a better rating in the future. Update, I have been back to this location twice now for follow up care. On both visits the staff have been great and the doctors that were there on time. Im changing my review from 2 stars originally to 5 stars again.

My husband, so and I all got glasses my sons were fine but I had to take mine and my husbands back they kind of fixed his but after a second time I just gave up on mine ever being right.

NEVER GO TO AMERICAS BEST EYE CENTER FOR GLASSES. TERRIBLE AM STILL WAITTING FOR MY GLASSES. NEVER AGAIN
