I moved to this area a few years ago and had been driving back and forth to Georgia for my annual appointments. I just couldnt let loose of my old audiologist and look for a new one. I finally realized that I needed to find one in this area. I hit jackpot. Back in February 2021 I knew that I needed a new hearing test as well as new aides. So, I took that chance on a new Dr and I found nothing but friendliness and willingness to serve me the best they knew how. Needed to go back today to have a check up on my new hearing aides and again, great service. If you are looking for a great place and Doctor, then Advanced Hearing and Mark Hamilton is for you. Very up to date on everything. You will also find a very professional front desk as well.

So far so good. The staff is very informative and answers all my questions. Im glad i chose this company. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has a hearing deficiency.

There are those in business that are just in it for that. Then there are those who truly take the time to determine how they can provide SERVICE for their customers. Mark has always shown that kind of interest when visiting for service to my device. He is willing to candidly give good advice when posed with the questions I come up with. I have been with other hearing aid companies but have not had a comfort zone like there is at Advanced.

I am 30 years old and have been hard of hearing since I was 4. I received my first set of hearing aids yesterday and I couldnt be more pleased. Everyone here is amazing and takes their time with you. They helped me so much and I will be forever grateful. Its amazing the sounds that Ive never heard and its all thanks to them.

I can now hear my daughter when she talks and dont need the volume so high on the TV. Great People to work with and so kind to me while getting set with my hearing aids

I didnt know how much I had been missing . I spend quiet a bit of time outside. When I received my hearing aids it reminded me of how much I had been missing. My name is Robby I am the nephew of William Robbins Sadie and Mark are outstanding this is my 4th time back here trying different aids because my uncle is deaf pretty much, but they would not give up us on us. Even when I was ready to just give up they kept us coming back. I would recommend them to anyone just a loving and caring team.
