Hi, Im Charles Allen. Give me a call. Ive got a few things to talk about. I now have 2 small dents on the tailgate of my 2017 z71. Brought it in for a recall. Replace back window. I walk up to my truck in the parking lot and I now have 2 small dents. Talked with a manager I think. He looked it over, looked as though he thought I was lying. Or I just had not seen them. Every morning I walk to my truck with it backed in. No way In H$!! I would miss that. Anyway he assured me he would call the glass guy and talk with someone and give me a call back yesterday 10-27-21. Still waiting on a phone call?
Had vehicle towed over that morning. Told it would be several days. Mid-day they called to say it was going to be fixed that day. Great service. Always efficient, price wasnt super high. Great communication and will be back.
Checkup for transmission fluid leak on garage floor. Dealer said all was fine, no leaks, not overfilled. Very nice and helpful.

The dealership was very clean, well lit, organized with great show room cars, my personal favorite of all Corvettes!They had a decent variety of nice used inventory, but like all other dealerships in the Asheville area, their new car selection was next to nil.The sales guy I dealt with today was very helpful, professional and polite. If they had a brand new Colorado ZR2 at all or a brand new 2500 4x4 Silverado if any type, I would have traded my 2012 C6 Corvette in for one of those trucks today!

GM did a buyback on my recalled 2017 Bolt. I bought a 2022 Bolt EUV Premier as a replacement. Right from the beginning, the dealership handled things very smoothly and efficiently. The signing of documents was quick considering how many there were. Very friendly, helpful folks.
Easiest and smoothest car buying experience and we have done about 5-6 (BMW, Chevrolet and Toyota). Mark Hansen was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and amazing in his support throughout the whole process. He was responding right away even on his day off! It made a difference. In order to post this review I have to this dealership a one star. But they deserve a ZERO!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a new Chevy Equinox from them. Went in to sign the papers. I was told it was zero percent. Wrong. I had to go back today to sign the correct papers for the zero percent. I can not drive this car it kills my back and my sciatic nerve. I have to sleep on the floor since the car hurts me. Maybe when I can get rid of Nightmare, (car name because of my experience with this dealership). So hopefully within a year when I can get rid of nightmare. I would have to much damage done to my back or sciatic nerve. Called and talked with Mark Hansen. He replied this morning that they would not take the car back because I kept it longer on my test drive. Wow!!!!! What a pathetic excuse. The only option he would offer is they would fix the seat. Really.Poor customer service at this dealership. Do yourself a favor, skip this poor pathetic, unhelpful, heartless dealership. What ever happened to the man in the commercials. 10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn’t get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it.Judy was amazing and we’re so thankful to her and the whole staff!Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I’d say it was exceptionally priced!
Alright so this might be a bit long. But if you are in the market for a new car go here! This team of people is amazing! David especially. I walked in wanting to trade my 2016 Honda Civic for a new more reasonable car. A 2 door civic is great for someone who doesnt commonly have people or a dog in their car so it was time for me to upgrade. I explained my negative equity, the cosmetic damage, and the experiences I had that were not so great at other dealerships. Right away I was told they would do whatever they could for. After only 3 hours I was walking out the door with keys to my brand new Trailblazer with lower monthly payments than I expected, $0 dollars down, extra warranty, and gap coverage for less than even I was expecting. They made it happen when other places told me I would not be able to get a new car for less than 700 a month. Yall are amazing and I will be sending my brother your way soon!!
Traveling out of state and needed oil change & tire rotation. Asheville Chevrolet was able to get me in the same day that I called. Found tire issue and advised replacement needed; however, they did not have one in stock. Recommended several tire stores in area that could serve me the same day.Thank you for great service.

