I just moved in to this storage and I must say its much better than public storage as far as Im concerned the prices are much more reasonable in public storage just my opinion but Im happy with with my storage unit in the rent I love how Im saving money compares to what I was spending before

Loryn in the office was wonderful to work with. The online process was a breeze and she was pleasant, professional, smart and communicated everything we needed before we had a chance to even ask. Coming from Public Storage where the lady running the office was constantly rude and nosy, this experience was a delight. Loryn deserves a raise!

App was easy for reservations. Got the room we wanted and right by the Windows with a view east. Service and meal were good.

So far so good. I did get a call after I reserved my unit online asking when I’d come do my paperwork and move in. That information did not get passed along to the office staff members. They were locking up for a late lunch break when I arrived at the office, but Loryn opened back up and patiently and kindly showed me around and took care of my setup. Moved in a few days later and I appreciate the gate code access and security features in place!

The girl who help me all the way through was nothing less then wonderful!!!. She deserves a raise for her ability to do her job with class. Any employer would be lucky to have her on their team. I found cheaper storage but because of her I went to this company. Give her props for that!!.

Great people work here! Loryn and Hunter stayed after closing time to help me get things sorted out with my unit. Very satisfied with my experience, would rent here again.

Hi today Loryn helped me. She was super helpful on the phone. She set me up an appt that was convenient for me. Then was very friendly and informative when I came to the facility. My light bulb burned out when I tried to turn it on. I called her and she came and changed it out with an associate within 5 minutes. So super helpful. I love her customer service. Definitely recommend this place.

The lady at the front desk was way awesome she helped me figure everything out and she was patient with me and its a very decent place I feel safe leaving all my belongings there.

After 5 years of renting a unit where I ran my business out of, the owners informed me that they were selling the facility and I needed to get out. I was quite upset, and eager to find the correct temporary solution. Upon entering the office, MEGAN (Arvada) was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable, and listened to my issue. She provided me with multiple options as to their available inventory, and was able to do so in a manner that made me feel great about Storquest. I seriously suggest this storage facility!

I’ve rented here for years and have never had problems. Current management (Jonah) is efficient and helpful. My stuff stays where I put it and it’s accessible when I need it. Grounds stay free from trash and litter. I’ve upgraded to larger unit twice with no problems. Easy, reliable, safe—no problems!

Ive had a storage unit for almost 6 months & have had great service & no problems.

Was greeted and checked in by D who was very friendly and helped me get the appropriate storage space for my needs. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is a great space to rent and i feel very safe going there alone when need be. 5 stars for sure! And a bonus for exceptional staff!

It’s not too often that you have a great customer service experience with a storage facility but I was very impressed with the assistance provided by Jonah. He runs a good business and they have my recommendation!

This place is an absolute joke. They keep raising rates, they don’t call you about rate changes, they’ll mail you and not care wether they have the right address. I was with this storage facility before the buy out or management change and the old people had my correct address. Storquest managed to mess that up and then blame it on me. Wouldn’t move in here. I’m changing units as soon as I can

My girlfriend arrived before I did and tried to put in the code that I authorized her to do. She was having problems and pushed the intercom button. Michelle (manager) came flying out of her office dropping F bombs saying dont you ever f^&$# push that button again, it calls the fire department. Looked like a normal intercom button to me too, maybe a sign if it fact it isnt? Then I arrived and she (Michelle) was still fuming and was rude and condescending about my payment, even though I tried to process it 2x at the beginning of the month, and she could see my history to prove it!! Your credit card processing system is broken and has been since October when you changed systems and it dropped all auto pay information. Your assertion that Im somehow a dead beat isnt accurate, my credit card has $10k+ available credit. You did waive $70 in fees, again, because of your system change, which you said you had to do for many of your auto pay customers. Perhaps the most rude, unprofessional (and unbalanced) manager Ive ever experienced. Ill be moving to a new facility after 3 years.

My husband and I just moved from Texas and had a few too many things for our new rental home and storage was a necessity immediately. After researching online and making some calls we chose I-70 Self Storage and are quite satisfied with the entire experience. First off, the staff is incredible (and fun) and the pricing was the best around town. Easy access to our unit and it was clean and ready for us that same day! I highly recommend I-70 Self Storage to anyone with a storage need.

Told us the wrong operation times for our initial visit. Took twice the time to do paperwork because of the way their system works I guess. Good deal for one month though.

The only reason this place has a 4 star is because the lady at the front desk will threaten people to take their reviews down or she will not return the deposit. Still havent gotten ours (its been AT LEAST 2 1/2 months) and Im tired of being hushed, keep your deposit. People need to know what this place is about! She had no problem charging my card that I never agreed to having on file but wants to claim that I am not a customer, quite sketchy business if you ask me. They also allow tenants to sleep in their units/motorhomes on the property so be careful when going alone or late in the evening. They will probably not respond professionally to this post because they usually dont but I am a local guide on Google & can give testimony to actually having a storage unit here.

