Have yet to pick up my invitations, but the customer service is impeccable. They are friendly and more then willing to work with the client, Debbie Powell in particular was exceptionally helpful. As someone who works in the hospitality industry it is always a pleasure and a surprise to find places where customer service is executed correctly. Weve had a lot of work done by Allegra over the last decade. Their prices are very competitive, and they have a creative staff that helps with all types of things from windows to business cards to promotional materials. They respond quickly and deliver finished product quickly. They even help with designing if you need that service.

I called around 4:30 pm...asked if I could have some files printed. They said sure, email us. Even on the phone, they were not very helpful. It was their tone. I walk in, and they are a bit confused as to what is going on, and finally tell me that the internet is down. I said, I called 5 minutes ago. The owner lady comes out and is just completely rude to me saying well, its not my fault, I didnt know the internet was down in the most rude tone. I just feel like they are stressed out people who work there, the owners at least, and are not very helpful, apologetic, or even have a nice tone with the customers. Ill choose another local printing agency.
