This is located in a somewhat congested area. Staff was ok but very casual. At times they didnt seem to know how to answer my questions. Did not inform me the SIM card couldnt be moved to other devices after a recent policy change.

Got 4 phone lines for $110 been with them about four years

Even giving this place a 1 star is too much. went to activate a new phone and needed help, was told I needed to contact apple. I asked the manager if she could activate the phone just so it would work (I need it for my job). She didnt activate it. I call apple and they tell me they cant help that Cricket has to activate it. Then had to wait 22 min for the 1800#.Also very understaffed at the one on Patton Ave. I would have thought since the manager was helping me, I wouldnt have any trouble ..

Girls were great they were able to help me with my icloud account and helped me put on my tempered glass

Cricket wireless is awesome. If you havent tried to you definitely need to check it out.

Oliver and HEather were extremely helpful and patient, as well as knowledgeable in helping me sync my cell phone and PC email.

Nestor helped my family. He was very patient with us and went out of his way to answer all of our questions. He helped my son with his phone and totally made his day! We will definitely be seeing him again with any questions. He was wonderful!

Came into the store and was not greeted. Was inside the store for over 10 minutes and still was not even acknowledged. There was only one other customer inside the store besides me. I waited up at the counter right next to the employee. Still nothing said. No hi, how are you, can I help you, I’ll be with you in a minute.....nothing. I finally asked if there was anyone who could help me and she said no I’m the only one it’ll be a minute. Well I’m on the way to buy a straight talk phone. They will never have my business. I own a business and this is absolutely no way to treat a customer at all. It’s 11 am on 12/6. She needs to be reprimanded for her lack of customer service. I understand if you are busy you can’t help someone but you need to greet them.

Really friendly staff and the service is great!

My phone caught on fire next to my 5 day old. They couldnt do anything about the warranty and made me buy a new phone.Be wary of cricket in general. I hate having them.The girls here are REALLy nice.. but it doesnt make up for cricket being a less than customer oriented bysiness as a whole. 5 years a customer. Service gets worse every year.

I had to pay on my phone for services done in-store, or I could pay three dollars more and they could swipe my card. The staff has limited knowledge of the phones and services, but I got it all figured out. Small price to pay for the best cell phone plans Ive found in the area.

The girls try to help everybody they are really friendly. I love there service. They also have good plans/phones.

Its a good value service yet they placed me on a plan I didnt sign up for. Im sure it was a mistake but they seem to cater to Spanish community more than the Caucasian and black crowd. I noticed this during their interactions with guest while there. I have been in Cellular sales for ten years so it was obvious.

Went there yesterday to get some info about switching service to cricket! and surely am going to make the switch spoke to Cii Cii and she was very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcomed and valuable as a new customer! gave me info and showed me the services and phones that interest me, something I did not get from my other cell phone carrier at all! Takes forever to get set up but worth it to me if the are smart.
