I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about four months ago and still have not received my vehicle title. I have left several voicemails to various people including the general manager explaining this. No one has returned my calls. I have purchased4 vehicles from this dealership. I will not do so in the future.This dealership is callous and cares about nothing but sales and no interest or concerns for it customers. I advise anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln product to see another Ford/Lincoln dealership. Asheville Ford is the worst!

I have never in my life worked with a company with poorer customer service. I don’t think the service manager knows how to tell the truth. I have a 2017 Ford F150 I purchased through this dealer. The engine develops a bad knock every 25,000 miles. It has been rebuilt three times. When I took it back this time for the same issue i’m getting a complete runaround. they tell me Ford denied my claim Because I did not get my oil changed through them every time. Called Ford customer service and they said that was a complete Lie. The local dealer never turned the paperwork in to Ford for approval. When I confronted the service manager on this he changes his story to tell me even though I have an extended warranty through Ford they denied it because it has over 100,000 miles now. (My warranty goes through 150,000 miles). Called customer service they said again total lie. From then Ford customer service tried to get a hold of them, when they finally got a hold of him after a week and a half he said I told them I didn’t want them working on my vehicle anymore and I was going somewhere else for service. Again total lie. Ford recommend we stop dealing with Asheville Ford and try another Ford dealer down the road Ken Wilson Ford. Happy to say I am extremely satisfied with everything Ken Wilson Ford has done. Please take my advice and shop somewhere else that will help you after you purchase your vehicle

Another great experience with Asheville Ford. I just purchased a 21 F-150 and my salesman Van Blankenship was amazing! At no time during this process was there any pressure to buy, finance or buy ext. warranty. Of course these things were offered, as they should be, but no pressure. I ending up purchasing a truck that was still in Detroit and decided to wait till mid Sept. to take ownership. Van said they will try their best to have it earlier, and they delivered on that too. Got my truck one week later. The finance manger, Sharla McCormick, was amazing too. She was quick and thorough and again offered other features to buy, but no pressure. I had a great time buying a new truck and most folks do not say that. This was my best experience at a dealership period.Why I decided to go to Asheville Ford is past experience with their service department. I had a 07 F-150 that need new spark plug and that year spark plugs were made of ceramic and tended to break off while you took them out. I call they got me in the next day and they even let me use the spark plugs I had bought. The service guy said that it $75 for everyone they broke off. I thought for sure that they would break off half of them. Later that day I went to pick the truck up and none of them had broke off. It would have been really easy for them to have to have said they broke a couple off, but no they did the right thing. That honesty won them a client for life.

Been to the dealer three times to get a repair completed. The last time I waited six weeks for an appointment so I could get a loaner car. They suggested keeping my truck a few days for diagnosis etc. Hence the loaner. The morning of the repair I call to confirm a loaner is available. Grant lets me know he doesnt have any loaners available. Ive waited six weeks for this! I contact Ford corporate who tells me they have authorized a rental for me and I will hear from the dealership. A week later I reach out to the dealership to find out when they will be doing the repair. Grant gets me on the phone and lets me know they will not be getting me a rental car and perhaps I should go somewhere else for service. They are a Ford dealer! Im driving a new Ford. Come to find out, Grant is upset that I gave them a negative review from Ford corporate. I took my truck there three times for a repair that was never repaired. I explained this to Grant. He was having none of it. Told me to go to another dealership. I will let you make your own decisions about Asheville Ford moving forward.

This is one of the worst car buying experiences. My daughter purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger. We are having trouble getting the title work for it. I called and left a voicemail for someone who did not return my call. I tried to call and talk to a Sales Manager. Again, I was transferred while I was talking and sent to the same extension I had already left a voicemail for. I hung up and called right back and talked to Annette. She was very rude and would not transfer me to anyone. She put me on hold and left me there until I hung up 10 minutes later. I would like to think that my young daughter has not been taken advantage of, but I am getting that strong feeling. If this resolves, I will be sure to update my review. Until then, the dealership has put us in a terrible position and with all of the options out there, I would definitely purchase elsewhere.