Called to make a payment, I was told to call back a few times, called back and then was asked if I could call the next day to make my payment. The new managament is no where on par with the previous staff.

Great place and great managers. The price is real good and never had a problem yet there. Only wish they stayed open longer. Not everyone works banker hours.

For the first year, they seemed helpful, but in August of 2018, they all of a sudden lost my automatic payment information. Not a problem, I understand these things happen. So I updated my information and told them to bill me for the unpaid month. Come May of 2019, I was contacted by the manager, Michelle Brooker, saying my unit was in danger of non payment since last August. I didn’t understand and tried to talk with them about it. Ms. Brooker changed her story to say that my card was declined. When I asked her what card information they had on file, she refused to provide me the information. So, I calmly asked why it was declined every month for nearly a year. She refused to answer. I told her that I understood I owe them this money, so I was willing to pay them double the amount per month to get up to date. She was very mean about it, and then said I owe them all the back payments immediately or they would auction my unit. I tried to explain to her that I couldn’t afford that payment all at once, but she ended up yelling at me saying they would auction it. I then asked for the owner’s information so I could talk with them, and she hung up on me. Come July of 2019, they would not return my calls or provide me with any other information. My unit was auctioned on July 9th. I never received written notice (required by law) that they were going to auction my unit. Now I’m seeing several reviews with the same issue. My lawyer is gathering information, and they will hear from us soon. With all the other self storage businesses in the area, stay very far away from this one.

BEWARE!!!! You will not get your deposit back!!!! Move in was fine but when I left things changed. Based on other reviews, there is a clear intent to not return deposits. Make sure to take pictures when you leave that your unit and outside area in front of unit is perfectly clean. Also make sure to follow ten-day notice or they will not return your deposit.

This storage unit is the worst place to store your belongings. I will be editing this within the next couple days to explain the whole situation please dont rent till you read. The people running this place deserve to go out of business for how they treat customers. Short version, it is run by a woman with major dominance issues. She is verbally disrespectful. She will call you yelling, swearing, threatening. Calls you back when you hang the phone up one her due to her swearing at you over the phone, not only does she call you back but she also will leave nasty messages on your voicemail. Bipolar and un medicated is the best way I can describe the service we received. She left voice mails on my phone telling me good luck with writing her bad reviews, stating how she would contest and have them removed, and that she would get her way. Good luck, Ill keep writing them. Bottom line this place is for people that want to pay to be disrespected.

I did not post because I didnt want to have to type a long story about how you messed up and didnt correct it. You know what you did you were in the wrong.You never refunded the money. I did not allow you to do this or you would have done it in June. You stole money from my account and tried to say it was back. I will bring you my bank statement and show you that you charged me.

Very friendly! They allowed me to come in after hours on a holiday when EVERYONE else was closed and they rented me a unit when I had no place to take my stuff. When I was having problems at home and finacially, I forgot to pay and was 4 days late, I thought I was gonna lose my stuff and I felt horrible and the older lady (owner) assured me it was fine and even went out of her way to tell me I wasnt late and give me a wink ;).

I couldnt get my deposit back because of their 10 day waiver form policy even tho I had paid through the end of the month, it was only the 15th. Other than not bad a little run down but the employees seem ok, just plan ahead.

There good people overall! Dont upset the owners can get ugly! But if you are good about the rules then no problem!

Horrible place to have my stuff. The staff is never there. They are so rude. Its really ghetto. There were people living in the unit next to mine. Its really dirty and they are infested with silver fish. You can never reach anyone just to pay your bill and they lie about being able to pay online. DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE!!!!

Ive rented two there for a couple of years now when I needed a bigger one they made it happen! The folks that run the place are like the good old boys an gals, place is spotless always, lm a unique individual so Ive needed there help an bam always there. The staff is very helpful,very professional, very well kept place. the only thing i dislike is .its not a 24/7 .so i cant get to my stuff when i need to. i have to wait. if i had access 24/7 then they would be getting 5 stars. but because my access is that important to me..they only get 3 stars.the only reason im storing there is because of the staff. and just a well kept place. i give them 5 stars just for that alone. i would highly recommend this place. some people have jobs that have to work 24 hours a day. on call things happen at night also. because of your stupid answer im taken back a star. you need to learn couth. you aint got no couth. i gave you a ok review and you slaped me with a stupid remark. about 2;00 ..Im taken another star

Nothing wrong with the facilities, but why arent they open 24/7 like many other storage places? It really hurts me that I have to wait until 8:30 for them to open!
