Covid policy is non-existent. When we went in there were parties of 10+ and many not wearing masks at all. I will say the woman helping us was extremely pleasant and offered to open the shop at non-business hours for us to feel comfortable. However, we decided to leave due to policy not being enforced at all. We moved several times out of the others way to make room for ourselves with no luck. Please, for your communities sake, enforce your own rules when it comes to the health and wellness of those around you.

Had a great time here! Super welcoming staff and willing to help you with anything you need. I went with my friend to get prom clothes, and one of the girls was super helpful and humorous and wanted you to look good. Gave great advice. It’s a local business so shopping here is great because it supports the community. 10/10 would recommend, and I plan on coming back anytime I have an event.

Charlotte was awesome! She helped me find the perfect wedding dress and was so knowledgeable. She took the extra time to help me find decide which one was the one and she made me feel like a princess.

Went yesterday with my mom and we were just wanting to browse and a sweet girl named Abbie helped us out and gave us a full consultation! She was perfect! She claimed to still be training but she handled us like a pro!! Love her and can’t wait to bring the crew with us next time for the final dress decision! Thank you Abbie!!!!

I went there to get my junior prom dress and I had an absolute blast! It was a fantastic experience and the sales associates were so polite and made the experience one to remember. They tried to their best to make you feel confident and to keep things in budget. If you go, ask for Tammy. She is great and will certainly make you laugh.

I have been shopping here since I was a teenager. Their products are good for your skin and have been for over 30 years. You have a skin problem or just want to look your best, Merle Norman is the place to go. Young or old, this is the place. This is an icon. The staff are very good at helping you. They are also closed on Sunday which is refreshing. I applaud them for not staying open 7 days a week. God bless yhem

Favorite product is the Ultimate powder. WOW, that stuff does not rub off on any clothing and i look FAB! The best part about Merle Norman of Asheville is that i dont need to know exactly what products my skin needs or what colors look best because they have beauty trained consultants that will teach and guide you- that is what I like. PLUS they have Brighton Jewelry, which I LOVE. so I get my face and bling all in one stop. Highly recommend, book a makeover to start, its a hoot!

Thank you for helping make my daughters wedding day look fantastic. The guys looked great in all of the tuxes we got from you. You made the process of renting tuxes smooth and non stressful. Your employees are the best. Megan helped every step of the way, answered all our questions and was willing to help with all our last minute requests. We couldnt have done it without you. I found my dream wedding gown at Merle Norman, Bridal Prom and Tux of Asheville. I took my mother, father, and maid of honor with me and we had a wonderful appointment with Christina. She made me feel comfortable, excited, and well taken care of. I knew early on I would find my wedding dress here! The staff at Merle Norman have been great about helping me find just what I am looking for! Ive gone in with skin emergencies and they are always able to find a solution for me! Not to mention the dresses! Ive bought dresses for charity events and pageants from them. They carry top designers and even have some exclusives! So when it was time for my best friend (who is a plus size woman) to get married its no secret where I recommended she go!

I went there a while ago and the women that was supposed to be helping me didnt talk to me at all and I think that is very rude and un-professional. The whole time she was standing there helping someone in the dressing room beside me and didnt talk to me once. I was ready to buy and not a word said.

Helpful and very friendly staff for our dress shopping!

My girlfriend went in to try on dresses with her friends. Her size was not available, and when the lady attending (M) went back to speak with another employee M began talking about how Merle Norman isnt the place for a woman of her size and that she was being too picky. M was very rude and insensitive and is not the star model for an employee. Very disappointed.

AMAZING! They exceeded everything for my daughter. We had a limited budget and they ran with it, never once did they make us feel less than. My daughter ended up finding the dress of her dreams for prom. The girls are still talking about her Jovani dress that we found at Merle Norman. Kim, my daughter, walked away with so much confidence that she even started modeling prom dresses and signed with a photographer. You never know what is going to change your life. We adore the staff and we will only shop for Kims gowns at Merle Norman of Asheville. We also bought all of her prom accessories and prom heels at Merle Norman of Asheville. Cannot wait til next prom season.
