Can’t begin to express what excellent customer service I received at this store. In fact, I can say without reservations, the best assistant I’ve ever received in any store. Adam extended professionalism, courtesy and kindness to every single question and concern I had..there were many, on top of which I was assumed I could call back at anytime..he meant that. Five stars isn’t nearly enough for this class act!! Highly recommend this store !!!

If you wash your phone in the washing machine, go see Tim. He knows his stuff! Tim and his team took the time to make sure they understood what I needed and what my options were, and I walked out of the store with both a better phone and a lower monthly bill. My life is in my phone, and after having found the limits of its water resistance, it took a little while to get things transferred and my new phone set up. Tim stayed past closing to make sure I had all that I needed, all with a fantastic sense of humor. Thank you!!!

I went to Asheville Mall today in an effort to report issues with my Samsung S20 phone. A representative,Mason provided, me clear and informative answers to all questiibs.Level of Customer Service is 5 Star plus. As a Verizon user for more then 25 years...this us by far tge best service provided...So if you want fast and accurate support service ir buying a product.(which I did) See Mason..you wont be disappointed. I went in there to get my iPhone 8+ exchanged for the iPhone 12 max. Tim Anderson is the guy who I worked with and also the manager I believe. He was awesome and super helpful. I’ve had some not too good interactions at various phone places in the past. He helped me get the best price for the trade In and helped set everything up. Honestly this was the best place to go out of all the Verizon stores Ive been to, Tim the person who help us was very helpful and was straight to the point.

I definitely recommend this location. I first visited this store about a week ago and felt like I didnt receive the best service. Then, I received a follow up from the store manager to discuss the situation. He was very patient and dedicated to meet all my concerns. Two days later I went to the store again to meet with him and he helped me identify my needs and suggest ways to fix it. Even if it meant finding it from another business.

This store inside the mall has the best customer service of all the verizon store I have been to. The sales representative wasnt pushy and took his time explaining all my options.
