We are traveling away from home and my husbands phone started experiencing some issues. Saying there is moisture in his charging port.His phone has not been by water, we waited for about 10min in line, not too bad.But when assisted, and after explaining the situation the gentleman said Im sorry, maybe you could contact Samsung direct.I ask, can you run a diagnostic test? No, we cant here. I ask, what about a can of air? No, sorry we dont have that either.?!? 😳 Maybe we can overnight you a new phone? 🤔 We just want this one looked at. We cannot do that here.So what do the denim shirts and fancy iPads do?? 🤔

So I have had Verizon for a few years now, and never had an issue until recently. I went into this branch back in May to purchase a new phone because mine had become sluggish. The sales woman that I dealt with talked me out of buying a new phone and sending my old phone in for warranty. I trusted that she knew what she was talking about. Well a month later I get stuck with a bill for the warranty phone. When I could have put the $300 towards a new device. Called the corporate number and they basically refused to help. The branch was supposed to get back in touch with me but I received another bill today for the damaged device. When all I wanted was to buy a new phone. I shouldn’t have to pay for the warranty device when I was told it was completely covered by the saleswoman. Really would recommend going with a different cell phone provider.

Sun Verizon stores are not as helpful as I would expect however this store was wonderful they helped me getting the data moved from the cloud to our new phones that we just purchased at a competitor. Now Thats what I call service I was very very happy and if I ever need anything from Verizon I will remember this particular store and return.

She knew exactly what I needed and upgraded my phone plan WHICH SAVED ME MONEY. She also upgraded my outdated sim card for better service since I had recently moved to the area.

Spoke to Verizon customer service about upgrading my IPhone 8 and made sure that my current phone qualified for the 400ish dollar credit because it has cracked back glass. I was assured it did qualify and was sent to tunnel road store because I wanted to hold the iPhone 12 mini and PRO. Before i decided on which one I wanted. When I stepped into the store I was informed that I was told wrong. Was told I could get the crack fixed and they would be happy to trade it. I left . Went to the Smokey park location and now I am the proud owner of an iPhone 12 Pro. Apparently the person I spoke to was clueless. Because they took my old phone and gave me 410 dollars toward the new one.. long story short take your business elsewhere. They obviously don’t want it.

I’m so please to be able to walk into the Verizon store get want I wanted and have my phones ready to go, With less than an hour my Rep Wallace S. was able to help me set up my parents phone without any trouble. Thank you to Wallace S. as well as the other rep that was with him (can’t remember his name) made the transition fast and easy. Answered all my questions set up the phones the way I wanted. Had a wonder experience. Thank you again. My parents are pleased with their phones.

Never have I been treated so badly by a business or any organization. The manager was disinterested in helping with my issue, saying repeatedly, no one gets that, or that’s the way the system does it. When I refused to accept a contract that did not show in writing what we had been promised, he started calling me rude, called me a liar, and threatened me in several ways. This was beyond belief and totally unacceptable. Enter at your own risk!

I made an appointment to upgrade phone and 20 minutes before appointment they called and said they were understaffed and couldnt transfer my information. When I showed up they refused to even sell me a phone let alone let me inside. I made a special trip into town to take care of this to take advantage of the upgrade offer. Wasted trip and a waste of time.

My elderly parents brought there new unlocked phones to be replaced with there old flip phones they had service already with Verizon but stopped working and was told they could not activate them had to buy phones from the store so they did and was told they can’t help show them how to work features they were to busy! There were six employees and only one other customer besides my step dad. Was told to call a number to get help that doesn’t recognize the Verizon phone they just bought so no help from Verizon at all! I’m so glad I left Verizon myself years ago for T-Mobile! I will be converting them To T-Mobile very soon good bye Verizon!!

Liars and frauds who will happily tell you whatever they can to sell you extra add-ons without knowing the process. I had a representative lie to my face about the details of an insurance process. I only found out two years later when I go to get the model replaced.Bottom line: never buy the insurance, do your own research before coming in and expect them to lie at every turn

After 3 hours on the phone with Spectrum and Verizon providers I decided to just go in to the store. I was mentally preparing myself for a long, miserable scenario. I got there right when they opened but people were already waiting outside in a line. The 4 people ahead of me went in and I waited my turn. The kindest security guard told me itd just be a short wait and we had a short but encouraging conversation. The young man that helped me inside was also kind and extremely helpful. I was out of there in 15 minutes with a working phone, a cheaper plan and a skip in my step. It was almost odd how great this experience was, especially in such a hard, depressing Covid season. Thanks Verizon. Again...weird to say, but the best phone experience Ive ever had. Give those guys a raise!!!

