As a mercari seller, this place means everything to me. Making money during the COVID times has been extremely rough, but this ups store is a lifesaver. After switching from the post office to ups due to multiple packages being lost, I can confidently say this is my favorite location. Fast, easy to work with, and very quick. Unless someone is getting something copied or faxed, the lines are very quick and easy to get through. I’ve only had one instance where they mixed up packages, but I think that was my issue. the workers are always very friendly and easy to communicate with, making the whole process of dropping off packages safely and easily very reliable! 5/5 for being my favorite ups location in the St Louis area!

I was just recently at UPS STORE in Arnold and was told it cost $8 for notary but must call for an appointment and the notary is usually there in the mornings.Hope this helped, good luck

This has got to be the worst location in the United States. Besides the fact the store is old and decrepit, the handicapped access button for the door doesn’t work, so if you’re in a wheelchair don’t expect to get in easily. There is always only one person working and at least 5-6 people in line. Today the guy behind the counter was about 50 and clearly had no idea how to use a computer.

Stopped in and needed to print a contract out for a real estate auction client (mine was missing a few pages). They were wonderful, it was fast and the prints looked great. On my way to sign the deal in no time. Very fair price and the best UPS anything I have ever had (other stores have not even come close to this store).

I’ve been to this ups location several times and they are friendly, polite and always helpful.

The lady was very nice who helped me. I had my son with me and she was quick and helpful. So generous, I really appreciate that.

They are inflating prices and taking advantage of customers. Chargered 1 usd to print a single black and white copy eBay return label, because its not being shipped by their company. 1 copy is 1 copy no matter what I print

I came to this store with my military family and the worker Alyssa was rude, disingenuous, and nonchalant. Worker has no idea what my profession is (state employee, military spouse) and treated myself and my family as less than based upon..assumptions? The color of our skin? I’m not sure and but she was entirely off base. Never returning.

Great & fast service!Ive used this store for the last 8 years for biz shipping. Had some color copy posters printed & laminated, drop shipped to TX, turned out fantastic and cheaper than kinkos. Genuinely friendly staff...

Returning an amazon package at a different location, you would have thought I was commenting a crime. The guy couldn’t figure it out. He asked a lady. I told her ups printed that label. She said as she rolled her eyes, yeah at a different location. It’s fine (as she huffed about it) it just can’t be tracked through our store (another eye roll) will NEVER go back there again. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Don’t take it out on you PAYING customers.

This review is directed at Mr. Leach, the manager per BBB. I dont appreciate having to lift 70+ lb boxes from my dolly onto your counter top scales. Why dont you have a floor scale for large, heavy boxes? To expensive? I had to enlist a helper so that I could lift a 120 lb oversized box from my dolly onto your dinky counter top scales. The ONE woman employee working that morning obviously couldnt lift over 70 lbs safely. Ridiculous!

Professional & helped me with notary needs, getting package out, helped me know what was best way to ship at what price point.

Being told I was getting one service and getting less than what I paid for. Person there entered wrong address on label so not only was it not there on day I expect. It took an extra week to get there. Staff needs better training. Ended up coating almost double what I was told.

Use this place all the time to send packages to my son and his family, or return something purchaced on line. Always quick, helpful, and friendly.

I wasnt sure what I was in for returning my AT&T Uverse junk but the employees here made it very smooth and painless! I didnt know how many services they offered as for as cheap copies laminates binding fax services and all kinda of stuff!!

Went into to mail two letters, one was going to a local address in St.louis and the other to Ohio. She said it was $41 for ground service, I was a bit shocked but didnt say anything. I paid and walked out, I looked at the receipt and both were sent 2nd air.I guess the lady working behind the counter was the owner or manager and thats why she sold me the most expensive service. Maybe they were slow, I dont know. There is no reason why I would send a envelope 2nd air when the address is in St.Louis.$41 for two envelopes is the most I ever paid, I shipped packages cheaper than that. I know Im never going to this UPS store again

Theyre supposed to have a notary, but when I went in they said the notary wont even be in for another hour. The service I needed wasnt even available even though its advertised to be there.

I have returned many Amazon boxes/ envelopes at several different UPS locations and this one in Around is the first to charge $1 for a 12 inch piece of tape! Also I have been trying to contact the store and keep getting a recording!

Beware! They now charge a $1 per box fee to put even 1 piece of tape on a box. Gotta squeeze every $1 out of every person possible right!!