I dont even recommend giving them a 1 star! I took my mustang to the service department for a check engine light. To make a long story short, I have been back 3 times trying to take care of the same problem that they were supposed to fix the first time. This last time I went the service manager put on my ticket to drive the car even though he thought it was a head gasket going out but that I needed to drive it until the light came back on again. REALLY??? Well to say the least it came back on again and I just had a bad feeling about this company so I took my car to another shop just to check to see what the engine light would read. Well of course it was the same as when I took it the first time, cylinder 2 misfire! I wanted a second opinion so I took it to another Ford dealership who came to find out that none of the parts that was on my invoice was replaced. BTW I do have them in hand! I just picked my car up from the new dealership and I am fully happy with my experience. My car is driving so much better and they gave me even a better deal for doing what Asheville Ford didnt!!!! Maybe it was because I was a woman but guess what I am not stupid! I worked hard for my mustang and I will not have anyone just take money from me!

This has to be the worst service department that I have ever experienced. After many attempts ( 5 attempts over 18 months) to get a roof leak fixed on a $50,000 vehicle (which is still under warranty and less than 2 years old). They tried giving me the run around to call this contractor and that contractor but still no result. This is a manufacturer default and Asheville Ford pretty much told me that it is not their problem. I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership.

Took a little to coordinate getting the truck into the shop due to conflicting schedules....however, feel like the folks did a good job of trying to chase down the problem I was having and I have not experienced a similar problem since. All folks were very courteous and pleasant to deal with and I feel gave me the top notch service Ive always expected and received from Ford.

This is a good dealership. The cars are priced fairly, and the staff is great. The salesman named Van is good people, and I really love the car he sold me. The finance people are not pushy at all, and will work with you to get the best rate. The only downside is the document or doc fee which is high - nearly 700 dollars by default. Despite that, if they have the car youre looking for you should check them out.

I have been sadly disappointed in the service I have received from Asheville Ford. I have called several times with a question about the tag I have already paid for BUT have not been able/allowed to talk to their financial official or sales person when Ive called. Nor have my calls been returned. The staff was delightful and friendly until they were given a check.........then the service dissolved. It appears they tried to find out why I am having the problem of the water on the door jam (normal -NOT ITS NOT) and why I have jelly like substance that is in a pile (looks like is is coming out of a small opening the way it looks) in the door jam as well. I paid quit a bit of money for the vehicle to have this happen and be told that the water is normal and the substance in the door jam in unknown

I initially contacted Asheville Ford to inquire about ordering a 2021 Ford Explorer ST as I didnt see what I wanted online. I had very specific configurations. I received a call very quickly on a Sunday and made an appointment. I thought I would be ordering for next year.When I arrived at the dealership I randomly asked who to talk to and was greeted by BJ. After a few minutes he and his sales manager told me they could get the car I wanted and give me a good price as well. I agreed to get the 2020 and although it took a few days it was worth the wait. I never felt pressured and the total pkg was less than I expected. The new Explorer ST is amazing so far and BJ called to make sure I was satisfied and I am. Thanks BJ.

My wife and I shopped for several months and other dealerships for a new Ford F-150. We could not find what we wanted on any local dealer lot, so we ordered one from the factory. Asheville Ford was most helpful and the salesman, Bob Esau, and the sales manager, Josh Pisano really came through for us. We were actually past the date to order a 2020 truck, but Bob and Josh worked out a deal to get it done. After our truck was finished on the production line, it looked like it was going to take 2 months to get the truck from Kansas City to Asheville. Josh was able to make some magic happen and against all odds had our truck here in 2 weeks. We love the truck and are still learning how to use it. If there could have been an improvement of our buying experience, it would have been in the orientation with our truck. Much was left out and honestly I think the orientation person was not motivated or trained to show us all the features our truck has to offer. Ford has some videos online but most of what we need to learn is not there. The manual is OK but does not make it easy to figure out the obscure features.If you are looking for a Ford, do make an appointment with Bob Esau. You will not regret it.

I bought this new in 2010, it was the closest design to my 1967 mustang and my patience played off, great handling, very comfortable, large trunk, long doors for easy access for a large person, runs as good today as it did new, its a great car, I love it, great sound system and great interior design, plenty of power, good gas mileage, Id buy this again if I could get the same design, probably not so ill have to keep it another 11 years. I love my Mustang.

This is the first dealership I’ve gone to where I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of. If you shop here, ask for BOB! He is truly a great guy and worked to get us the best terms and rate he could. He was super willing to get necessary repairs worked into our deal and got us out in a reasonable amount of time (for a car dealership). It was nice to feel like a salesman was actually in our corner and not out to make a quick buck on us. Would definitely do business again here in the future.

