This place is actually pretty good. Everyone in the afternoon is great.... except Terry. Hes rude and seems to hate his job. He is nice to women though. I cant give enough praise to everyone else though. Theyre some great people and always keep the store clean and organized. Get rid of the on bad apple and this place would be 5 stars.

By far the most incompetent place Ive ever been to. Claimed the issue was with my card and not there completely broken gas pumps. Went to the Shell down the street and didnt have any problems. Fix your pumps.

Destiny and Julie are caring and helpful employees. I broke down my phone was dead. They helped with charging my phone, and gave me water as well as checked on me while I waited for help! You dont always find that kind of caring people! Im thankful they were there to help me!

I know why this store has 2 stars. This is a horrible place. I bought gas and asked for restroom, they said it is wet. I saw three employees on the counter, so no one should be cleaning on restrooms. It was sure they didn’t want me to use restroom. Restroom is very essential for anybody. I suggest the 7-11 should take any action on it.

I live right down the street from this location. Everyone has been extremely nice until today. The gentleman by the name of Chris has always been friendly until today. Refused to let me purchase cigarettes and exchange a scratch ticket. He told me to go to the 7eleven on Ward Road. He said i was rude to him previously and threw my money at him. He has me totally confused with someone else because we have always been friendly to each other. Would not allow the other cashier to wait on me. Every time i have gone in to this store Chris, has done nothing but complain about his job and how much he hates it. I understand you are in customer service and you deal with people all day, I am a very nice personable person and to be treated like this by someone that obviously is not a happy person to take it out on a customer will not be happening. I will NOT be returning and I have filed a complaint with corporate.

Do not go to this gas station. Worst customer service you will ever receive. I live a block away and drive past this gas station to go to others.

I love this place so much when I come home from school

Didnt know I needed to check expiration dates at a convenience store. Went in today to buy some milk after taking a sip and realize that the taste was off I looked at the date. the date of the milk was 7-23-19 a week old tasted horrible. after throwing up and turning around on the highway to return my milk as Im waiting for the manager I noticed in the cooler that theres milk marked 7 -14 -19. Nothings worse than having the manager smirk like thats not a big deal and then informs me hes never gotten sick from milk. People please make sure to check the dates on all stuff that youre buying. Ill never use this store again.

Worst customer service except for African American man is I right on top of it. Girls are rude and unhelpful. No receipts for gas. FIX IT. Now will be giving my business to someone else.

I go there and spend money every single day. Everyone there knows me by name. Well today I left never wanting to come back. I needed to exchange something because the seal was broken and you never know who has done what these days so I asked for an exchange and the manager looks at me in disbelief and slowly nods approval. As if I shot his kid In front of him or something. Totally embarrassing in front of other customers, also said something in the form like he was mocking me and acted like I was a complete idiot. Really don’t want to go back again.

Every time I go to this 7-Eleven the gas pumps dont work I will be checking my credit card Monday to make sure they did not charge me be careful out there

If I could give it 0 stars I would! For starters, 7-11 is open 24 hours. It says so right here on Google. Then we pull up to the pump and get out to pump gas and the employee working tonight just shuts off the lights on us at 9:56pm. Its false advertising when advertising says you are open 24-7 365 days. Then its rude to shut the lights off on a customer! I will NEVER come to this location again. Ill be sure everyone hears about it too. Maybe file a BBB complaint for false advertising.

I have been here a couple times and every time it was fine. well today I went in there for 5 minutes or less, and I went to pay for my stuff the man at the counter was very rude. I had already paid and he held my items for ransom until I showed him the inside of my bag. That was the most ridiculous thing that has ever happened to me in a gas station. The bag never even left my back. He also had me take everything out of my bag in front of all the people who were there paying, which was embarrassing. After I shut my bag when he was finally pleased to see that I didnt steal anything, He finally gave me my items that I had already paid for. I will tell you now I will never go back there again, so you lost my business. I will also let everyone know not to come here unless they want a random purse or bag check and have it checked in the rudest way possible.. This is the gas station on 72nd and simms in arvada colorado.

There was a 7-Eleven sign out front. There are 7-Eleven signs on the building, and when you do a Google search it comes up at 7-Eleven. Yet they need a new name because when I went there in the middle of the night they were closed so they shouldnt be called 7-Eleven.

Says it is 24/7 but it isnt and there isnt any hours posted

Every morning I go in to get some coffee there either isn’t any coffee or it’s cold or the machine is broken or they didn’t take the time to make more