After the purchase; since I had not owned a vehicle with this much technology he helped me get everything set up. He then text me the next day to let me know that my truck was added to my insurance and he wanted to make sure I was still happy. Misled on Financing, Buyer BewareMy experience here was at first exemplary, then progressed to a sour ending. I was in the market for a used car and the sales professional, Jeff B., was phenomenal. He listened to the specifications I requested in the vehicle, including price, and found a car I was, and still am, truly ecstatic about. Then, I was transferred to the financing representative, Jim G. I explained I was a first-time car buyer, and unfamiliar with the paperwork to close the deal. He offered me an additional car warranty, which I politely declined. Somewhere in our discussion of unrelated conversation, he added the warranty to the closing paperwork. When he was “revisiting” the topic of the warranty at some point, I was making comments on different aspects of the deal. We clearly were NOT on the same page. He didn’t listen to what I wanted, didn’t explain the paperwork thoroughly, and I truly felt misled. I discovered the addition at home when re-reviewing the paperwork and was utterly shocked this even happened! Not only did he add the warranty, but added the most expensive tier at $3.9k!! What?! I put my trust in this person to honor my decision of just wanting to purchase the car and nothing else. Be careful with the financing and take your time reading every little line, or just avoid this place altogether. I spent a sleepless night due to this. If you happen to get the warranty, MasterTech, just know you can cancel within 30 days with the dealership, or 60 days on your own. Thank goodness.
My husband and I were traveling west on I-40 toward Black Mountain heading for Waynesville, NC where we planned to spend the weekend. It was raining very hard and traffic was bumper to bumper in all lanes. As we neared the top of the mountain a pickup truck heading east swerved, struck the concrete barrier and lifted in the air and landed on top the the barrier just as we reached that point in the west bound lane. Concrete was thrown onto the road on the west bound lane and there was no way to avoid it due to the heavy traffic and the rain. My husband was able to get our car to the shoulder of the highway. He checked for damage and found that we had a flat tire. We called AAA, and a tow truck took us to Black Mountain where a tire dealer informed us that we actually had two flat tires. We purchased two tires and then they discovered that we also had a severely damaged rim. They put on one new tire and our spare tire and told us to go to the Chevrolet Dealer in Asheville where they might have a rim since ours was too damaged to use. We called ahead and spoke with Jamie in the Parts Department. It was getting close to 5 oclock, but he promised to wait for us. Due to the traffic it was almost 5:30 by the time we arrived. Jamie was waiting, and he and Mike tried to order a replacement rim for us. However, everything was closed. Jamie let us know on Saturday that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could get what was needed. They directed us to Enterprise where we were able to rent a car to drive until they could get ours fixed. We had to be back home in Albemarle, NC on Sunday afternoon. They gave us the phone number to contact Terry in the Service Department, and he stayed in touch with us numerous times over the next few days. The service department checked for any other damage that might have occurred. On Wednesday morning Terry called to let us know that our car would be ready around noon. We headed back to Asheville from our home in Albemarle, NC. While we were traveling Terry called again to let us know that our car was ready. When we arrived we were so glad to meet Terry and to be able to thank him for his help over several anxious days. We were also able to see Jamie and Mike who had been so concerned for us late on Friday afternoon. We are very grateful to the staff at Asheville Chevrolet for making what could have been an awful experience one that we will remember with gratitude.
Please avoid service location at all costs, especially if you have a hybrid vehicle. I asked service advisor if there are hybrid mechanics on staff he assured me there were. Long story short I left my hybrid with them for about a month because they said they were trying to still diagnose my problem with my hybrid. Advised I needed a new transmission. 6 thousand dollars later, new transmission installed... hybrid battery is what is bad on the vehicle. When I ask now if there are hybrid mechanics that are there... nobody has any clue what I’m talking about and they’ve never had a hybrid tech on staff. Needless to say, my vehicle has been sitting in the driveway since. Thanks Asheville Chevrolet.
I bought a New Camero SS from Asheville Chevrolet in 2016 and as soon as the deal was done, they were done with me!! I have Never been treated so Unprofessional in my Life. They missed out as I also bought my wife a new car, 2 months later but went to Sunshine Chevrolet instead and was treated Wonderful. I have avoided Asheville Chevrolet ever since but I had to return this week to have a software update done on my Camero. I was Shocked to see that the Service writer I dealt with was just as Rude and Dismissive as the Sale staff that I had dealt with 5 years ago. Myself and my family will let our cars Rot in the Garage before we will Ever Step Foot on that property. Never Again!! I have No Idea how they stay in Business. Total Trash!!!

Great Service Operation - had the pleasure of stopping in while up this way for the holidays and my truck was due for an oil change and an intermittent check engine light. Tim took great care of us, in and out in about 3 hours - got a ride into downtown to do a little shopping and above all received a very detailed explanation on my Check Engine Light upon pickup to include not only what was the nature of the fault but what would be the future repair procedure if the matter arose again in the future and what might be some of the actions that could be triggering that fault. With all seriousness that explanation was the most detailed and professional dialog I have had with a Service Advisor at a Chevy Dealer in all of my years owning GM Vehicles.

Even though my car is 14 years old, I am treated well by the staff. The oil change and tire rotation was completed quickly. The charges for completing the work are responsibly priced.