But most recently is trying to sell it and all paperwork was done wrong and we are having to figure out how to get it fixed so we can sell.There finance department is a BIG JOKE!!Check and recheck everything.Or better yet go somewhere else!!

I want to give such a HUGE amazingly positive review to Bob Esau!! Bob is the kind of person we all aspire to be. He has devoted his life to helping those who are in need. I am not just talking about at his work place. As I sat down to talk to Bob about buying a vehicle, we quickly got side tracked talking about life. Life, meaning the most important things that we can do in our lives to help others. As we both talked about our roles in life and how we both have devoted our lives to always helping others in this world when they needed it, made me appreciate my new found friend even more. This amazing conversation lasted for quite awhile and had absolutely nothing to do with work or being paid to help others (as most peoples job consist of that). He is not only honest, thoughtful, and caring, but he is a good human. Bob is great at the career he chose because of his ability to just be a normal and friendly human that is not fake. He is 100% genuine. He would give you the shirt off his back and never question a thing. I am thankful to have met Bob Esau. Very rude and unprofessional staff! Was told my car was covered under a recall, by the lady who scheduled my appt. even ran my VIN number to make sure it was covered. Not only was it covered, but it had been repaired die the very same thing in the past, she said. Also said that there would be no charges accrued by me, unless first told. Well guess what. Now they’re saying the coolant leak is NOT covered by the recall which is whatever, but then they say I owe them over a hundred dollars for the diagnostic they ran?! Spoke to Jason, the manager. Who was not nice at all. This is the worst place ever. And has totally changed my mind forever about Ford. Am calling corporate now to file official complaint ASAP!

I had an appointment today at 0940. Told them when I scheduled it and when I arrived it was my only vehicle so I had to wait. I waited 3hrs and car still in back parking lot untouched. When I asked about this and told them I had to work at 5pm and needed to be out of there by 4:30pm, I was told that this was not possible. I just lost 3hrs+ driving time out of my life that I wont get back. So disrespectful of a persons time. Asheville Ford in my opinion could care less about customer service or their customers time. This will be the last Ford I will own. And I do need a bigger SUV for my growing family. I will buy one in next year or less. Asheville Ford/Lincoln wont get my business.

So I went on the market on Sunday searching for a newer vehicle to upgrade from my little mirage hatchback and I spoke to allaa (I think thats her name) about what I was in the market for ans what I could afford.She immediately went to work for me and gave me a few options to get me in the vehicle I wanted.Mind you my credit is decent at best definitely Harder to get approved but she went to work for me and she got me approved for a 2017 Honda Civic.I was ecstatic about it as Ive never owned a car that new.Now fast forward to today and I arrived at the dealership with my trade ready to go.Van immediately went to work on my paperwork and got me into my new civic for exactly what I was aiming for.These guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.The warranty that my car came with is superior to most out there for used cars. I was thoroughly impressed with how well they explained everything in a clear and precise way very upfront with everything from the start.Again I cannot sat enough about how awesome these guys are if you know what you want then go to these guys and they will fight hard for you like they did for me.One satisfied customer for life.

I dont know how i feel about this place, i dunno if it was the guy who was helping me or the company as a whole. I went by to test drive a vehicle and decided i would stop by my mechanic as well. Once i finished and decided this was the vehicle for me, i stopped by and picked up a check on the way back. When i arrived i was received almost in a ridiculed manner, and let know the vehicle had been sold while i was gone. Right out from under me, How unprofessional is this? I work in the service industry, so i have to say this is sorry customer service. Maybe if i would have had a different rep (Ally seemed nice) i would have been better tooken care of. We took our 2020 Ford Escape in for regular service. It appears that everything that is checked on the service checklist is not checked. When we got the car home, the tire pressures were 32, 34, 32, 26; The checklist said that all four were at 35 psi when the car was released. I filled them with air and evened them out and they have held steady since. It leaves me wondering what else they said was OK that might not be so!My impression of Asheville Ford is that they are much more interested in selling cars than in any of the rest of the customer experience.

Great brand new truck for the money. BJ, my salesman, got me into just as much truck as I wanted and got me more than I expected from my old truck! This is my second purchase from this dealership. My first purchase was in 2017 and the most recent was March 2021. My experience was so impressive in 2017 that I knew I would be back again. The sales staff here is excellent. Chris Mease has handled both of my purchases. He is a true professional and knows how to treat customers. Throughout the entire process Chris kept me completely informed. I truly couldnt ask for anything more from a salesmen.This dealership is 60 miles from my house but its worth the trip each and every time. In my opinion they set the standard that few dealerships can compete with. Trust me, if youre in the market for a Ford or Lincoln, you wont regret visiting Asheville Ford.