I went to this Verizon to get an upgrade, I was debating between several different phones. I was helped by Matt Carroll upon arriving! He did a great job of explaining all of the features of the phones I was considering, as well as how it would affect my bill each month. I left extremely please and Matt gave me great service in a timely manner! I will definitely be referring all of my friends to see Matt next time they need a new phone.

Very disappointed in verizon at this location. i dealt with ALEX. i went in to get a regular phone on contract. im having to have him investigated and possibly charged with PETTY THEFT. a 45 day jail sentence.i went in and had them order a brand new phone b/c ALEX (the one who may be charged with PETTY THEFT took nearly 90 dollars and has YET to produce a VERIFIED tracking number. I KNOW they did NOT make an account for me.by the way ALEX you cant charge a RESTOCKING FEE for an item i never received. Can you be any means explain that? thats a dumb a.. statement on your part.

I went to this store a few days ago to buy a new phone on my familys account. Dont bother making an appointment it wont save any time on waiting! Once I finally spoke with an individual he clearly didnt want to deal with me. My parents had been having issues accessing their account online and needed to add me as an account manager, the representative acted like he didnt want to spend time to help us. I left this Verizon store empty handed and frustrated, ready to switch to AT&T. But I decided to try one more time and I went to the Verizon on Brevard rd; there I had a completely different experience. At Brevard, the customer service representative spent the time to go through my familys account and work out the best deal possible for me! Your representative missed out on upgrading my family plan, and could have sold me a new Samsung s21+, as well as a tablet.

I recently went to this store to change to your company. I picked a phone and it was started. I then asked for a protection cover. They didnt have any and was told to go to best buy for accessories. Best buy didnt have any for this phone. Then I was given a phone no. to get my contacts switched over. That was a night mare. Customer service was terrible. Asked for a new SIM card for my new phone and they would not provide one. I even offered to pay for it. Let them know that I was going to call in to activate it, and they still wouldn’t let me purchase one. Employee said “we can’t just let you have one and walk out of here with it” ??? I was recently in Asheville for a mini-vacation and my current phone was dying (faster than it had already been). I had brought a back-up in case this happened and it came time to switch over. I went by this store and was pleasantly greeted by Eric. I joked with him that I wasnt going to be a great customer b/c all I needed was assistance in getting my phone transferred to my back-up (I couldnt figure out how to get to the SIM card w/out destroying the phone). Eric made me feel like the most important customer----didnt make a bit of difference that I wasnt there for him to make a sale. He was polite and courteous and made sure my temporary phone was up and running before I left (and did so quite efficiently!). I have been w/ Verizon since 2000 and people like Eric are why I feel Im w/ the BEST! Thank you for all your help, Eric!!

There were few price tags so we were having trouble when Aubrey noticed we looked lost and came to help. After I purchased my phone on March 5, 2018 a little over a month ago and after calling unbelievable numerous calls.I would, wait 5 minutes or more would finally get someone on the line. I would discuss the issues, would be put on hold after several minutes the call would be dropped.This happened so many times I finally gave up.The local phone number to the store actually rings to a phone bank of people. I used to visit this location frequently. Long wait times aside, theyve now removed everything that was once worth waiting for. The tech department is basically gone and their equipment offerings are meager.Im sure this is a trend, as our US Cellular has done nearly the same. Now, rather than entice you over to Verizon with equipment upgrades that come complete with data and file transfer ... they suggest you try Best Buy to save your texts, photos, and files ... only theyre not sure Best Buy still possesses that magic machine either.Our needs were simple: one new flip phone and one new Motorola smart phone on a new business account. Salesman One lied, then said Verizon couldnt cover our area, then recruited The Manager ... who also lied and stalled ... ANDran my husbands profile 32 times ... generating 32 separate emails to him with 32 different temporary account numbers. Two and a half hours later (literally) we walked away wondering what kind of wormholes had been opened into our lives and our credit.I moved from Verizon to US cellular in 2011 for an unresolved and ridiculous overcharge in fees the month that my father died. Now Im traveling back and forth to Cincinnati for my mom ... and US Cell doesnt officially cover that area ... or have adequate backup plans either.Because we live high in the NC mountains, and on water, only Verizon and US Cell work when Im at home. No go on Sprint, AT&T or any others.All of that relates to my individual needs ... however ... you go to crazyland when you do business at this location ... and maybe ... Verizon in general.Me and my 32 new wormholes are steering clear. And Verizon corporate will be hearing from us.