The service person was friendly and courteous, and the results were within expectations. Waiting in the lounge area was comfortable, as it is large enough for social distancing.The only thing that could have made the experience one star better would be: giving me a small free gift - if you could equip your service bay with a portable charger for electric & plug-in-hybrids (like my Volt), and pump even 3 miles worth of electricity into my cars battery during the 2 hours it sat in your service department, that would have made me feel that you really cared, and were thinking about me.

When I saw the car I wanted online, I called and (eventually) spoke with Mark. He verified the car was still available and when I told him Id be coming from Knoxville (2 hrs away) he assured me hed have the car pulled out front and held for me to drive it. He kept his promise and it was right there when I came in. I drove it with Eric who was very nice and took me on a route that had freeway and side roads. He made the car buying process less painful then I anticipated. I worked with Joey on the financing, he was able to answer all my questions and was honest about what my options were. All in all, I would buy from again and recommend Asheville Chevrolet.

Called to have it towed for smoke. Was told to send it over and that they made a note. Got a call the next day asking why it was there. Told it would probably get looked at by end of day. Called next day to follow up. Told them that they were on 2 day back up. Would have preferred to know this prior to towing and being without my car for 4 days. I felt like the cost was expensive for the service.
They got my car in and out of the service area in a fast timely manner. I was very happy
The whole experience was wonderful. Eric didnt push us into an expensive car, he let us take our time and gave us the pros and cons of each vehicle for our situation. We were able to really look at the cars we were interested in and make our own decision on what we wanted. The whole staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back.
Became upset with my salesman, felt that there was no service after the sale. We did a deal on a Saturday and I had to finish the deal on Monday by bringing in a certified check. He did not offer up a time to come in, so I assumed by conversation that he was working the following Monday. I waited until 10am to come finish my deal and was informed he was on vacation. At least the sales manager stepped up and help me figure out what to do with the check and get my 30 day tag.

I am writing this to more specifically give Tony Valentine, a sales rep here, a good review. Over the last week we went to about 10 different dealerships trying to find a car that we liked for a decent price that we were comfortable with. Although we did end up going with a car from a different dealer, it was more pleasurable working with Tony than anyone else from any of the places we went to. He was very knowledgeable, and did not apply a lot of pressure into any option. The car that we did end selecting was the make and model that Tony showed us, just with and different color and trim level that they did not have in stock. I wish there was a way that the commission could be split but I know there is not since it is with a different location. With that said, I would highly recommend Tony to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle.

Went to Asheville Chevrolet to check out a Mustang they made the test drive part great and easy. Then the sales manager Wayne and I worked out a great deal and 45mins later I was driving my beautiful Mustang to the house! My experience with the scheduling person was great, as was the wheel alignment on my 2007 HD 2500 truck. My recommendation score of 10 has a caveat in that I am a resident of Tampa, FL. If I was aware of a friend traveling to the Asheville area, I would recommend your dealership should they require vehicle maintenance.

Great technical and communication capability. Our Chevrolet Bolt had an intermittent problem, which I documented and gave to the service desk, and which they accepted, giving our difficulties over a few weeks. Nice to have the dealership accept our car when we could deliver it from 100 miles away on our schedule even with their full service log. We were in no rush, and told them to keep us updated on progress. Nice service write up, checked all the boxes for me, an electrical engineer. Thanks!

Drove over two hours to get to this dealership to look at a 2016 GMC Canyon. Met Terry White a few minutes after entering the dealer and speaking with the Internet Sales Manager, Kimberly. Terry was courteous, helpful and easy to talk to. A few minutes after speaking with him, I advised him how apprehensive I was regarding the entire buying process and he assured me that he will make this as easy as possible and advised me he would be with me during the entire process, not to worry. I was made to feel right at home the from the minute I met Terry all the way thru to the finance department. The entire process was simply amazing and will be recommending Terry and Asheville Chevrolet to many others here in Charlotte. Kudos to the team at Asheville Chevy!

We are giving him a 5 star review and just about everyone at this dealership was down to earth and friendly. One unfortunate exception was the finance/final paperwork guy whose attitude was less than pleasant. He didnt get a loan or an extended warranty from us so guess that there wasnt anything in it for him when wrapping up the papers. BUT everyone else there was SO spectacular the dealership deserves a 5 star rating.

Never again buying a GM vehicle can’t wait to get my truck fixed so I can trade it in for a tundra. 43k miles and it’s already has the check engine light with a repair cost over 1,000 dollars.