We bought our 2020 Ecosport in September of 2020.Early April 2021, Engine light came on, sensor out. Contacted service dept rep Katie, very rude and abrupt. Vehicle in service for 4 days.May 18, 2021, Engine light came on again, called Katie again, same rude attitude and said they could not service it until June 1. When I dropped it off and asked for loaner, told they didnt have any. Luckily, representative Tiffany worked with us and a loaner became available within the week.Vehicle was in service dept for several days afterward until they could replace multiple issues to fix sensor problems.The only thing that made this ordeal bearable, was the daily communication I received from Tiffany. On the other hand, we probably are done with Asheville Ford for our future auto purchases.

There has been trouble with the computer alert system. It has been showing alerts when there were no problems. Asheville Ford seems to have fixed it.I will expand on the remarks above: We have been on two long trips since the last repair, and there have been no problems. The last repair must have located and corrected the cause of all the trouble. Tiffany of Asheville Ford service department deserves a lot of credit for her help and patience.

Stay away!!!!They lie, cheat and steal your money.The service dept. Does not do what you pay them for. They charged my wife for $1300.00 worth of repairs and still did not fix the car, we had to take it to Ken Wilson Fords service dept. And they did exactly what Asheville Fords service dept. was paid to do and the car is now perfect.The service manager and general manager is also in the scam because after talking to them the refuse to do anything about the issue. To show you how dirty they are go check out the Google reviews and find one from (Jason Early, aka the service manager at Asheville Ford)No telling how many of their other employees they have leaving these Google reviews to try to up their rating.

Be careful if you take your vehicle to them if you have anything valuable in your vehicle. They stole my tools and basically said there is nothing that they can do. Also called the ashville police department and reported it they opened and closed the case in 2 min. They was no help either. I guess if you are out of state you on your on. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. OR ANY OF MY BUSINESS WILL GO BACK.

Asheville Ford treats you like family. They went above and beyond to help me get out of a bad loan situation that a previous dealership “ helped “ me get into. Even the guys/gals at the dealership who weren’t directly working with me knew me by name and treated me as if I had their undivided attention. Mark McKinney, my salesman, is the best there is by far. He stuck by me from step one until I drove off the lot. He is honest - answered all my questions and treated me like his daughter ( like he always told me, and he doesn’t just say that ) . At the end of my car buying experience I ended up saving a substantial amount of money o the back end by getting a better loan thanks to Marks and all the guys hard work. Nice dealership with good people but it does matter which sale rep and pit manager reviews your offer. Came by on a Friday found the truck I wanted, it was a courtesy vehicle with 800 miles, talked to sales rep, made an offer, it was refused by pit boss and I left. Came back on Sunday, different rep and pit boss, earlier truck sold but they worked with me and found the essential same truck (different color) and I paid $1000 less than what I offered them on Friday.

While traveling om April 16, 2021 my 2020 Explorer with 16,000 stopped running.1.5 miles from this dealership. I called to see if there was anyway they could at least look at the vehicle. The Service Receptionist said absolutely no way. I was late afternoon on Friday but they were also open on Saturday, but she had no one available to look at it. She informed me if it was the transmission it would be May before they had anyone that could look at it. A dealer a few miles up the road was more than willing to at least look at it. Sad to see what customer service Ford allows its dealers to provide. It may have been a blessing after reading some of the other reviews on this site.

I traded a 2016 Silverado for my new Escape and have not missed it one time. Mine is AllWheelDrive and it has went in the snow and ice anytime I needed it. It is a fun vehicle to drive and best of all with gas prices going up I get 30 miles per gallon around town and 36 on the road, what a savings. By one. You will not regret the decision.

Brought the car in to replace a flat. They put a new tire on and didnt balance it properly so that it started making progressively more noise after several miles of driving. I had to take it to a shop back home to replace the tire and get it balanced properly. Very poor service.

I have been very happy with the service department, except for one thing. Three times now, a day or two after I have had the Works service done, my tire pressure light has come on. This last time, I realized that the valve stem cap is missing. I havent had the car serviced anywhere else.

