I personally want to say . Thank you so much David for not rejecting us for our color, we went to get help from ROB and he said they were all out of gold iPhones, could care less what else we wanted to do, and said David could help us. We waited for David, and the whole time Rob was helping other people that was not the same color as us, anyways we get with David and he pulls us out a Gold iPhone 12 and helped us with the whole process. He was really sweet and fun to work with . I give it 5 stars because overall of that, it was still a great experience David gave us . THANK YOU AGAIN DAVID we won’t forget this !!!
Im never impressed with the deals they offer existing customers. Actually I feel like its an insult to a 23 year long customer. The employees are nice. The store is clean. All the phones and tablets are on display and working.

Osso, the man who helped me was kind and didnt push me to purchase anything. Also no one got upset about my children playing on the devices while I was busy.

Customer service here is a nightmare! Very close to driving 20+ year loyal customers to change to the competition. Just stinks because I have no issues with service/plans/pricing. It is just having to deal with the people here any time that we need new phones or change of plans! I would think US Cellular would like to encourage people to come in, spend money and buy new phones but that is THE LAST thing I want to do! I avoid this place like the plauge!
Employee s had on masks, distance was kept to 6 feet or more, sanitized devices and even lens provided. Jeremiah is quite good too!

Friendly customer service rep greeted me at the door. He looked up my account and did some testing on my device. Decided if I kept having slow connection speeds to call 611 for more detailed connection support. He did not see any issues.

I wouldnt give a star at all if that was an option. First I purchased a modem wasnt happy with it returned it with It in the alotted time. Have yet to receive my money back mind you its been 3 months an was just informed there is a 35 dollar fee to restock. Really to put a box on a shelf. First I should have been told the fee was 35 dollars secondly the salesman said its a small fee. Thats no small fee this is bs. If ur late with ur payment ur services are cut but when it comes to paying a customer back it is a friggin nightmare to try to get it back the sale ppl are misleading an you get ripped off for a stocking fee. Unacceptable an bad business. Dont go to this place they RIP you off completely.
Terrible service. Ive been a customer for 15 years and Ive never had service this bad. Im going to switch providers. My phone had a cosmetic flaw, (paint bubbling) and they told me if I got it fixed I could trade it in and my new phone would be free. I spent $250 to have the paint bubbles removed and 4 days later they told me they would not accept my phone as a trade because the promotion expired. There was no mention of any expiration of the promotion 4 days prior when they told me I could trade it in. They would not honor what they previously said even though it was the same employees in the store that remembered the conversation. The people here have zero competence and zero care about customer retention. It takes them over an hour to make any transaction, even something as simple as buying a case. I would avoid this store location like the plauge.

Went to pay my bill and like most cell phone companys the bill was not right when he told me the amount. He also told me he could give me a number and talk to a rep in the store. Im only a cashier is what he told me. One problem though. He was the one that activated and upgraded my phone. A lie? Or just plain laziness? Your better off dialing 611 and talk to someone that can really help you
Dont stand behind the products they sell, coustmer service is non existent. They got a new account and forgot 😒 it in the same day. Then wouldnt even mediate between Samsung and Me. Lost Phone cause hackers locked it down lost service with them, cause I wasnt paying a hacker to give me what US. Cellular was supposed to be giving me. OUT ABOUT $ 300.00
When you get there, even if its packed, they are polite and do their best to get to you quickly

Ive been a customer with US Cellular for less than two months now and its the biggest regret Ive had for a while. Its been one mistake after another all on US Cellulars end. I have never had problems like these when I was with Verizon, and by problems I mean the associate I sat with for nearly two hours not signing me up for anything I was supposed to be signed up for, ex: supposed to have 6g, he signed me up for 2. Was supposed to have apple care he didnt sign me up for it. I would have caught the insurance thing within my 30 day window for apple care had I not discovered the data thing last week. Now today, I discover my insurance is wrong and come to find it apple wont cover my phone because Im THREE days outside of that window. The lady I spoke with compensated for this mistake HOWEVER without my authorization she signed me up for the apple care plan. Which makes absolutely no sense. Had I gotten what I originally signed up for, my phone would have been cared for by apple at no additional charge. And even with her putting me on apple care today, ANY and ALL repairs by apple would have come out of MY pocket.All of these mistakes stemmed from the associate I was working with that day being too eager to 1. Earn his commission and 2. Get out of there because it was close to closing.If you want what you pay for DO NOT switch to us cellular and DEFINITELY do not go to the Patton Ave location.Once again, Ive NEVER had problems like this with Verizon.Lesson learned: the grass is NOT greener on the other side, you just have to make sure youre looking at every detail of your bill if you switch,in store and out of store, multiple times in a month(or day as it was for me today) to make sure there arent any mistakes on your bill.DO NOT SWITCH TO US CELLULARP.S. reflective listening obviously didnt help the associate to not make mistakes when setting up my account. Not only did we ONLY talk about the 6g plan in depth but I also only talked to him about the apple care protection.

Worse experience I have personally had when it comes to dealing with cell phones. The sales rep was rude and condescending. First off we switched services from verizon 5 weeks ago, Whereas we were told our bill for the five lines would be only 297.00 a month. Today we awoken to no phone services. Apparently for non payment of a bill in which we never received. We have been awaiting its arrival. Since my daughter was working I went to see why we lost service. The rep could tell me it was due to non-payment and I am like why? We havent gotten a bill. He said looks like you were set up for auto pay and when they attempted to put it through it failed, so service of the five lines was turned off. I said we did not set up auto pay, we explained to the original sales rep that we do not auto pay on any accounts. We either pay our bills on line or by mail. In fact we never gave our bank info to do auto pay. He said that it was what happened. Now my thoughts are how is it they can try to charge a account for a bill without the routing number being given to them. When we bought the phones we paid for the service in cash. So when I tried to continue asking questions about the bill he decided he could not discuss it with me as the phone account is in my daughters name. I asked how much was the bill and he said $467.00. When I asked why, He again said he could not discuss it with me. I said when we bought the phones we were guaranteed our bill would not be anymore than 300.00 in my opinion 5 weeks does not add up to $467.00. He said I could go ahead and pay it however we would incur additional charges to get them turned back on. Yet he could not say to me how much it would cost extra, He would only be able to give my daughter that information. Therefore she has to go back up there when she gets off work. I wrote this review as I hope if your thinking of going to them for service, You will think again. The fact that we live just 3 miles from their office and have to go outside our trailor to get a bar for service is ridiculous. Other people send us messages and we usually do not receive them til the next day if at all. My job requires I have a cell phone and unfortunately in this day and time people have to rely on these services provided by companies who simply take advantage of their customers. I can already see we will be miserable for the 3 year term we entered with this company. And guess what since it is a contract and they can collect by law, they could care less if we are happy with the service they give. I will tell anyone who wishes to know, They should not go with this company. The follow up on this post was they ball face lied to us, as from past experiences with cell phone companies we clearly asked about hidden charges. He failed to tell us it was a promotional deal and the first bill would be 467.00, second month would be 425.00 and then the 3rd month it would start being 300.00 a month. All I can say is I am very angry and people should clearly beware of this companys ethics.
