David is the man! He not only was able to provide great, personable, and customer centric service, he did so in a genuine way. During a day of moving and all the stress that accompanies it, getting a chance to have some great conversation with a great guy was a nice break from the action. Furthermore, it is obvious that he translates this into his work ethic and that of the staff, the premise is very clean, climate controlled and very accessible. I would highly recommend any one looking for self storage to use Edgemark Self Storage in Arvada, CO.

We were looking for a 10x10 storage unit and prices were so high everywhere. Edgemark offered a price way more affordable than those other places! So happy we waited and looked around because moving is so expensive already. David was very nice and had great customer service.Awesome price and the storage building is super clean! We had a great experience visiting the property. Dave has great customer service. The property was very well maintained. The hours of operation are decent hours. The spring art on the window caught our attention. Dave was very helpful walking us through from the beginning to the end. He made sure our code worked before we left the property. The process went smooth. Overall we are thankful to have our personal property stored at Edgemark Self Storage.

Amazing experience. The location is perfect and kept very clean. On-site free to use meeting room, easy to locate storage units, and all the supplies you could possibly need to store or move your property. After shopping around for a few weeks and comparing prices, facility pros and cons this is definently the best bang for your buck hands down.

Best prices locally for climate controlled, secured access. David made it easy and painless to set up a new unit, and accommodated request for ground floor very well. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and during our tour David stopped to pick up any trash that he saw. It is obvious that there is a lot of pride taken in this being a nice facility.David was thorough in answering questions, and did not push or try to upsell when I was deciding between unit size.Very good social distancing precautions taken.

Never really used a Storage unit before.So far, just about to move my household goods in, its been a great experience. The facility is very clean, well lit and secure. Im very comfortable going there and look forward to having my stuff there fora few months. Also, the location has excellent and easy access just offtwo main roads. Great place to put the building. Was looking for a 10x10 unit for $99 as listed online. I ended up driving to the wrong storage center. I didnt realize it was the wrong place until I was shown a rusty unit which was going for a steal of a price for... $270!! They even had a deal where I pay $240, I could get a month free.... I left that place and came here. Dave was kind enough to get me a 10x10 for the price I was looking for... $99. Clean facility, and easy to access. Worth it.

Clean, well kept facilities. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. They followed covid safety guidelines and most of all the price was great. They have large elevators and big carts to help move stuff. May keep unit longer then needed just for the extra storage.

This is a new storage facility and its really great. Its very clean, the office staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Its a good location and is easy to get in and out. Its costs are very competitive. If you need a storage facility check this one out. You wont be disappointed.

*BEWARE* of renting storage space from Edgemark Self Storage in Arvada. We rented a small unit for 18 months until it was broken into. At the time of the break-in the security cameras and recording devices we’re not working because they had “overheated” from improper setup (according to Edgemark). A police report was filed with the Arvada Police Department and we learned there had been eight other break-ins during the 18 month period that we rented from them. Five of those reports mention camera malfunctions. Two reports mention spray paint being used over the cameras. The insurance company that Edgemark uses, Bader Company, denied our claim for our stolen valuables because we could not prove forcible entry without camera footage. Edgemark Self Storage and it’s parent company, Argus Professional Storage Management, were initially dismissive, and have become non-responsive to this issue.

I rented a 10 x 10 room from Dave Kyllonen a month ago. He made the transaction go smoothly showing me all the features of the climate controlled building, nice and cool. I would absolutely NOT recommend this storage facility!! I had all of my household goods stored there for over 8 months. It looks all pretty and state of the art BUT the people who manage it are dishonest!! My safe was stolen from my unit sometime in June and the management refused to accept any responsibility for the theft! I was told that the security footage was somehow missing for the date and time in question!!!Consumer beware!!

What a great experience! The two Daves have taken care of my move from beginning to end. I was not expecting to need a storage unit for my move into a new house, but ended up having maintenance work that needed to be done before I could move in. I called Edgemark Self Storage and explained my needs, and Dave worked with me to get in at short notice. When repairs on the new place took longer than expected, Dave worked with me again on to extend my contract. The whole experience was quick and easy. I like the location, the interior is clean, bright, and well maintained. I feel safe entering after office hours due to the entry code system. My movers have had no problem getting their truck in and out of the facility. Highly recommend!!

I took my sister in this week because she recently lost her husband and is moving in with me, and will store her belongings until she can figure out what to do with everything. David was absolutely awesome. He took the time to find out what she needed, and was very kind and professional. This facility is clean, easy to navigate and well stocked with carts to help you get your stuff to and from the car/truck. I had previously had a difficult time dealing with an employee and their auto pay system. Dave was right there to help me, got the issue fixed and was very accommodating in helping to resolve the issue. He manages several of their facilities and does and impeccable job! Customer service is top notch!

In a flurry of moving related stress Edgemark Self Storage was easy, clean, accessible and the staff members were all extremely friendly and helpful! It was so nice to have one less thing to stress about, and know our stuff was secure and safe. Our friends greatly appreciated the air conditioning as we moved in 98 degree weather! I came in recently to check out this storage facility, as I am looking around for a good storage place in the area. I havent rented one before, and am new to the whole process, and I have to say that I was VERY IMPRESSED. Nick, the friendly guy who works there, was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. The storage units were in great condition, especially compared to some others I have seen. Theyll have my business for sure.

Working with Arvada Edgemark Self Storage was great. Our agent was friendly, helpful and informative. The locker we rented was clean, easy to access and the attention to detail was great(names of Arvada streets help you remember where your locker is. ) Dollies are made available to make the job easier. There other storage places and then there’s Edgemark. They set the bar high in this industry. We will use them again!!

We just rented a storage after comparing all prices in the area and they were $20 less per month and had a move in special! Very friendly and professional help from David. Facility is very clean and easy to access. I also loved that they used the Arvada street names as their locations inside to help find the units. This helps me remember where my unit it. I highly recommend this place!

Compassionately helped a customer find a payment option that worked for them in the middle of a tough financial situation.Also, the facility is clean and well lit, even in the back corner of the lower level. In terms of the actual facility, it is very nice and secure. However, they are extremely pushy about payment and you will start getting collection calls and emails literally the day after your payment is due. And apparently if your balance is not paid within 5 days of due date, they lock your unit AND lock you out of the building...seriously? I could understand after a few weeks but this seems extreme. Especially during these particularly trying times during COVID, this is very disappointing that a company is so pushy when clearly we are all doing the best we can. Will likely get my stuff transferred to another storage unit as soon as I am able...no need to deal with unnecessary stress on top of everything else going on!Update: Since I wrote this, I have received 5 messages about my account including 2 voicemails this morning within a couple hours from the same person! My payment was due 3 days ago, AND I told them I was paying today (which they told me to do)...UGH. Seriously not worth the hassle.

The staff is amazingly friendly, and gave my friend Garrett an amazing deal. The facility is astounishing clean, and well lit. The rows of lockers are labeled with street signs, which gives it a nice feel. Overall it was a great experience, and I recommend this storage to everyone..