I dont know much about cars. All I knew was that I received a recall in the mail for my rear tow joint ... I hadnt noticed the car riding funny or making any strange noises, but I took it in anyway. The staff at Asheville Ford Lincoln scheduled me an appointment when I called, when I arrived they were all very polite, and helpful. Im pretty sure thats the cleanest garage floor Ive ever seen. They told me it would be ready in a few hours, around lunch time. I dropped my Flex off at 0830 and they called me to come and pick it up at 2. They gave me a list of things their mechanic notcied that I may want someone to look at some time soon, minor things. They offered to do those repairs as well. My car is still driving just fine, and I will return to them in the future. Their knowledge and professionalism give me confidence in giving them my business.

I really dont know what to think...dont want to put them on blast but its like they really just didnt want to sell me a vehicle. First I went in to do some preliminary numbers crunching with a salesman and the price went up $800 automatically from the sticker because they add back the listed equipment group savings. Then as the guy said they gave me a rounded estimate of monthly payments with a median percentage figured in that wasnt supposed to reflect my actual percentage since we hadnt ran my credit. I went home to do more figuring and the median percentages were like 11.5-13.5 + I can get better all day anywhere I understand this isnt carved in stone rates but like I said its like they really was just trying to talk me out of it actually they did talk me out of it because it put the monthly payments out of reach. This with me going to put almost half the purchase price down....not to mention they never even talked about simply negotiating price...not sure they like money or something. And then theres the first picture...we came in because we saw this with the internet pricing...$8241 in savings but the work up sheet total rebates and all was only a hair over $7000...something definitely amiss here people.

Honestly walked in hopeful but not super confident. This was due to having been turned down and basically told I had no chance to get what I wanted at other places. That was because my trade ended up being negative a little bit. Van greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and the process began. I told him what I wanted but also told him what I could afford and that I had financing with my own bank. We looked over a couple of cars all of which I liked. Before we drove anything we looked at numbers because I didnt want to drive and then not afford what I wanted. They ran everything with the interest rate I knew I had coming in. I picked a car, drove it, and loved it. They had worked and gotten the car to an even better price than first thought. They then asked me if I minded running the credit with them just to see what they could get because they thought they had a shot at beating my rate with the bank. I went ahead and did it and im glad I did. It lowered my interest rate by 1.3% and although my payments went up 20 bucks per month it cut several months off my original deal with my own bank.It took a while but it was well worth it. Very thankful to Van, Ian,Samantha and the entire staff at Asheville Ford for their hospitality. I got the car I wanted, at a price I wanted, and got treated very well. I cant ask for anything else. Would definitely do business here again!!!!

May 2019 - I just purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat a couple of days ago on Monday, May 13, 2019. Now for the second time ( also purchased a 2018 F-150 XLT in November of 2017 ) I have had an excellent experience with this dealership and the folks that work there. Brian Newman was my salesman this time and he was awesome. I was there for several hours but that was definitely not a problem because these wonderful people was able to work out a really awesome deal, which took some time to figure out because of quite a bit of negative equity on my previous vehicle due to the negative equity from the vehicle before the 2018 F-150. In both instances I had been to other dealerships that said a deal couldnt be done without a substantial down payment (approx. 14K to 16K) and in both instances Asheville Ford got me into much nicer vehicles than I had looked at at other dealerships with way less money down out of pocket (less than 5K). Needless to say I will never purchase a vehicle for myself from anywhere other than Asheville Ford. Also thanks Charity for showing me a lot more features about Ford Pass and Apple Car Play, that I never really experienced on my other truck, wish I would have known about all of the capabilities of this whole system before now. THANKS AGAIN ASHEVILLE FORD.....November 2017. Very painless car buying experience, everyone I met the was friendly. And Jacob Reynolds was awesome to work with and very helpful I think he was a wonderful salesman.