I know its weird....I actually like this Verizon store! They are super friendly and helpful. We have bought several phones and tablets from them and they are always great. The lines are long in the weekend and we plan on spending 1-2 hours for buying a phone which takes about as long as buying a dang car. These frustrating. Also they do everything on tablets and it seems like it slows the process. Again, service is great...but process is painful...totally out of their control.

I was visiting from out of town when I made the unfortunate mistake of switching carriers online. Aubrey was just fantastic! We recently purchased new devices from an associate at this store named Tyler which meant we needed to trade in our new devices. To do this, the store gave us two shipping labels and two boxes to return our phones. When we were packing the phones later that evening, we realized that the tracking numbers on the shipping labels were identical and it appeared that one was just a duplicate copy of the other - meaning if we had used both of them, there would have been a chance that one would not ship correctly. To rectify this, we packed everything into one box and used one shipping label.Fast forward a week and we received a notification that Verizon had not received the devices. Knowing that the other label was identical, I checked the tracking information only to find that the tracking number was not valid. The store had apparently not provided a valid shipping label and the package was now lost. When I reported this to Verizon that day, the store apparently added two new tracking numbers to our account and order to cover up the problem. I have been dealing with their corporate office for the last month and now just found out that we are basically out the trade in amount.CAVEAT EMPTOR - beware of this store and beware of their mail in trade in program. Insist that your devices be taken back at the store because they will not accept any responsibility once you walk out the door, even if they screwed up the shipping label. The response is basically - well, its up to the customer to work with UPS to find the trade in. I could understand this if I generated the label at home, I would even take full responsibility if I forgot to mail in the box or the box was stolen from my house, but their associate screwed up and the $50 settlement that I was offered for over $300 in trade in items was a slap in the face.

First thing I asked was could we buy an iPhone 6s or what’s the cheapest iPhone I could get. I was told “we do not sell any iPhone 6”. Went on to talk some more and I was told oh well maybe a iPhone plus in the 6 or 7. Went on to talk about pricing.... I happen to see on his tablet you can buy an iPhone 6s. Then was told we have to get a case and temper glass but don’t worry they throw in one temper glass for free. Proceed to look at that on amazon because I’m clearly trying to be ripped off and the total for the exact same brands was 50 for two temper glass protectors and a case... what I was about to pay 80 for (minus the 40 dollars they were “throwing” in). The man and his co worker spent half the time talking about getting the play off games on the tv (interrupting our sale). They were rude beyond words and the entire experience sucked. In general going to the Verizon store feels like a rip off. This took the cake. I’d rather drive an hour than go back to this location ever again. Give it zero stars if it was an option.

Worst customer service ever. Will not be going back. Had to call Verizon and speak to a supervisor to get the issues resolved because the only thing they wanted to do in store was place yet another order, when the order was already done and completed and was told I can pick up at the store. Was not helpful at all and this was the 2nd time I was here trying to get the same issues resolved. I will be calling instead of going to this store or any other store. They will be helping someone and they will stop helping the customer just to go check someone in. Thats the worse customer service you could do. If your helping someone you do not stop helping them just to check someone in. It happened to me and thats just rude and unprofessional! The only helpful people that work at Verizon Wireless are the ones located in the call centers. The supervisor I spoke to, resolved my issue, which could have all been avoided if I was told they didnt have the same phone for a warranty replacement, when I went to the store to start with. Instead of assuming I would be okay with the device that would be sent out. Again I am Thankful the supervisor I spoke with on the phone was able to help resolved the issue.
