Very good experience. They worked me in at the end of the day which meant they had to stay late. I never felt rushed. Will go there for all my hearing needs.

Very professional from the time I made the appointment all throughout the process and even with explaining what I needed. Many options were explained and I can choose the best one for me.Highly recommend going and getting your hearing checked here. I had no idea I had the profound hearing loss until everything was explained and all questions were answered.This is where I will always go for any issues with my hearing.

Picked up hearing aids yesterday - so far love them. Far superior to Phonak Ive been using. Wendy has been a delightful Hearing Specialist from Day 1 when I had my hearing evaluation. Very professional but friendly at all times & handled all my insurance paperwork so I didnt have to worry with it. Explains things very clearly - thanks for making my life so much better.

No experience to report but they have bought my information from Connect Hearing where I had a hearing test last year. They are still sending me unsolicited mail for their services after I told them to stop. After calling to complain, they say they did not send me mail from their address, their address is on the envelope. I believe they changed their name as well but still have same address.

She was exceptionally competent in her renders of the advantages of new hearing aids and in explaining the importance of quality hearing aids... not to mention exceptionally personable... and gracious even after many call backs, indecision, and ultimate decision to wait. I was far from an ideal client, but she remained so very gracious and I am most grateful!

Great people They found a cone in my ear that had been in there 3 yrs. Yes 3. I got it taken ojt that night and need to go back and get my hearing checked. Huh. Lol

My husband need a new set of hearing aids we went to this hearing aid place and the ladies here are great to work with they took the time not only to explain everything to me and my husband about his new hearing aids also on how they work the original Hearing aid got married and .left to move out of two due to her husband new job but now we have miss Biggs she and her office. Staff are awesome people and she understands all about hearing problems cause she has them herself ms.biggs took her time and seeing how they needed to be adjusted into my husbands ears since he need then in .bith ears ms.biggs took her time to make sure that everything what done all questions were answered even the questions that I had cause this also will be an adjustment for me as well cause I have had to yell for a year and half cause of husband being without hearing aids until yesterday on 1. 9 2019 was the best day for my husband he now able to hear all the way around his head a 360 difference so if you need a new set of hearing aids you need to go to this hearing aid doctor she is awsoawe she has everything about the knowledge of the hearing aids so please if you have a love one that needs hearing aids please take them to this doctor she also has a great personality and she ans her staff treats you like you are family my husband loves his new hearing aids and thank you ms.biggs what what you do to help people with hearing issues