I dropped my 2017 F-150 off to have the cam phasers replaced and was initially told the vehicle would be ready the next day. Two days passed without anyone contacting me, so I tried to call the service department (it takes about 30 tries to get ahold of anyone) and was told that they couldn’t update me on the status of the truck because the job hadn’t been assigned, preventing a tech from leaving notes, even though they assured me it was being worked on. They promised a callback by the end of the day with an update, which they upheld. At that point I was told that the technician who was assigned my vehicle had quit and no one was aware. So they were in the process of assigning my vehicle to another tech at this time. Two more days pass and I’m contacted and told the vehicle is ready. I swing by and pick it up, and as I’m pulling into my neighborhood (2 miles from the dealership) I notice the check engine light is on I immediately try to call (reference the difficulty in reaching anyone above) as it was near the closing time, but was in successful in reaching anyone so I left a voicemail and let the truck sit for the weekend. Monday morning I get a call from the dealer. I answer thinking they listened to my voicemail, but they hadn’t. They were calling to let me know the technician working on my truck had left the dip stick out (the cause of the check engine light) and they wanted me to come by so they could place it back in. This was a chaotic experience from start to finish. The truck still makes odd noises at times that weren’t there before. This was my first experience here and unfortunately will be my last. It’s probably wiser to make the drive to Greenville or Canton.

I have had multiple issues with service from Asheville Ford. Ford motor company has had to call them a couple of times now because they “couldn’t find” my warranty. A separate occasion I called and asked if Quicklane had time to do a service on my truck and was told to come in but was turned away when I got there because they didn’t have time. Another experience was scheduling recall work for my truck two weeks out and then them not having the part for the recall. Had a good experience purchasing my truck but unfortunately will not be back because of the service department’s unfriendliness and poor customer service.

Yesterday, my wife and I drove in to Asheville Ford Lincoln to look at some Lincoln SUVs. I had already done a lot of research and determined that we wanted to look at the the Aviator and the Nautilus. Chris worked with us and did an outstanding job. There was no pressure. He was able to answer all of the questions we had. We actually saw the exact vehicle we wanted on the lot and after doing the financial aspects with Ian, and being tutored on the vehicle by Samantha, we drove a new Lincoln Aviator home. I had an incredible experience at Asheville Ford. Just purchased a new F-150 and the entire process was smooth, seamless, and without anyone pushing in any way. Ian worked with us in showing me the trucks that fit my budget, and listened to what I wanted. He reflected back throughout my process exactly what I was wanting in a new truck. Josh worked to make it fit my budget to the best of his ability, and Sharla completed the finance process quickly and efficiently. Asheville Ford was completely upfront in pricing. When I sat down to go over numbers, there was no surprise, because the price of the car was known immediately. Sure I paid more than I had hoped, but simply because I knew what I wanted didn’t necessarily meet reality in purchasing a new vehicle at the price I was looking at. More importantly, they all worked to make the numbers as close as they could so I could walk out with my new truck. I will always go to Asheville Ford and I will always recommend them for a purchase. As well, at least with a new car, you get two years of oil changes and tire rotations at no additional costs! Kind, courteous, and laid back....exactly what I would look for in the car buying experience.

I have purchased with Asheville Ford before and we just so happened to see a vehicle there that we wanted to purchase. Brent was one of the most kindest, down to earth (car salesman) that we have ever met. He was no pressure, no haggle. Worst Experience at ANY Dealership, EVER!I was waiting on my wifes vehicle to get an oil change and update on 1.25.2021. We had driven through on Sunday and she saw a Ford Edge she liked, so I figured I would test drive it and let her know what I thought with the expectation of making a purchase this week. I couldnt get anybody to acknowledge me at first. Then, I walked up to the lady at the front desk and she seemed nice enough, but a little cold. I asked her if I could talk to someone about a test drive. She asked a guy to help me and he told her he was a little busy at first. He finally came over, asked what I wanted to look at, what my payment range was, and went to talk to one of the managers and got the key. When we walked outside he told me the payments could never be where I wanted them to be and said it would be very high. I told him my wife had great credit and we made great money between the two of us, and he reluctantly let me take a test drive. We drove from the dealership to the Asheville Outlets and he asked me if that was enough. I said sure. Irritated, I walked to the Nissan Dealership down the road, test drove a vehicle with more options than the Ford and more expensive. Liked the vehicle and they even let me drive it home.Now, we have a payment where we wanted, on a more expensive vehicle, and my wife is now driving a Nissan, which she and her entire family have ever owned Fords. I wish it was possible to express to this site how much they lost on an easy sale. All they had to do was act like they cared and let me drive more than 1 mile down a road.

Salesman Bob Esau was wonderful in explaining every detail of the vehicle and all aspects of buying fully explained with the finance employee Ian. Everyone from the receptionist to buying, financing and scheduling appointments were courteous and professional. There was no pushing to get us to buy. The cleanliness of the dealership including the service department is immaculate. It was a great experience and we know we made a great choice by buying with Asheville Ford Linclon.
